I initially experienced Hencredible because of a Yelp Experience. My kids loved the leftovers and were requesting it a couple of days later when we needed to pick up dinner to go. Hencredible is mostly a to go place as it only has one two top and a few counter seats when dining in. They also post about their cute bags on their social media, which I didn't get on my first visit since I dined in that time. On this last visit, I ordered via their website which is very easy to navigate. They were out of the mushroom fries on my first visit, so I really wanted to try them on this visit. The Husband got the KFC Sandwich ($10) with medium heat. He really enjoyed the cider slaw and Korean radish but wished he got the Hot heat as it wasn't spicy enough for him. The Little Gal got the Loaded Waffle Wreck ($13) because she wanted the shredded jack cheese. However, there was no cheese in sight, and the waffle fries were only okay. Next time, we would probably just do the KFC Bites and fries/mushroom fries instead with the sauce on the side too. The Little Guy got the KFC Bites ($7) and it only came with one sauce. Midway through, he was asking if there was any more sauce and I had to tell him no unfortunately. I got the Mushroom Fries ($5) and it also came with one sauce. I really enjoyed the flavor of it but probably would have liked it even more if I had it fresh. When I went to pick up my order, I noticed it was in a plain brown bag and asked about their special bags and was told they ran out. While in the car and distributing the food, I noticed I had only two sauces - one for the KFC Bites and one for the Mushroom Fries. (I was given two sauces for my KFC Bites during my first visit.) I went back in to ask about the sauces and told them I had received two sauces the other day. He asked what day and I told him on Wednesday and he said they were not supposed to do that. He was very indifferent about the whole situation and didn't offer to sell me another sauce or anything. So, I was a bit bummed with this experience because of the inconsistency with sauce distribution. Because we had four orders and they were piled on top of each other, the dishes on the bottom got a bit steamy and wasn't ideal for something that was recently deep-fried. I really enjoyed my first experience and do attribute that I was dining in, so the items were hot, fresh, and crispy. I would return but would not do to go.

I'm usually not a coleslaw person, but it worked really well in the sandwich. The biggest surprise for me was the mushroom fries. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I ended up loving them and would definitely recommend trying them. Overall, I'd say this place is worth checking out if you're into Korean-style flavors and seasonings. I'm giving it 4.5/5 stars and I can definitely see myself coming back whenever I'm craving a chicken sandwich that's a little different from the usual spots.
I am so excited to try another place with the tradition of Korean cuisine. This place is so cute and very self-explanatory regarding the menu. The area is a bit small however it's inviting. We decided to go. The staff is friendly. I asked them how the name came from or how they came up with the name. They said that they want to make a unique and some states have impeccable names. So they named it "HENCREDIBLE" I definitely come back to try the Mushroom fries.
You gotta try this new place ! Korean fried chicken sandwich at its best I like Hot and it did not disappoint Onion rings and a cold soda Yum Food was served fresh and hot : ) Charles and Ella were super friendly and helped me pick out the right amount of heat. Reuse able ToGo bag gave you a final nice touch ! Even had a fun Pokémon board near the table top to play and check out and trade cards while they make your sandwich Fun new lunch spot. Go here !! I've been seeing this place on social media and my friends have recommended it a few times, so I thought to check it out! The chicken sandwich portion is HUGE. Each sandwich had a mammoth-sized chicken piece (probs thigh?) that was juicy with a nice crispy outside that wasn't too thick. That matched with the coleslaw and pickled radish was delicious. I think what makes me rate it a four is that I wish there was more flavor in the whole sandwich itself (probably because I ordered no spice...). I'd definitely bring friends here who are craving a chicken sandwich though! Fries were also good - nice thick cuts with a standard thousand island sauce. Service was quick and friendly! Located in the plaza with Albertsons and right next to Brew Tea. Fairly easy to find parking during Saturday lunch.

I think I paid 17 with tip for the combo and upgraded side. I guess that's reasonable nowadays. The inside is small... def don't expect to come eat with a party of 5 and sit together. I think the two bar seating areas accommodate 4 at each counter and then they have a small table that seats 2... so like 10 seats total? The place was clean, and the food came out fresh and fairly quick. I'd return.

