I was there yesterday 4/3/26 around between 8pm-9pm. The customer service was not good. While I was in the car with my kids, you could hear the cashier lady and the other lady talking about customers and myself. They were complaining because customers including myself decided to order extra food at the window. Well yes, my child wanted me to order something okay. Stop making customers feel bad, specially talking bad about them right at the window in front of them, because we would like to add more food to our order. i pulled in through the drive thru and the lady immediately greeted and said "we're out of chicken fries, chicken nuggets, garlic items, burger buns, and lids for medium cups." im probably even missing a few items she said. its upsetting because i've came here three times already within the past year and every time im greeted with them listing a huge list of items they dont have in stock. one time they even had the dining area completely closed off no way to order inside even though it was only 3pm. management definitely needs to be evaluated. i wasn't even able to order anything this time because damn near the whole menu was missing. whats the point of being open? seems like a different business could profit here better and use this space to its full potential. again, this store should be evaluated. read more

I had seen all the online videos about how the CEO of Burger King decided to receive phone calls and make things better. Well he had obviously not been to this particular Burger King. Let's break it down, shall we? Full disclosure? I was an assistant manager at a Burger King in willows California in the early 1980s. So I understand how a Burger King should be run. I am strictly basing my review on my experience and the food itself, I did not go into the restaurant but rather went through the drive-thru. For starters, there was only one other car in the other line when I arrived. I sat at the kiosk waiting for someone to talk to me after a good 4 to 5 minutes. Someone came on and said we'll be right with you. I sat there for an easy 10 minutes before they finally got back. Now they did apologize, but that did not really make me understand why there was such a pileup. There were not a lot of cars out front so I knew the restaurant wasn't busy. I was excited to try the new Whopper, and saw that they had the Maple barbecue Whopper with bacon and cheese, so I opted for that, went large, and then drove forward to the window. And there I sat Finally someone came to the window and gave me my Cherry Coke zero and straw. And then close the window. A few moments later. She came back and said, did I give you your drink? I said yes you did. She said I'll be right back with your food. A few minutes later she came back with the food, thanked me and I drove off. I got home, I opened the bag and was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was neatly placed in the bag rather than haphazardly thrown in, as I had experienced at some other fast food places. However, the big surprise was when I opened the box containing the Whopper. Now as you can see in my photos what the maple barbecue Whopper with bacon and cheese was supposed to look like, it was supposed to have fried onion slices and fried jalapenos, with bacon and cheese. Cheese. Was there cheese? Plainly see some cheese in there. Was there bacon? Yes, there was bacon that looked like it had been so thinly sliced with an exacto knife that I could barely see it on the hamburger. How about the fried onions and frieda jalapenos? Almost non-existent. It literally looked like someone had taken a pinch of graham cracker crumbs and put it on the hamburger top and bottom. The only thing holding it together was some barbecue sauce. The upside? My fries were hot. The hamburger was as warm as I was expecting, but you bite into it and and there was no flavor outside of a standard Whopper. Such a disappointment. Especially when you are paying for a premium sandwich. So here are my main complaints. The burger was absolutely not what I was expecting based on the photograph on the sign. Look I get it. They spend a lot of money to have food photographers make it look amazing but it should at least have some similarities to what you actually get in the bag. This was definitely not fast food, and I am still perplexed as to why it took so long to get the food to the vehicle.. or even take my order for that matter. As someone who was an assistant manager at a Burger King. I am familiar with policy and procedure. I don't know if this is the manager's fault, the district manager's fault or the franchisees fault, but there is a definite problem at this particular Burger King. Bottom line? Based on this experience, I doubt that I will ever return to this particular location, or another Burger King ever again. Again. You don't get a third chance to make a second impression. read more

Just left this location they have the worst customer service the staff was too busy playing around to get orders out..Got charged for a drink when their machine doesn't even work..The food took so long another customer walked out we were about to ask for a refund..Have no plans on coming back to this location ever again. I visited Burger King on St Rose parkway Store #18872 on July 17th. Restaurant was clean. I ordered a whopper combo and the food came out hot and cooked correctly. The manager/trainer Melissa was instructing several employees at the time, and I noticed how efficient she was. The employees were all actively listening to her. There seems to be a lot of hype lately on news media about the recent changes the CEO of BK is making and its working! I will definitely visit this location again. read more

