Serene Ave. phone number 702-361-8723 and was treated with zero communication from any other staff at first thankfully this location has what I would call the Disney standard and communicated with me as soon as I walked in saying that somebody will be right with me. When I asked for Manager, I was more than patient to wait for them to communicate with them. When Malisa finally got a moments. I went ahead and communicated with her about my experience at that location. Melissa and her team turned my very frustrating experience. She definitely a Disney recovery type experience. I've come to this location multiple times and every time I've had some issue they've always been gracious and were always willing to help out. I was there yesterday 4/3/26 around between 8pm-9pm. The customer service was not good. While I was in the car with my kids, you could hear the cashier lady and the other lady talking about customers and myself. They were complaining because customers including myself decided to order extra food at the window. Well yes, my child wanted me to order something okay. Stop making customers feel bad, specially talking bad about them right at the window in front of them, because we would like to add more food to our order. I had seen all the online videos about how the CEO of Burger King decided to receive phone calls and make things better. Well he had obviously not been to this particular Burger King. Let's break it down, shall we? Full disclosure? I was an assistant manager at a Burger King in willows California in the early 1980s. So I understand how a Burger King should be run. I am strictly basing my review on my experience and the food itself, I did not go into the restaurant but rather went through the drive-thru. For starters, there was only one other car in the other line when I arrived. I sat at the kiosk waiting for someone to talk to me after a good 4 to 5 minutes. Someone came on and said we'll be right with you. I sat there for an easy 10 minutes before they finally got back. Now they did apologize, but that did not really make me understand why there was such a pileup. There were not a lot of cars out front so I knew the restaurant wasn't busy. I was excited to try the new Whopper, and saw that they had the Maple barbecue Whopper with bacon and cheese, so I opted for that, went large, and then drove forward to the window. And there I sat Finally someone came to the window and gave me my Cherry Coke zero and straw. And then close the window. A few moments later. She came back and said, did I give you your drink? I said yes you did. She said I'll be right back with your food. A few minutes later she came back with the food, thanked me and I drove off. I got home, I opened the bag and was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was neatly placed in the bag rather than haphazardly thrown in, as I had experienced at some other fast food places. However, the big surprise was when I opened the box containing the Whopper. Now as you can see in my photos what the maple barbecue Whopper with bacon and cheese was supposed to look like, it was supposed to have fried onion slices and fried jalapenos, with bacon and cheese. Cheese. Was there cheese? Plainly see some cheese in there. Was there bacon? Yes, there was bacon that looked like it had been so thinly sliced with an exacto knife that I could barely see it on the hamburger. How about the fried onions and frieda jalapenos? Almost non-existent. It literally looked like someone had taken a pinch of graham cracker crumbs and put it on the hamburger top and bottom. The only thing holding it together was some barbecue sauce. The upside? My fries were hot. The hamburger was as warm as I was expecting, but you bite into it and and there was no flavor outside of a standard Whopper. Such a disappointment. Especially when you are paying for a premium sandwich. So here are my main complaints. The burger was absolutely not what I was expecting based on the photograph on the sign. Look I get it. They spend a lot of money to have food photographers make it look amazing but it should at least have some similarities to what you actually get in the bag. This was definitely not fast food, and I am still perplexed as to why it took so long to get the food to the vehicle.. or even take my order for that matter. As someone who was an assistant manager at a Burger King. I am familiar with policy and procedure. I don't know if this is the manager's fault, the district manager's fault or the franchisees fault, but there is a definite problem at this particular Burger King. Bottom line? Based on this experience, I doubt that I will ever return to this particular location, or another Burger King ever again. Again. You don't get a third chance to make a second impression. read more

The food here is honestly decent. It's Burger King you know what you're getting, and despite everything, it still hit the spot. The problem isn't the food. It's the service. While ordering in the drive-thru, I noticed on the screen that my sandwich was entered with a croissant instead of a biscuit. No big deal, right? I immediately said, "Oh, sorry, could you change that to a biscuit?" This was maybe 20 seconds after placing the order. The response? "Sorry, I already submitted it, so I can't change it." Wait... what? Are you serious?! So the employee made the mistake, acknowledged it, and basically said, "Welp, guess you're eating the wrong sandwich." I wasn't about to argue over a breakfast sandwich, so I just paid for it and drove on. It still tasted good, but that's not really the point. When you know you're serving someone the wrong order because you don't want to take 10 seconds to fix your own mistake, it leaves a much worse taste in your mouth than the sandwich ever could. Then, to top it off, the guy at the window practically tossed the bag into my car like he was trying out for the quarterback position. The funny part? None of this was surprising. But regrettably this is the closest BK to my house. Guess if the kids really want BK I will drive 25 minutes then! Because every time I've come to this location, the service has been about the same. Well, so much for being able to help you guys out with a great review. I've tried the whopper twice since it's supposed revamp, and really, I can't tell any improvements over the old one. I still like the Carl's Famous star better. It's got a more savory char-broiled taste. My order of onion rings was a bunch of 1 inch diameter old rings. The wife seemed to like what she ordered, but when I asked her how many Yelp stars she would give them, she said 2.5. Since you don't have 2.5 available, and I give it a 2, we're giving it a 2. I liked the fry I tried after getting out of the drive-thru and I understand transporting fried items is a challenge, but when I got home, the fries were just like the rings. Tasted old. I wasn't thrilled about going here mainly because we have an in n out close by and they're cheaper. Just can't get the wife's chicken fries there. The workers were friendly and were more than happy to give me whatever ketchup and dipping sauces I asked for. They lose a star for pulling that sh*t about making me pull out of the drivethru and making me park in front of the store to make me wait for my order. There were no cars behind me. I HATE that. I visited Burger King on St Rose parkway Store #18872 on July 17th. Restaurant was clean. I ordered a whopper combo and the food came out hot and cooked correctly. The manager/trainer Melissa was instructing several employees at the time, and I noticed how efficient she was. The employees were all actively listening to her. There seems to be a lot of hype lately on news media about the recent changes the CEO of BK is making and its working! I will definitely visit this location again. read more