The menu is small, simple, but you don't need much if you master what you've got. Ordered the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich (mild) with onion rings, the KFC Bites with mushroom fries, and a side of the French fries. The combos also came with a drink so we grabbed a Diet Coke and a Fanta. We ordered it to go and when our order was ready it was packed with a smile in this adorably insulated recyclable bag which I will definitely be keeping on hand in my car as needed. Even though the drive home was about 15 minutes the food was still hot. I was a little nervous choosing the mild as I'm not huge on spice. I heard one of the gals tell another customer that Classic is like no spice and mild is like a level 2-3. But I'm glad I rolled the dice because it was just right! To be honest this was the best chicken sandwich I have had; the heat was enough to feel a gentle burn but bring out the amazing flavor of the breaded chicken. It had a crisp, similar to tempura coating and inside the chicken was so tender! The spice was balanced nicely by a slaw and a slice of pickled radish all on a soft and fluffy bun. The chicken bites had lot of paprika on them (we actually had to knock some off) but tasted amazing when dipped in the Hencredible sauce. The fries have that tempura texture so they are super crispy, the way my picky son likes it. The onion rings were more of a beer batter texture and tasted amazing as well. The mushroom fries were a surprise; soft like a French fry but saltier and a little chewier, similar to good ole clam strips. All in all we were very impressed and are hoping that even with the influx of rent and pop ups of Korean chicken places lately, they are able to stick around because they really do put the credible in Hencredible.

While it is a limited menu, I love that the spice level is customizable. I got the KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) bites combo with the waffle fries. The classic seasoning has great flavor but no heat which is perfect for me. There are also 4 levels of spice you can add. The waffle fries were crispy and delicious and everything came out quickly. The staff was very helpful, explaining the options and offering suggestions. They even have their mascot as a stuffie. I tried to buy one but they are just for display. For such a small location it has a warm yet modern feel with a great amount of seating. I will be back to check a few more items out soon.
Got a chance to try this place out thanks to the yelp event. We ordered the chicken sandwich, KFC, regular fries and mushroom fries. The chicken sandwich was good but super messy. You have the sauce plus the coleslaw which made it hard for me to keep it together and eat it. The chicken itself was moist and had a great crunchy coating. The fries were good with a nice coating around, as well as the mushroom fries; which I was pleasantly surprised. The KFC is just like any other fried chicken pieces with their dry spice coating. We ordered a hot spice level for the KFC, and you can tell it definitely has a spicy kick to it. Whoever gets the ghost hot is a true spice lover as I can imagine it would be super hott! I'm glad the employee offered us a sample of the "hot" spice flavoring, cause I changed my sauce to a medium level on my sandwich. Even their dipping sauce was good for the chicken and fries. Although everything is fried on their menu, I hope in the future they will offer a grilled chicken sandwich. For me personally, eating all fried foods is a bit much for me. Next time we go back I would like to try their Taiwanese popcorn chicken since they were out of it today. Overall the food was good, the staff was friendly and the ordering process is easy as their menu is simple. It's a very small place with maybe 10-12seats inside, very much a quick bite place.

I also learned they offer different heat levels, including a ghost pepper option, but I decided to play it safe and order the regular flavor first. Even the mild had a nice kick to it, so if you're sensitive to spice, keep that in mind. The waffle fries were also really good and had a great crunch. Overall, it was a solid meal from start to finish. Friendly service, flavorful food, and a unique take on fried chicken. This little spot i discovered while I was on my way to get my boba fix. My son and I gave it a try. The place was clean. WE ordered the korean chicken sandwich its crunchy, juicy, sweet-spicy Korean fried chicken perfection in every bite. Ordered fries mushrooms an im so glad I did. Never had fried mushrooms so I didn't know what taste yo expect. It delivered. Lightly battered mushrooms, crunchy on the outside, while staying tender and earthy inside. It delicious. Best if eaten right away. Lastly the Loaded waffle wreck. Waffle fried on the bottom with tastfuly seasoned hendrcedible sauce karaage popcorn chicken bites. It was dinamite! Hecredible indeed! A must try! .
What a cute spot with a simple menu. There's limited seating available, but I think this is more of a to go spot, which was my intention when I stopped by. First off, I was kinda sad that I gave them my name for the order, but they thought I said "Fang" and therefore spelled my name as such. I don't have a foreign accent whatsoever, so I don't understand.... lol I ordered the popcorn chicken combo. The lady up front asked if I wanted the chicken Taiwanese style, and I said yes! I didn't know what to expect with popcorn chicken, but I was excited that Taiwanese style was an option because it's one of my faves. She also recommended mushroom fries, which is something I don't see everyday, so I decided to get that with my combo. One of the highlights of this place is the reusable to go bag. It's so cute, and has the aluminum lining to keep your food warm. I thought the Taiwanese popcorn chicken could use more flavor. It tasted a bit bland to me. The mushroom fries however were good and the hencridible sauce that comes with it complimented the mushroom fries well. The mushroom fries were also good by itself and without the sauce.

