Checking for the 3rd time

Waited 30 minutes, just give us our money back please. This needs to be 85 characters long so I'll keep writing. Not sure why it took so long people before us got theirs too.

We decided to grab dinner from Capriotti's Sandwich Shop since they're open until 1am. We ordered the Classic Cheese Steak (medium), and it was so satisfying! The beef was flavorful and tender, and the bread was fresh. It's a bit pricey, but worth it once in a while--especially with the extra 25% shredded beef. We'll definitely be back!

6/4/25 The Bobbie, I'm good off that.

6/4/25 People claim that The Bobbie is The Greatest Sandwich in America. I do love me a Thanksgiving sandwich so I had to give it a try! The Bobbie is in fact not The Greatest Sandwich in America. It's not even the best Thanksgiving sandwich out there. *cough* Earl of Sandwich *cough* The sandwich was not balanced at all, very dry bite. Quality of the turkey is subpar. Stuffing was okay. Not enough of the cranberry sauce or the mayo. Gravy would definitely help. Capriotti's Sandwich Shop, I'm good off that.

Veggie Turkey with no cheese and no mayo, plus balsamic vinegar
Ken M.

I'm glad this location has late dining hours to go with their vegan options. I like to get the Veggie Turkey with no cheese and no mayo. The girl taking my offered several condiments in lieu of the subtracted items: mustard, or oil and balsamic vinegar. I opted for just the balsamic vinegar. Service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is casual, being that it is in the casino food court.

1245am, Friday night! Inside the Red Rock food court.

Open late (1am on a Friday night) while all of the other food court restaurants were closed. Located inside the Red Rock Casino/Hotel. The sammies were made fresh to order. Quick, good service. I had the Boobie (Bobbie) half sandwich (5 inch) which was turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce. Yummy. Tons of sandwiches made to order, soups, chips and soda.

I got a Bobby here and it really upset my stomach. I generally like this location, but I couldn't eat more than 1/4 before I felt yucky.

I was fully prepared not to love it. I figured I'd stick with something simple just in case. Well... they proved me completely wrong. I ordered the Italian sub, thinking it was the safest choice if I ended up not being impressed -- and WOW. The flavors were bold, fresh, and blended so well together. Every bite had the perfect balance of meats, toppings, and seasoning. And the pickle on the side? That was truly the cherry on top. Such a small touch, but it pulled everything together perfectly. Aside from the food, the facility itself was very clean and welcoming. Customer service was also great! Since it was our first time, the lady at the counter was incredibly kind and patient. She gave us suggestions and even shared her top three favorite subs, which made the whole experience feel more personal and helped us feel confident in what we were ordering. Safe to say this first visit definitely won me over. I still love my Subway, but Firehouse has officially earned its spot in our rotation. Would 100% recommend! unfortunately don't have any pictures to show. My family and I were so hungry after football shopping we just chowed down

She said "firehouse subs" I said "hello I'd like to order for pick up" she said "we don't do phone orders here at this service" very rudely. I said okay... and she then said sorry honey and hung up. I'm actually appalled lol people just because we're on the nice side of town doesn't mean our customer service is any better than the east side.

What you see is sometimes not what you get…read more.. I go to Red Rock nearly every Wednesday when I'm in town, but I never knew this place existed. It popped up when I put my card into the slot to check in, so I went seaching and found it way back in the corner, near the sports betting. I'm never in that part of the casino. There's a big backlit sign with the menu over the register. Front and center is a picture of a delectable Cuban sandwich, on a crunchy-looking baguette roll. There are only three pressed sandwiches on the menu, so why would I think that my turkey with avocado would come out on ordinary white bread? When pressed (pun intended), the kid at the register said that a) different sandwiches are made differently, and b) it wasn't white, but sourdough. Now I'm no great fan of sourdough, but there was no sour in that dough. Not that I cared, but I gave up white bread when I grew up and learned that there are other breads in the world, and I've never looked back. But the sandwich filling was decent and the price would have been right, except for one little glitch: I paid with points, and this being Wednesday, it should have cost me half points, but he deducted them all. I didn't get a receipt, and didn't realize the error until I was way back on the other side. Oh well. While the sandwich isn't expensive, it comes with nothing. If you want to add fries, that would put the price on par with some decent pubs. Would I go back? Probably. It's an alternative to the food court. Having just seen Mel C.'s photo of the salad, I just might. And if they could put my turkey on that baguette...
