It wasn't ultra-layered and flaky like a laminated biscuit, but it was perfectly soft on the inside with a beautiful crunch on the outside. The flavor was spot on!!! Soft, warm, buttery and comforting. We added a little jam, though honestly it didn't even need butter. It was that good. This establishment makes their employees work in the midst of a national emergency.