I came to tan. I parked in front of Hencredible. And when you park in front of Hencredible you HAVE to go in. It's the law- that I just made up right now. It's like gravity. It's a really good law. Lol I sauntered in like I owned the place. I greeted the staff. My excitement was palpable. I was hungry and this is the BEST chicken around. Ok it may have been the sugar. I stopped and got a honeydew boba tea next door first and I had a massive sugar buzz happening. Oh my goodness this chicken was fresh, hot, light, spicy, juicy, savory, crunchy and creamy with the slaw radish and sauce. In short- it was Hencredible. I sat at their only little table and ate, I went next door and tanned and then I came back and bought my husband a meal to go. Be assured, he was just as excited. Ordered to go. I think people mostly order takeout from here as the restaurant is small with limited seating for dining in. The menu is pretty simple which is nice with it being my first time there. We ordered KFC bites and two KFC combos with mushroom fries, waffle fries, a fountain and a limeade. I ate a KFC bite on the drive home and it was tender and crispy. I ordered it plain because it was actually for my daughter. Sandwiches were good! Mine was slightly too crispy/over, but still good. Ordered them spice level Hot and it's a good level of spice. Mushroom fries were interesting. I'm not sure if they would've tasted better before the ride home, but I think I'll try their fries instead next time. Limeade was really good! I wanted to get a picture of it, but my hubby drank it all so fast. Overall, food was really good. The portions were generous and reasonably priced. Eh, I may have gone on an off day, since I've only heard some great reviews about their chicken from friends whose taste buds I trust. My popcorn chicken was very very bland. I think the cook seriously forgot to put in any seasoning into the batter. There was no salt, pepper or seasoning that I could taste in the batter and reminded me of cardboard. I ordered it "medium" and by looks, the redness looks like it would have added seasoning to get it salvaged, but surely ut was not enough. The incredible sauce was very watery in texture. Half the thinness of a chick fil A sauce. My highlight was the mushroom fries. Despite the $8 price tax, the batter was seasoned perfectly well. I loved that it had some salty and peppery notes to the batter and it was just so good. Hopefully it was just a really off day and that chicken doesn't actually taste like that. $18 for the the whole combo meal sounds a bit steep to me. Cute to-go bag though! read more

