Had a free whopper on their app. Could not get a code so asked manager for an assist. She told me it was an online order special only and dismissed me. I went to a table, sat down, played with the app and my code appeared. The manager was rude, condescending, and had no customer service skills. My friend ordered a whopper with cheese and there was no cheese. The manager asked from behind the cook stand what was wrong and my friend asked her to come over. She explained there was no cheese. The manager grabbed the receipt to prove my friend wrong and when she saw the cheese she shrugged and went to remake it. Sitting in the drive through now in 3.1.23 and absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with fast food, the girl working the drive though was on her cell phone the whole time I believe her name tag said trinity we ordered a impossible whopper and a double whopper with no onions and no pickles, we get to the window and they don't have the food ready we get the food 15 mins later and it's completely wrong the whopper doesn't even have sauce on it like what???? And no onions either? We have been in the drive through for over 20 minutes we tell them we don't want the food anymore and we want a refund and they don't even know how to process a refund back to a credit card they are three kids that know absolutely nothing and just keep laughing and that's their backs to the window, they give us cash back as a refund. I'm sorry but whoever manages this place needs to re evaluate their staff I get it people don't want to work and it's hard to find workers but I am sure you could find staff that knows how to make your famous whopper the right way, issue a refund and give at least half way decent customer service by at least saying hello. And these fast workers want more than minimum wage? And you can't even do your job??? I got an order for my family in the drive through tonight around 7:30. When I got home I discovered that we were given these old reheated disgusting fries. They were hard, chewy and not edible. My daughter got nuggets with her kids meal and they were old and dried out. We've been here during the day several times and never had any issues with the food but the wait is always long. You have to be extra vigilant with your order. Regardless of the time of day they will always forget an item and mess an order up. My wife cannot eat cheese, I ask for no cheese in the sandwich and there is usually cheese. Your orders will usually be missing an item as well. Make sure you double check everything. read more

This location is hit or miss. We normally come here on a weekly basis for their Whopper Wednesday deal, as it's right next to our house and provides an option for me as a vegetarian. When they mess up our order, which is often, they normally are cooperative and fix the issue. Today, however, was a big let down. We ordered 2 separate mobile orders: 1) an impossible whopper burger and 2) 2 chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets. The first order was correct, but the 2nd one was missing half of our items. We drove back to retrieve the missing items, but upon stating our situation, we were met with a combative attitude by the girl at the drive thru window. I didn't catch her name, but she was a late 20-ish, chubby, and Asian chick. She accused us of lying and was combative. I'm not sure why she treated us this way, nor why she thought that was an acceptable attitude. This is one of the few fast food chains that offers a plant-based option. So, I occasionally come here to get an Impossible Whopper with no mayo. Dine-in and drive-thru service are quick and friendly. The indoor dining area has a casual vibe. There is an indoor play area for children. I was very very hesitant since I have had bad experiences with BK locations. Ordering went smooth, it was like 8:15pm on a Sunday, so wasn't busy. Was a tad bit slow getting my food, the car in front of me took forever. Not sure if they ordered a lot or the workers were slow. But, once I paid the lady that was cashier was super friendly. we visited this location today 05/20/24 at 1:35. We were order 58. I have a few complaints about this visit: 1.) Fish was over cooked 2.) Onion rings were barely warm 3.) Whooper was barely warm & under cooked. How can such a thin meat Pattie be pink in the middle! 4.) The drink area was a mess & lobby area needed to be cleaned 5.) After the second bad experience I decided to come and leave a review. Be prepared to have no idea what the person is saying at the drive thru. It's so hard to understand. Then be prepared to pay for things and not get them, and lastly be prepared to get yelled at.
