After reading all of the reviews in its entirety, I strongly believe that the 5 starts are based upon their signature dishes. I really need to start with the customer service, it was trademark level, the gentleman taking my order, exceeded all of my expectations and delivered exceptional customer service and engagement. 5/5 and I would love to stop here, but I have to proceed with the entire visit. Walking in, the atmosphere seems pretty neat, offering countertop dining by standing and I discovered a very small cozy dining set-up on the Merrick Ave side entrance.