Tucked away in a very tiny space between Brew Tea and Great Clips is a very delicious chicken place. The menu isn't complicated and doesn't need to be because everything there is good to great. I have been to Hencredible a few times now and love the chicken here! The chicken sandwich does look delicious, but I have only ordered the Karaage Popcorn Bites. At this point, my preference goes with choosing what is easier to eat and something that's not too messy. The combo comes with your choice of fries and a bottled drink. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and full of flavor! You choose your spice level on these, ranging from no spice to ghost hot. In my experience, classic just adds flavor and there is no spice to it. Mild is a very small amount of spice. I may have to go with Medium the next time to see how much heat it will add. The Hencreidble sauce is like a spicy mayo sauce and was pretty good. I have only ordered the Furikake Fries. The fries are nice and crispy, but the Furikake does not stick to them very well. Funny side note: the one time we ate at the restaurant there was a Asian guy who ordered to go and he asked the cashier "what is Furikake Fries?" We just had to look up and stare, LOL! The restaurant is very clean, but you will most likely be taking your food to go. There is one table that seats two people and four bar chairs. Customer service has always been friendly. Popped in at Hencredible after a long day of appointments & had a delightful experience. I was warmly greeted by Charles upfront; I asked about their most popular items & he said that it will have to be their Chicken sandwiches and waffle wreck. I went with the Waffle wreck with Karaage-mild spicy flavor on the side and was impressed! It was delicious! The chicken was crispy and not overly breaded, no chewy bits! The waffle fries were perfectly done, not oily! Fluffy inside and has a crunchy exterior! Dare I say...I enjoyed Hencredible's waffle fries more than Chik fil As' lol! I was very pleasantly surprised with hencredible! With so many hot chicken places, the sandwich here really stands out. Korean fried chicken + Nashville spice is a combo I didn't know I needed. The coleslaw wasn't overpowering and gave the right amount of tang. The pickled radish was a great pairing, especially for someone who doesn't like traditional pickles. It added an extra crunch! Hencredible lives up to its name! The chicken was perfectly crispy, with a crunch that held up even with sauce inside (my partner had it on the side). Neither sandwich turned soggy, which was a huge plus. I also loved the bun--it tied everything together without being too heavy. The sandwich itself was enormous. I thought I'd only finish half, but I managed two-thirds before I was completely stuffed! Despite the size, the flavors felt clean and balanced, not greasy or overwhelming. We stuck with the classic and one no spice, and skipped fries since we were traveling and couldn't store leftovers. Even so, the sandwich alone was more than enough for a satisfying meal. Finally tried this new chicken sandwich spot and it did not disappoint! The place is small and more of a takeout joint--but they do have space to sit about six people if you want to dine in. Despite the size, the interior feels premium with sleek black decor and spot-on lighting that gives it an upscale vibe. Ordering was super easy. They have two large touchscreen kiosks, but if you're more old-school, there's someone behind the counter ready to help. She was nice & friendly & let us sample the limeade! We went with one combo ($15.99), which included a chicken sandwich (I chose medium spice), waffle fries, and I upgraded my drink to the Brazilian limeade for an extra $4. Heads up: the limeade is really sweet but once we diluted it with a little water, it was perfect. My husband ordered just the sandwich and went with mild. Both of us were happy with our spice levels. The medium had a solid kick without being overwhelming, and the mild is ideal for someone who wants just a hint of heat. Now the sandwich itself... wow! The first few bites are incredibly satisfying with that loud, crispy crunch. Their house sauce? It's like crack! Absolutely delicious. This tiny little chicken place is bringing the cuteness factor. There is one table and two sets of bar seating. This is a place where I personally will get my food to go every time. I found out that the sandwich bun and the macaroni salad contains dairy. I had to opt for the fried chicken pieces with a medium spicy level. The medium level was the top of my limit for anything being spicy. The chicken was definitely crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The breading definitely has the seasoning flavor factor. The sauce was nice because it definitely has a kick of horseradish to it. The breading on the chicken is dairy free. I got the onion rings as well and that was also dairy free. The restaurant isn't very big it has one 2 seat table and some seats along the wall. The staff was friendly. We for the mild chicken sandwich and loaded fries. Both were really good. In an area with several chicken sandwich contenders, Hencredible stands out and is off to a great start! We ordered a fried chicken sandwich, karaage / popcorn chicken, and furikake fries. The sandwich was delicious! It's a piece of chicken thigh breaded and double-fried, topped with Korean pickled radish, slaw, and their house sauce, sandwiched between Japanese milk bread (shokupan) buns. Their breading was IMPRESSIVELY crunchy. It was probably my favorite breading on a fried chicken sandwich ever. Even when pieces of the breading came off the chicken, I'd set them aside and eat them like chips! The dry rub on the chicken was tasty and not too salty, and the heat level felt accurate and comparable to that of a certain Nashville hot chicken place down the street. We ordered our chicken mild, which is spicy but pleasurable to me (someone with zero spice tolerance). I'd probably order the plain next time - note that plain does not mean unseasoned! The pickled radish was a tart, slightly sweet touch, and that plus the slaw and pillowy bun really lightened up the sandwich. All together, it wasn't an overly heavy bite, which is my favorite way to eat fried food! The popcorn chicken had a similar seasoning to the chicken, and the lemon added offered a nice touch to lighten up the spice. I personally think a touch of sweetness (maybe a little sugar on the dry rub?) would elevate it even further, but at least the accompanying house sauce had a subtle sweetness and creaminess that balanced out the bite. The furikake fries are a great level-up to the classic fry. They came out hot, crisp, and nicely seasoned. One of my favorite bites was taking the fry, dipping it in the sauce, and then pressing the fry onto the bits of furikake seasoning at the bottom of the box. They have a small dining room, with four counter seats in the front, another 4-5 in the back, and one dining table for two. It's probably best for a quick meal with a friend or takeout if you have a bigger group. Ambiance is casual, with two self-order kiosks (plus a staff person at the register able to ring you up and/or answer questions) and EDM playing in the back. They're currently in their soft opening and are actively making changes to their business based on customer feedback. The owner (I assume?) came out as we were finishing our meal and asked for our thoughts, which was a nice gesture. We also had a conversation with him about his thoughts as a business owner, especially in such a poppin area of Vegas with lots of competitors. Their areas for improvements are pretty minor, and most importantly, their base product is VERY solid. This spot is definitely going on our regular rotation. read more
