I paid $13 for a cold old, crusty chicken sandwich and a flat tea that was disgusting. I politely asked for a new sandwich and I showed him the sandwich and how it looked and he said it would take nine minutes and I said that was fine. then he looked at some other guy and said I wanted a new sandwich and that guy said so shook his shoulders and said he was off the clock so I said thanks a lot never mind I guess nobody wants to do their job so I'll go somewhere else and I'll never come back here again. I accidentally ordered twice online and when I got to the restaurant they only gave me one order which was a mix of the two instead of both and wouldn't allow me to refund the the extra order. They pretty much took double my money but only gave me one order and said I'm SOL on getting a refund or my food. Wouldn't order online tbh I wouldn't order at all better off grilling your own burgers or going to McDonald's which also sucks. read more

I'm sure we've all been to Burger King, but this is definitely the finer of the two in this area. The lobby is spotless and the bathrooms are very clean. If you order in the lobby you're bound to get a good burger. The staff is also very friendly and cordial. I'd add a star if their fries were on point but, while hot, they were missing the salt and oil that screams BK. I think Burger King has changed their recipe on their fries recently. The impossible burger and fish sandwich I tried here were phenomenal. I'd recommend subbing fries for onion rings as they are far superior at BK in general. I definitely recommend this location if you're traveling or craving a late night snack! read more

Been a while since i have had a whopper. What the hell happened!? I remember, as a teenager loving whoppers! Another BK fail. Two days before payday with $10 to my name and this lady up charges me 20¢ per cheeseburger to add onions. Fine. Whatever. Guess what? No onions. No pickles either. I used the phone app for Burger King. This location regularly has problems getting the app code to work. Tonight, I gave the code at the drive-through before starting the order. My app indicated the code had been applied. On the drive-through screen, the discount did not apply. The person on speaker told me to come around and she would fix it. After a 15-minute wait in the drive-through line, I received my order. When I paid, the receipt still showed my app promo code had not been deducted. I reminded the worker she had said 15 minutes earlier. She called the manager who lectured me that the app had nothing to do with the restaurant. This is a regular issue with this location. If they can not honor the franchise promos, they should either post on the menu or if they can not make their technology work, have a workaround. It seems dishonest to not honor valid promos and blame it on technical difficulties. It is simple promotional pricing advertised on the phone app for each location. Bait and switch? read more

However when you get my order wrong four times, it really frustrates me. Especially after I make mention and they say they will take care of it. Get home and my order is wrong. After a way too long wait in the drive through, got to the window only to see the employees here aren't taking Covid-19 measures seriously. The window clerk was wearing a mask without covering her nose, and a coworker behind her was only covering her chin. Definitely won't be back. (And before anyone goes off on thee situation being a hoax or people overreacting or whatever... It doesn't matter. These are the things restaurants are supposed to be doing to be open right now. Just went there to get 2 double whoppers, asked for no pickles and add bacon on both of them, now there were no other costumers in line. I get home to enjoy my order and turns out there was no bacon on both even tho I got charged for it. read more

They are very slow! They can't handle more than one car at a time. They also manipulate the their times by stalling ppl at the cash booth. The staff can sometimes be abrasive. Once while eating inside, an employee was essentially bashing her supervisor and her fellow coworkers. It was very off putting. The only thing in their favor, is that they are close to home. read more

Walked in with a free whopper coupon and ordered the 2 for 5$ whoopers and explained I would like to use the coupon for a third free whopper. On my recipe the cashier rung it up correctly but when I got my order they only gave me two whoopers and tried to make me pay for the third whopper that should have been free. The lady I explained my situation to seemed not to care and told me I could just buy the third one...why not just give me the free whopper I was rung up for? The two idiots they called managers at this location is a joke. I went on Oct 2, 2019 and has an unfortunate experience where I fell coming in the door because the floor was wet and no one attended to it. After waiting for over 10 minutes to file an incident report because the first dumb manager was to busy arguing with another customer because they screwed his order up.