I came to this location after placing an order at 2180 E. Serene Ave. phone number 702-361-8723 and was treated with zero communication from any other staff at first thankfully this location has what I would call the Disney standard and communicated with me as soon as I walked in saying that somebody will be right with me. When I asked for Manager, I was more than patient to wait for them to communicate with them. When Malisa finally got a moments. I went ahead and communicated with her about my experience at that location. Melissa and her team turned my very frustrating experience. She definitely a Disney recovery type experience. I've come to this location multiple times and every time I've had some issue they've always been gracious and were always willing to help out. I will definitely be coming back to this location, especially with my daughter. Again, thank you to Melissa and her team at the store. read more

The food here is honestly decent. It's Burger King you know what you're getting, and despite everything, it still hit the spot. The problem isn't the food. It's the service. While ordering in the drive-thru, I noticed on the screen that my sandwich was entered with a croissant instead of a biscuit. No big deal, right? I immediately said, "Oh, sorry, could you change that to a biscuit?" This was maybe 20 seconds after placing the order. The response? "Sorry, I already submitted it, so I can't change it." Wait... what? Are you serious?! So the employee made the mistake, acknowledged it, and basically said, "Welp, guess you're eating the wrong sandwich." I wasn't about to argue over a breakfast sandwich, so I just paid for it and drove on. It still tasted good, but that's not really the point. When you know you're serving someone the wrong order because you don't want to take 10 seconds to fix your own mistake, it leaves a much worse taste in your mouth than the sandwich ever could. Then, to top it off, the guy at the window practically tossed the bag into my car like he was trying out for the quarterback position. The funny part? None of this was surprising. But regrettably this is the closest BK to my house. Guess if the kids really want BK I will drive 25 minutes then! Because every time I've come to this location, the service has been about the same. After this visit, I finally understand how this place ended up with such a low Yelp rating. The food deserves better than the customer service that's representing it. read more

I visited this location on 5/23/26 and Oh man does the 1.6 stars review match the costumer service the assistant manager Alyssa is the worst I waited 30 minutes with my mom for a order while the assistant manager was arguing with her employee in the back allowing the food orders to get as backed up as 20 minutes I asked for a refund and the woman took almost 5 minutes just to do that on top of the 30 minutes the. When we asked for a higher up she doesn't give us nothing to contact a higher up her exuse was she was on a conference call please STAY AS FAR AWAY AS Possible!!!!! I go to this location only because it's around the area. Finally decided to leave my take on this specific one after losing patience due to the terrible service by what you call an employee. Majority of these kids that work there need to learn basic and proper etiquette. This employee is a prime example why I despise this new Gen Z and beyond. Your first impression is your last impression. I asked for a few ranches for 2 fcking sandwiches and only got 1? He said "what you say? You needed what?" The tone alone already pissed me off right there. The way you gave it to me was very petty and disrespectful. Everytime. Worst customer service. You wait in your car for 10 minutes before anyone even says, "just a minute to take your order", in drive through . They never take your order. So you have to drive to first window and argue that your order was never taken. Then, with only one car in front of you, you wait another 20 mins. Then they forget two items and don't believe you when you go into the store and ask for your items. Overall 45 minutes just to get a burger, fries, soda and shake. Topped off with attitude, pants below their butt checks so low I can see their underwear. Everyone is walking in slow motion. 5th time here. Same experience every time. Where is the manager? Placed order through the app at 6:55. Hit the drive thru at 7:05. Told to pull around and wait out front. Had my dog in the car so I couldn't go in. Watched an employee come out on a smoke break and finish, about 15 minutes, still no food. At 7:33pm, pulled back around to the drive through window. At first they couldn't even find my order. Then they found the bag, apologized that someone had cleared the order off the screen. Lesson learned - from now on, when they ask me to pull around, I'll say 'no thank you.' This has to be one of the worst Burger Kings in existence. Open 24 hours but close the front doors whenever they feel like it. 12 in the afternoon with not a soul around and the doors are locked. Tried to go through the drive through, again the only person, and was put on hold for 15 mins with no response or answer to my hellos. In the time I waited, another 5 cars pulled up trying to go inside and had to join me in the drive through line. We live nearby and every once in a while like to get some "quick" food for dinner. Every time we come, it takes a very long time to get your food. Both drive through and inside are equally slow service. The inside even has 2 kiosks and they still take a long time. This evening we went inside to order, and it took over 20 minutes to prepare. This location cannot be considered "fast" food, as it's quicker to get food served in a sit down restaurant. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this location! read more

We decided to order our food on the inside instead of drive through. I used the kiosk and it was very easy to place my order. The restaurant was not busy and it took 5 to 7 minutes to receive my order to dine out. The restaurant was quiet due to only 2 other customers dining in. The food was ok but lukewarm.
