Came in on a thursday mid afternoon around 315pm. Place was quiet which is a plus. I did notice that they are starting a breakfast promotion. Not sure how that's going to fly, might be worth trying down the road. The store was clean, I was greeted immediately by the cashier. I got the little cheeseburger with jalapeños. Plopped down and grabbed a little cup of peanuts. I have always liked this offering. Bit different but the peanuts are old school. Speaking of old school, the radio is late 70s and 80s mix. It was great. The company must gear towards that age group and has to be on lock since im sure the kids working didnt put that channel on. Lol. The burger was good, the jalapeños didnt have the kick like they have had at other locations. Other than an employee eating fries out of a cup out front which probably isn't the best look, five guys is generally a good stop. Finally tried Five Guys and the hype is real for the burgers. Very tasty like a homemade burger. Pick any toppings you want is nice and I loaded mine up with the usual veggies and sauces plus mushrooms. Amazing. Cajun fries were alright, but not my favorite. They are fresh tasting though. Stopped in today for lunch with two of the three kiddies. Haven't been in for a while. We ordered the little burgers, fries and drinks and the total was $45. They wouldn't have locations internationally if they weren't great and I agree- it's great food! this location in particular though doesn't have the best service. I had called in my order for pick up and I showed up 10 minutes late so I knew I wouldn't have to wait. I go in they had my burger done but they they had to put the fries on. I do appreciate them making fresh fries but it took them 5 minutes then they served the fries first to the people who had literally just put in their order then waited an additional five minutes to bag some up for me. Idk I came in later than the pick up time for a reason- I don't mind slightly cooler food and I want it to be ready to go when I arrive. But like I said.... Still exceptional food! read more

Quality is always consistent here. I can ask for things blindfolded and 10/10 they would always look /Taste identical. I appreciate that they rotate out their potatoes because there are some farms whose potatoes taste amazing and some not so much. But they have a name of the potatoes posted and you can do your own research. I love their fries well done. Not so much a fan of their Cajun seasoning but they aren't bad either. Just not my thing. All the extras lettuce , tomatoes, etc are free and you can get unlimited toppings. Where the new burger spots need to take notice here. Overcharging on small items where they can. Shakes are tasty ! Burgers are ok. Fries are good. I go today and try and order a bottled soda with my meal because the fountain soda machine is one of those multiple variety ones. The sodas never taste right coming from those machines. The coke tastes like root beer. I'm willing to pay for a bottled soda which is overpriced at a restaurant, which is fine, I'll pay. After having tried most of the popular fast food burger spots around town, this is probably my favorite one. It's a classic American diner style burger and the #1 is a perfect size for a filling meal (hard to believe this is the smaller burger size but that's another story). This venue uses fresh ingredients, the staff seems very nice, the venue was clean... and our order person "Anna" was very friendly and helpful. However, the hamburgers were absolutely ordinary, bland, and relatively tasteless. The beef is evenly cooked but lacked any sort of sear, which is essential for a quality burger. It was also high in fat content, so the meat had a fair amount of gristle. The cheese was yellow, but other than that, it added zero flavor. The fries were made in PEANUT OIL, and I'm allergic to peanuts. They had no fries made without it, so I went without. So many people are allergic to peanuts, I'm surprised restaurants still make things with it and fail to mention it. The milkshakes were very good, so I will give them a couple of stars for those, the cashier, and the freshness ... but paying over 40.00 for 2 of us... and it was simply not worth the price. Ordered a patty melt and as I waited 15 minutes for my order, I observed the health department nervously flicking a instant read the thermometer as she joked with the kitchen staff. When my burger arrived after I observed her temp. It I pointed out that I observed her nervously, flicking the thermometer before she tempt my hamburger patty. One of the staff members openly laughed as if it was a joke. Two fold, I can honestly say this was the worst patty melt I ever had. Secondly as a customer, I couldn't recommend no return to this location. Thirdly the way I was treated I wouldn't return to any five guys. We went the to location on March 12. We ordered two burgers, one fry and two drinks. Burger number one was so pressed it was barely holding together. The meat was so sparse I could see the bun underneath it. Burger number two had a hair in it. We took burger number two back to the counter to complain. The manager refunded the $10 for that burger. He then gathered to two employees with long dark hair for what seemed like a meeting. At the end of the meeting they laughed and he baseball tossed the burger into the trash and looked over at us. Needless to say we had both lost our appetites at that point and left. I will not be going back to this location. I honestly get better food and service from McDonalds. read more

We have become fans of Five Guys Burgers. Tonight, I got a cheeseburger and fries for my wife because I was going to the Strip for dinner. I ordered online for the first time because this new outlet is so close to my house. I left a bit early and it was good. Downtown Summerlin is still going through the opening weekend and the number of cars trying to get in was huge. I was forced by Metro to drive around. I wanted to give him a finger salute but I thought better of it! It was worth the extra time. I arrived at Five Guys at the time I had said I would pick up the burger and they were just finishing up. The place was slammed and there must have been 12 employees behind the counter. Even with all the people in the restaurant, there was no line and the employees were efficient and knew what they were doing. There must have been some good pre-opening training!! My wife reports that everything was very good. I'm sure we'll be there more often as things quiet down a bit. Welcome to the neighborhood, Five Guys! read more

The only downside is the fries are poured all over our food with the ketchup packets and it makes it messy and unsanitary. I tried ordering online and after putting in my card information it said card was declined due to address so I went to double check and tried placing my order again and got the same notification. a minute later I got an email from my CC company notifying me of a charge then a minute later a second notice of a second charge. Called this store and was told they never got an order and didn't care that I was charged twice and now don't have enough on that card to order a third time from anywhere. I was told the charges would be reversed but it's 7pm on a Saturday so those charges won't be reversed until maybe Monday or Tuesday and if that was all the money I had until then I'd be S.O.L. until then and the store manager said that's too bad. When I arrived in the restaurant I felt the staff laughing and staring from the side and when I went to pick up my food the guy asked, "Let me ask you something, do you get a fake tan?" And I clarified and said, "No, I'm from Hawaii and I'm Filipino so I naturally tan". He then replies with, "Oh okay, you just won me a bet with my coworker". Obviously uncomfortable with his comment I didn't say anything and just looked at him. So, the staff at this location thinks it's okay to comment on someone's skin tone and MAKE BETS about their guests. It's so rude and disrespectful to do that and he had no shame in telling me that. I ordered here knowing how much I love Five Guys and it did not disappoint. My cheeseburger was so tall, I couldn't even take a full bite. It had all the wonderful flavors you would expect from a quality burger and tasted fantastic. The fries were a under salted but tasted fresh as anticipated.
