This place is old and crumbling. There's no mirror in the bathroom, and the hand dryer is one of those old school numbers. I got onion rings, and it was CLEAR that the fryer grease was rancid. There was some sort of yard but it had no tables and was only a concrete slab. The workers were pleasant, and attentive, so they get an extra star. read more

We were on our way to my cousin's wedding in Norcal and decided to stop by here to rest and get some lunch. Never thought a fastfood restaurant could be so rundown.. -front doors and handles are falling apart -dirty bathrooms (obviously never cleaned) -more than half the fountain drinks are out -says "free wifi" but there is none -NO A/C -floors seem like they haven't been washed in months -napkins, cup caps, and straws are spread everywhere near the fountain drink area on the floor and the counters -ketchup dispenser spit out watery ketchup after 5-6 pumps The cashier was alright but their maintenance needs a LOT of work. This place is NOT suggested: unless you are on a super low budget, love going to terrible fastfood restaurants, desperate for food, or all of the above. read more

To that crowd I'll have to say to skip this Burger King and wait until you're in the next town to get something to eat. This restaurant is in terrible condition. The Burger King chain is absolutely getting smeared by this sorry excuse for a fast food restaurant. First of all it's extremely dirty on the inside, the staff is NOT friendly at all. There is absolutely no sense of customer service here, I believe they don't even know the meaning to the word. The food was cold, fries weren't done... worst of all it takes forever to come out... By the way don't bother going through the drive through. It's even slower. Sometimes they will even ask you to move forward and reverse when you are at the window waiting for your food, it's a method to cheat their clock which times how long a customer waits. Don't go here. We were the only ones at the restaurant at the time. We had to wait about 7 minutes for our food after we paid. We started to drive away and realized they forgot on sandwich and messed up two others. I know I ordered it correctly because the receipt was actually correct. I went back and actually waited about three minutes at the counter before anyone showed up to talk to me. Stopped here on a road trip to Northern California. It had one of the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever been in. I would be very curious what the health department would say or do if they saw a bathroom this dirty. I was going to order food but my thought was either the employees don't know the bathroom is this dirty, in which case that means their not washing their hands or the employees don't care that it's this dirty which means they don't care about cleanliness. I haven't been to a BK in a long time and I was looking forward to a decadent Whopper. We went last night around 7. We had a hard time finding a table because they were all dirty. We ordered a Chef's Special and the bun was chewy and it was barely warm. The bathrooms were truck-stop nasty. I didn't feel bad changing Junior's diaper in the dining room because 1) it was already filthy 2) there was no changing table in the women's room. Slow service, dirty, only gone here a few times and always see long lines with one cashier, same goes for the drive thru.

When I have eaten there, usually late afternoon to evening, I have found the place clean. My food is fresh with good flavor. I love the type of soda fountain they have. Bathroom is always clean and I do check that first. Customer service is excellent. It's your basic BK and I consider it a good one. read more
