Sorry, but the food here is more often garbage than not. I keep giving this location chances in the hope I'll be impressed by some form of improvement but it never seems to happen. Burger was nasty and had bacon on it though I didn't order it and normally wouldn't care. Fries were gross and all the soda was out in the lobby and the soda they gave me from the drive thru area tasted like a mass mishmash of all the flavors with Dr Pepper being the dominant ingredient. I asked for Coke. If I could get through to customer service at their corporate office I'd ask them why they even bother keeping this location open. read more

So today i ordered mobile as I usually do. As my wife pulled up the manager on duty, was taking orders and running the floor as well as coordinating. Sense she was very occupied she suggested my wife pull forward and wait after the window. Today I decided not to choose violence and cause my life sentence and abandon my family. I thought for a second and the person behind me is having a bad day. After she threw her drink towards our car. My wife did exactly what the manager suggested and we received that fountain drink belonging to an imbecile that now is thirsty and hopefully does not drown with the drieness of this food quality. It is incredible the amount of staff and barley any customers and the fast food meaning is still meaningless there because you still have to wait 15 min. Ignorance will never be absent but the attempt to abandon the thought of it counts SABALI. Also try to make sure staff is doing less TikTok and more of the job that they are required to do, I understand fun but understand hungry people. Parroting the same comments posted here. This has to be the slowest drive thru service in the area! No surprise Burger King is losing customers to Wendy's and McDonald's. Drive-thru service is not supposed to take 10 minutes when there is no one in line. Expect to wait more than 20 minutes when you have cars waiting, and that is just to order! Just ridiculous. There are times where you can see the line snake around the store and it doesn't matter the time of day you go, the service is always slow. You can redo the outside and get new menu items, but it means nothing if people cannot order and get the food due to waiting. read more

We wanted a quick bite to eat on the way to Key West after getting out of Fort Lauderdale Airport, and Burger King had the best options for a quick bite for the missus who steers clear of meat. We hit up the drive thru and though our order was taken quickly it did indeed take a bit of time for the food to come up, though I'm sure it could have been the fact that we ordered less popular foods. I ordered a turkey burger by itself ($4.19) and was surprised at how good it tasted. The turkey patty was firm (and processed I'm sure) and there was a tangy sauce the patty was marinated in that was actually decent. The missus ordered a veggie burger by itself ($2.99) and she enjoyed it for the most part. It wasn't anything special, and we're pretty sure it was just a Morning Star patty. While it's nothing great, Burger King is one of the best fast food burger joints to go to if you don't want to get a burger or chicken sandwich. If I had to do it again I would just try to find another BK in the area with a faster drive thru. read more

This is absolutely the worst Burger King or any fast food place I've seen in my life. I was so happy when they got the impossible burger. I went and I tried it it was great the food was hot and tasty and everything was good even the fries although it didn't have any salt. I went today and I place my order for The impossible Whopper-burger combo and asked for three ketchup like I always do. "We don't have none". Walked away like she dismissed me. The way she did it was so rude. I drove and I turned in the parking lot to go inside because I was going to get a refund if you don't have any ketchup what am supposed to put on this burger? They can see you standing there for over five minutes. The lady at the french fry fryer was more concerned that there was a customer at the cashier unattended. She advises the manager that I've been waiting a while. She then continues to contact the manager and I'm better now but I have been waiting there for a while, and then also advise the cashier who seems to be in the back of the restaurant that I've also been waiting for a little while they both woke up to the front didn't even acknowledge me and just walked away. So after the six minutes waiting online I decided to walk away as well. Not very good service Burger King should be embarrassed. read more

So I decided to Give this Burger King another Chance. Apparently the owners don't care about the After Hours Service. And about any service from what I can see from the reviews. As always, everytime we show up between 1:30 am until 5 am there closed because of the registers are being changed or computers are down or the nuclear holocaust is coming. The drive thru here is terrible, they not only take ages to give you your food they mess up the orders to no extent. Even if you eat in its not much better...the staff is well...lets just say the lack people skills and any form of formal education.
