    Terrible!

Terrible portions and the food is lackluster compared to other Bk's I've been at. These are the fries I was given with my order...

I got an order for my family in the drive through tonight around 7:30. When I got home I discovered that we were given these old reheated disgusting fries. They were hard, chewy and not edible. My daughter got nuggets with her kids meal and they were old and dried out. We've been here during the day several times and never had any issues with the food but the wait is always long. Really disappointed because we were hungry. Oh and they messed up my drink order also.

Try contacting the BK regarding the fries I ordered that sat around for an hour. There comes a point where you throw away old fries and make a new batch. Tried to contact this location about the problem but hadn't gotten a response back. Looks like the nearby McDonald's is getting my business instead.

We walked in and everyone was placing their orders on disgustingly dirty screens. They were filthy. After a few minutes a young guy asked us if we wanted him to take our order and we happily said yes. Thank you for that and he was very nice. The manager brought us the wrong items, but that's not a big deal. After eating our food I went back up to order a shake and was told to place my order by touching their filthy kiosk by the manager. So I did that and of course immediately went to wash my hands. I took a number and expected it to be brought to our table because my order was associated to that number. Instead my shake sat on the counter and after some time past I went up and asked the manager why it was just sitting there when I had a number and she just responded with "our shakes are just placed on the counter." Why was I asked to grab a number then? This location should be taking orders from those who don't want to touch their filthy screens. Food should be delivered to your table unless you ordered takeout. Our food was delivered but my shake sat on the counter. It makes no sense. I will not be back to this location.

Every time I come in I am immediately greeted with amazing hospitality and customer service. The crew no matter what time or day it is. Always is right there to immediately assist you. The food may take a minute to get to you at this location. Due to the high volume of customers they usually have. Be it in the dining area or in the drive thru. However it's well worth the wait. It's not a very big dining area. Yet it's clean and comfortable. I usually am doing take out orders. However, I still get amazing service. Jack one of the team members is always on point when it comes to 5 star service. He's extremely helpful, fast, reliable & attentive. Not to mention extremely kind. I thought he was a supervisor or some type of management the way he goes about everything. However, he is just a team member. He definitely needs to get in management. He makes my visits to this restaurant memorable & satisfying. If you're in the area & you want some fresh fried chicken, bread & that amazing sauce. Not to mention excellent customer service no matter how busy they may be. You must stop in and have a meal. Definitely say hello to Jack if he is there. Thank you for always being kind with good food and service Jack! Not to mention all staff members. You won't regret stopping in and having your next meal at affordable prices.

I found this place had a coupon for $8 off of a $25 order on GrubHub. I have Amazon, so I log in with that for GrubHub to lose the extra fees. That's pretty cool. Plus I don't need to venture into the world. Win. It's hot out. I got a bacon maple bagel with sausage, egg and cheese for Adam. I got cucumbers, onion, capers and tomato with lox cream cheese on a Cheeto bagel for me. I looked up the Cheeto bagel- it's a cheese bagel that is kind of orange. That sounded good. Then I got 2 hash browns with a side of scrambled eggs that came with rye toast and pepper jack cheese for $2.99. They made it into a little sandwich for me, and it was lovely. I would do that again all day long. It was like a grilled cheese with egg. When I got my bagel it was a plain bagel and they put flaming hot cheetos inside. Clearly I did something wrong when ordering. I picked off the cheetos, but the residue was spicy and really good. My husband "accidentally" just ate half of my sandwich and he insisted that I do a review for them. I wasn't going to. I didn't even think to take a picture, so you get my receipts. Trust me when I say it was pretty and very stacked. He got a breakfast sandwich and he said the maple bacon bagel was something like a cross between a bagel and a donut. He liked it. He said it was strange and different, and that whoever came up with these was really imaginative. I have to agree. The star for me was still that pepper jack and egg on rye with those yummy caraway seeds. Absolutely simple and a show stopper. If you're in the mood for something different, grab some goodies from Bagel Nook. I highly recommend!

They are busy but they put food out pretty fast. We had the Heavenly Ham which was a good looking bagel, evenly made with plenty of meat. It was a good sandwich. The staff were nice even with a non stop line, they were there to help served you with a smile. I highly recommend this place, a warmer day may be better if you want to eat there as you will most likely be outside. I give this place a thumbs up and will go again to try something else.
