First visit to this location, placed an app order for scheduled pickup at 12:05pm; arrived on time only to be informed my order was not ready. Only person in the seating area was an employee on a break or lunch (and stayed there the entire length of my visit) while the only other employee (very polite and apologetic) was working both the counter and kitchen. In all waited 20 minutes (12:25pm) until my order was complete; while there were a few extra pieces included, most of it was dry/inedible/overcooked. No response from either corporate or local management/owner; save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else!

Was looking for the best hoagie sandwich like I had in Southern California. This one comes real close. Great food, great price, great staff!

And it happened to be around the area where I work at which is always a plus. Can't really rate the inside of the lobby area but from what I saw it was clean and I'm assuming the bathrooms were as well. Not the biggest raising Cane's fan but judging from the locations in vegas I ate at it's probably one of the better raising Cane's locations

I fully support high school students working and earning money, but the staff here truly need better training. At times it feels more like a social hangout than a workplace. There seems to be a lack of urgency, awareness, and basic customer service from much of the crew. The food is also hit or miss. Sometimes the chicken strips are hot and fresh, but other times the pieces are small. The fries are are at times overcooked, and overly salted. The inconsistency makes it hard to rely on this location. Although this store is more convenient for me, I've found myself driving to the Stephanie Street or south premium outlets locations instead because they consistently provide better service and quality. Management at the Saint Rose location -- please evaluate and properly train your team. 2 strong employees can't make up for the overall lack of performance of others. With better supervision and training, this location has the potential to improve. I do hope you read the RECENT reviews below because it's speaks volumes! 1-888 numbers does not address or fixed the obvious issues.

This location opened just outside of Green Valley Ranch just last year, and I decided to invite my friend over here instead of our usual late evening burger stop. I tried the Classic Burger ($9.99). It was pretty solid, with a decent thick patty, hefty bun, some lettuce and tomato, and a burger sauce. It wasn't that exciting compared to some of the other popular burger chains though, and it was giving lots of California vibes in the sense that there wasn't a lot of fattiness. I did get it with a combo (+$4.99) though. The onion rings were crispy and mostly were bite-through-able, and they went alright with the ranch. I do think a 1:2 or 1:3 ketchup:ranch mixture might be the play, but I didn't investigate thoroughly yet. I also tried my friend's fries, which were okay but not that memorable either. My rating was really not gonna be awesome except for my drink (also included in the aforementioned combo). It was my take on an Arnold Palmer, a roughly 1:1 mix of their unsweetened tea and their lemonade. I later found out that the tea is a passion fruit tea, which is why I was getting fruity/tropical vibes that aren't usually part of this tea. And the sweetness ended up so addictively ideal that I could hardly stop drinking the thing. I will be back to Ruby's when I really crave that Arnold Palmer, and hopefully I'll figure out what to do to find a better entree on their menu. Maybe my friend's chili cheese dog could be a good starting point.

Very casual for lunch or dinner pick up or dine in. We both tried the Greek Salad Wrap. One was supposed to be all plain with the sauces on the side however it had all the sauce inside it as well as on the side. They remade it, but it came out exactly the same way. The second one had everything in it along with the pepper-chini topper. Very filling salad wrap. Probably would've been better to split this and or eat 1/2 and take the other half home for later. Left very full. But it was exceptionally good. It was very quiet in there only one other guest. There were two ladies behind the counter, one cooking and one taking the orders who were very kind, but no one ensuring everything came out correctly. Just a very simple and mellow place. Overall, would try it again since it was our first time there. The pricing was OK. Everything on the menu looks amazing. I want to try more next time. :)

Until we moved to Las Vegas, my girlfriend had brought home some Jollibee. And I was actually kind of excited about it. Then they did that collaboration with the Korean pop group, offering a really great spicy Korean chicken sandwich. That changed the game forever. I wish they still had it, because I would eat that everyday until I exploded. That being said, went back to have some lunch, and checked this place out. Is super clean, plenty of parking, and everything is very neat. When you walk inside, the front counter is right there and ready for you to make your order. Guy behind the counter was okay, not stellar, but okay he got the job done so I have no real complaints about that. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich which came with jalapeno and Sriracha mayo. I decided to order some bacon on that as well. I thought this was easily going to be a $20 meal with the addition of the bacon, but I was pleasantly surprised when it came in at under $15. For that $15, I got a sandwich, french fries, a drink, and a mango peach pie. In this day and age of fast food meals costing upwards of $18 to $20 and all you get is a burger frying small drink, this was actually a total surprise. The food itself was hot, not just seasoning, but temperature wise. The fries could have been a little bit hotter, but they were definitely crispy and that's a bonus to me. The flavors on everything were completely balanced, and what a surprise that peach mango pie was! Super tasty and delicious with a very crunchy outer shell. Bottom line? I have totally changed my opinion of Jollibee, and they can consider me a customer for life. One caveat, you got to bring back that Korean chicken sandwich because it was absolutely phenomenal.

Its in a tiny business center in the middle od Blue Diamon Rd and not really at any intersections. So when I came to it from the east today, it was much easier than the last time I tried. Immediately I was struck by the service. One gentleman working there held the door for me as I was walking in. Ths person who took my order also brought it out to me. She even spelled my name right on the receipt. You'd be surprised at how often its wrong. Anyhow, service - A+ Now to the food. I ordered a 4 finger plate thst comes with toast, fries and slaw. Same order I get at Cane's. I figured that would be a good way to compare them. I definitely have a preference. Before I get to that, a bit about what I received. The toast was...toast. Not as thick and fluffy and the closest comparison. More toasty and more salty. The chicken fingers were actually pretty good albeit a bit small. They were hot, fresh and tasty. The sauce they came with was fine but mostly forgettable. I don't know why but it just didn't stand out to me. The fries had potential but were so very over seasoned. Some I didn't eat at all. Some I brushed off as much of the seasoning as I could. Yes, I was a fine seasoning but so so salty. I don't use a lot of salt. Partly for health reasons and partly just a long time personal preference. Finally, the coleslaw. Cool and creamy. Tangy and sweet. Probably the favorite item on my plate. Good service today. Mixed bag of food. Not for those on a sodium restrictive diet. But then what fast food is? I am happy to have had the opportunity to try Zaxby's but I don't think I'll be back soon. It is on the other side of the valley from me afterall. I have other places closer to home that are more convenient.
