Two for one Toasted sandwich deal. I got the Greek gyro wrap and the spicy east coast Italian. Both were very good. The Italian was more toasty than the gyro. I'm not sure the gyro should be on the Toasted menu. The bread on the Italian was better than most sandwich places. It wasn't soggy like a lot of places. The meat was very good and the veggies including the onions and pickles were crispy. It was spicy as the name implies from the jalapeños and red peppers. The sauce on the gyro wasn't as tasty as I hoped. Both sandwiches were a good size and for around $10 each without the two for one deal it's a pretty fair price for one. I placed a mobile order and walked into the restaurant. I told them that I was waiting for a mobile order and gave them my name. I sat down at one of the tables. There are only 3-4 small tables. It's a very small restaurant. I waited. And I waited. And I waited. One of the employees asked if I was still waiting. He looked on the mobile order shelf in the front and it was there. WTF?!?! wouldn't recommend this location at all due to the repeated carelessness/inattention of the workers. my dad came in for four of the Italian Nightclub sandwiches and ALL of them were missing tomatoes and provalone (which they are supposed to come with). not sure if the workers here just haven't adequately learned the ingredients of the sandwiches they have on the menu or if they're just lazy ;/ wouldn't have even bothered w/ writing a review if this hadn't been the third or fourth time this location has forgotten key ingredients on basic, uncustomized sandwiches (ie sandwiches directly from their menu w/ NO substitutions).. if i return to jimmy johns i'll definitely be avoiding this location read more

I know it's a chain but the sandwiches are real good. Bread is amazing and the produce and meat always tastes fresh. Their tuna is my favorite tuna sandwich it's so good. I love Jimmy John's and this location! I've been hooked on the #12 Beach Club for over 10 years now. I switch between bread and "unwhich" style where the bread is replaced with lettuce. The ingredients are ALWAYS fresh here. I love the outdoor seating option. I've done delivery with this location and dine in and have been happy with both. Just ordered four meals, one of my subs was super dry and disappointing. I checked the menu to make sure it wasn't something I missed. The sub I order comes with mayo. I drove back and let the staff know. One of the staff members grabbed my sub and opened it and said "oh, this is the wrong sub" I expected for them to remake a new sandwich but instead offered mayo packets. I explained that my sub comes with mayo and he argued with that it didn't. I told him the number sub and he looked at the wrapper and said "sorry, I wrote real bad 5's" gave me mayo packets and walked away. The lack of customer service is terrible. Please take some time and revisit training with the staff, they all look so lost. read more

Placed an online order for delivery at this location as I have countless times for almost 10 years. (Usually the order is delivered within 10-15 minutes.) A few moments later, a notification came through stating that JJ's had given the order to Uber to complete the delivery. I should have known then there would be an issue. 45 minutes later I received a call from the "manager" at JJ's asking me to confirm I had received my offer. He repeated his question in many ways, and I kept responding that I did not have my order. He said if I didn't get it in 5 minutes to call back and it would be canceled. Called back 10 minutes later and was told by the "manager" that "Well it was picked up. Are you sure you don't have it?" At that point, we no longer wanted the sandwiches which surely would have been mush in this heat. While on the phone with the manager, a message came through stating that Uber had canceled my order. The "manager" claimed that "this" has been a common occurrence recently. Unsure if he meant that Uber drivers are stealing the food or just not delivering. When I asked if I could place a new order and have a JJ's employee deliver it, I was told no and that there was no delivery driver that day. This place is so nasty I went in today 4/14/23 and my sandwich had expired avocado and a chunk of random black and white mold on it. You can taste when avocado is expired, after one bite I wiped all the avocado off. I didn't find the chunk of mold until I was almost done with my food. I ordered a #4 with cheese, lettuce and mayo only. I watched them making the sandwiches and he did not make it without tomatoes. I told them it was ordered with no tomatoes. I said it's cheese, lettuce and mayo only. Then he said no "turkey".  I said yes turkey. it's a #4 Turkey Tom. I heard him Wisper, to the other sandwich maker one slice. I stepped outside and looked at the sandwich and sure enough there was only one slice. I went back in and said It was not my mistake you make the sandwich wrong. When I complain, you rip me off and only give me one slice of turkey. He said the Turkey Tom only comes with one slice. I tossed the sandwich in your trash and walked out, minus my sandwich and money. I called another location 702-983-1806 and asked how many slices of turkey come on a #4 Turkey Tom? She said 3-4 it by weight. I told her the story and she said Definity complain. The manager needs to know what happened. read more

I am pretty annoyed at this JJ establishment. I love JJs and order here quite often, but this is the second time I've had issues with getting the food I ordered through app for delivery. I ordered a hour and 15 min before closing and still show it hasn't even left "out for delivery". The store is closed now, my family hasn't eaten dinner, and there was no notification that they fulfilled my order. It isn't cheap either... It is one thing to not be able to complete order for some reason or take awhile and communicate this, but it is another thing to not notify a customer of their order status, not deliver, have them pay, and close your shop for the night. They are getting a two star only because the sandwich is good. These people are the blind leading the blind in this store. It is upsetting. I used the app to order from an email that I received yesterday for a $5.99 sub. I thought I would pay in the store since the $5.99 price didn't come up and ask in the store what I may be doing wrong to get the email price. The Girl at the register didn't know. I show her the email. I show her the expiration. I show her my app. She is clueless. A guy comes over and mumbles something and walks away after striking keys on the register. I figure he adjusted the price. Yet, she proceeds to tell me $10.28. She gives me the incorrect change. I correct her and she said you gave me a $20. Yes, I did and I gave you the correct change after I went out to my car to give it to her. However, she gave me $10. 72. I said you gave me too much money. Really not impressed in any way shape or form. In the past I ate JJ that was lunch catering at work it wasn't the best but this was my first time going in I figured it'd be at least as good as port of subs! My sandwich was boring but good nothing special. I got the veggie. Nobody asks you what type of bread I'm guessing it's only white bread here. I say I'd like a side of avocado for my 3 yr old, I actually repeated that a couple times the guy acted like he didn't get it. He says you want avocado for your sandwich? I repeated myself a third time, "it's for him, and it comes with chips and a drink right?" "Yes." I pay. They hand me mashed avacado in a tiny container.... I said "I wanted a side of avocado, this is all he's eating that's why I asked." "Oh we only have avacado spread"... ummm okay why didn't you tell me that before I paid? I go to get chips and drink, the guy realizes he didn't ring up my chips or drink. So then I get to break another bill and pay for those separate. What a stupid experience. Not coming here ever again that was super annoying. To top it off they don't hand you napkins or silverware or anything my hands where full and I couldn't grab anything like that. This was my first time trying Jimmy John's. This is a small location but it does have a nice size outdoor seating area with adequate shade. As most will say, they are very prompt about getting your sandwich out, which is great if your in a crunch. As for the sandwich. It was okay, maybe 5/10. I tried the #4 turkey and cheese. If classic meat and cheese sandwich's are your thing. Then this might be a good place to check out. It was disappointing that they only carry one kind of cheese. read more
