I was there yesterday 4/3/26 around between 8pm-9pm. The customer service was not good. While I was in the car with my kids, you could hear the cashier lady and the other lady talking about customers and myself. They were complaining because customers including myself decided to order extra food at the window. Well yes, my child wanted me to order something okay. Stop making customers feel bad, specially talking bad about them right at the window in front of them, because we would like to add more food to our order. I had seen all the online videos about how the CEO of Burger King decided to receive phone calls and make things better. Well he had obviously not been to this particular Burger King. Let's break it down, shall we? Full disclosure? I was an assistant manager at a Burger King in willows California in the early 1980s. So I understand how a Burger King should be run. I am strictly basing my review on my experience and the food itself, I did not go into the restaurant but rather went through the drive-thru. For starters, there was only one other car in the other line when I arrived. I sat at the kiosk waiting for someone to talk to me after a good 4 to 5 minutes. Someone came on and said we'll be right with you. I sat there for an easy 10 minutes before they finally got back. Now they did apologize, but that did not really make me understand why there was such a pileup. There were not a lot of cars out front so I knew the restaurant wasn't busy. I was excited to try the new Whopper, and saw that they had the Maple barbecue Whopper with bacon and cheese, so I opted for that, went large, and then drove forward to the window. And there I sat Finally someone came to the window and gave me my Cherry Coke zero and straw. And then close the window. A few moments later. She came back and said, did I give you your drink? I said yes you did. She said I'll be right back with your food. A few minutes later she came back with the food, thanked me and I drove off. I got home, I opened the bag and was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was neatly placed in the bag rather than haphazardly thrown in, as I had experienced at some other fast food places. However, the big surprise was when I opened the box containing the Whopper. Now as you can see in my photos what the maple barbecue Whopper with bacon and cheese was supposed to look like, it was supposed to have fried onion slices and fried jalapenos, with bacon and cheese. Cheese. Was there cheese? Plainly see some cheese in there. Was there bacon? Yes, there was bacon that looked like it had been so thinly sliced with an exacto knife that I could barely see it on the hamburger. How about the fried onions and frieda jalapenos? Almost non-existent. It literally looked like someone had taken a pinch of graham cracker crumbs and put it on the hamburger top and bottom. The only thing holding it together was some barbecue sauce. The upside? My fries were hot. The hamburger was as warm as I was expecting, but you bite into it and and there was no flavor outside of a standard Whopper. Such a disappointment. Especially when you are paying for a premium sandwich. So here are my main complaints. The burger was absolutely not what I was expecting based on the photograph on the sign. Look I get it. They spend a lot of money to have food photographers make it look amazing but it should at least have some similarities to what you actually get in the bag. This was definitely not fast food, and I am still perplexed as to why it took so long to get the food to the vehicle.. or even take my order for that matter. As someone who was an assistant manager at a Burger King. I am familiar with policy and procedure. I don't know if this is the manager's fault, the district manager's fault or the franchisees fault, but there is a definite problem at this particular Burger King. Bottom line? Based on this experience, I doubt that I will ever return to this particular location, or another Burger King ever again. Again. You don't get a third chance to make a second impression. read more

Everytime. Worst customer service. You wait in your car for 10 minutes before anyone even says, "just a minute to take your order", in drive through . They never take your order. So you have to drive to first window and argue that your order was never taken. Then, with only one car in front of you, you wait another 20 mins. Then they forget two items and don't believe you when you go into the store and ask for your items. Overall 45 minutes just to get a burger, fries, soda and shake. We live nearby and every once in a while like to get some "quick" food for dinner. Every time we come, it takes a very long time to get your food. Both drive through and inside are equally slow service. The inside even has 2 kiosks and they still take a long time. This evening we went inside to order, and it took over 20 minutes to prepare. We came through the drive thru to pick up and sat at the ordering window for over 5min with no acknowledgment from anyone. The staff was very nice. Food was good. From the moment we walked in I could hear a woman screaming in the back. The staff seemed so stressed out and when I asked them, they said it's been like this for the last few days. We were there for over 40 minute and I could hear her yelling at staff members the whole time. I went to tell the staff members that they were doing a great job and nobody should have to work under those circumstances, the manager (turned out to be the general manager) came out and said she wasnt yelling she was "just talking over her staff" she even said to ask any of her staff, they are all happy working there (insert eye roll) I can't believe that she treats her staff that way. Last Sunday we ordered through the app for delivery at 5:30pm. It said 33 minutes for delivery which is fine. We didn't get our food until 8:30pm. THREE HOURS AFTER ORDERING.
