My friend ordered a whopper with cheese and there was no cheese. The manager asked from behind the cook stand what was wrong and my friend asked her to come over. She explained there was no cheese. The manager grabbed the receipt to prove my friend wrong and when she saw the cheese she shrugged and went to remake it. At this point my friend was very frustrated and did say, what's wrong you don't know how to make a burger. Just a horrible all around experience.

Today I found a long, curly black hair in the middle of my coleslaw, literally wrapped up with my chicken. It was beyond disgusting and honestly unacceptable. What made it worse was how it was handled. When I called the restaurant, I was told I would need to drive back if I wanted anything done about it. That makes no sense. Why should I have to go out of my way after receiving contaminated food? On top of that, I was told I would need to provide documentation just to get a refund. Basic hygiene should not be an issue, especially for a place that serves food at this volume. And when something like this does happen, customer service should step up, not make it harder for the customer. Other major chains know how to handle situations like this by making it right immediately and valuing the customer's time. Really disappointed. This was handled poorly from start to finish.
