Ordered online and picked up in the drive through, the staff was polite and the line moved quickly. Food was very enjoyable for the half of the order we actually received. Apologies for the rant ahead of time but I have yet to go to any fast food place in Lebanon and have them remember my ENTIRE order. Using the drive through I ordered food as normal, when I got to window, I got berated by a youngster for not giving my coupon code when ordering for at least 30 seconds, I politely informed her I did, so she called me an old bit-h under her breath (but I heard). While the food tasted alright, the presentation was terrible!! I ordered the classic melt with heavy American cheese. It wasn't toasted and the cheese wasn't melted. The service was again, alright. So, I really like the croissant breakfast sandwiches. I order egg and cheese because I don't like meat. They are so good that I keep coming back. Often. When they are 2 for $4 it is hard to resist. I buy the hash browns and Capri Sun apple juice too. I usually do so, once or twice a week, in between my elementary school and middle school carpool for my kids. There is just enough time for me to buy breakfast to bring home to my older daughter. Then we have some quality time to eat and visit together at home before she starts her day. Well... I got super embarrassed a few weeks ago when the voice through the drive through completed my order back to me after I started saying the sandwiches. "With the small hash browns and 2 apple juice?" She knew exactly what I wanted! It was a great attention to detail that I appreciated. Yes, I do visit there often and order the same thing, but it was a nice way to validate my existence. Sometimes people just see the job and not the people. I told her about my daughter and I. Now she always mentions her when I order. It is a very nice start to our day. read more

Waiting a long time 15-20 minutes while they prioritized drive thru orders over walk-ins. Clearly, management is focused solely on drive-thru times. They literally gave my exact order to a drive thru customer that came through 5 minutes after I placed my order. Three walk-ins with full on meals got their order before I did, and over 8-10 cars were serviced before I asked about my order. All I ordered were two sandwiches to go. Unfortunate, because I chose this stop thinking it'd be faster than the Jack in the box around the corner. Turns out they cleared my order and forgot about it for over 15min. The building looks old from the outside when looking at the torn name and paint. There was either a problem with the drive thru speaker or the person at the window was too old to hear the orders and took ages for us and cars ahead to order. The cars ahead of us were noticeably angry with the lady. When we finally got to the window, she unwrapped my burger and opened the bun with her naked hand to make sure it was the right one. My sandwich was lukewarm, but tasted good. My beverage was upgraded to make up for the wait. read more

Alright, I'm not one who typically reviews fast food places, but I felt the need to rave exceptional customer service. You typically expect food to be fast, heated to the right temp, etc. However, Jim (I'm guessing the manager) dared to challenge my son (who is only 8) when he ordered the #10 rather them something off the kids menu. Jim: "Bet you you can't eat it all." My son: "Bet you I can!" (My son loves being challenged, so this was pretty cool for him.) The new guy (David!) seems very friendly and quick to learn as well. Way unimpressed, not only is there always a long wait in drive threw, they list items on the menu that are not available. Store menu, BK website and FB all list Fiery Chicken Fries. According to employees, these have been discontinued out of the blue. The ICEE machine has been broken for months now. This remains on the menu board as well with no notation. Employees keep saying BK was informed and they have been waiting this whole time for someone to fix it. Amazing. read more

As others have said be prepared to wait a good long time even in the restaurant you will wait at least 10 mins for your food the manager who was there last time we went seamed to be more interested in hitting on the young women working there then actually doing much else creep factor not taken into account the food itself was luke warm at best and they gave us a wrong burger I did message corporate and they eventually sent me free whopper coupons that I used in Albany sadly can't even go there anymore as its burnt down now so this Lebanon BK is for now the only game in town for us its dirty and outdated but that might be able to be over looked if the service and food didn't match..bottom line its fairly bad even for fast food so be warned ide say you got a less then 20% chance of getting what you even ordered..not to mention it being some what hot and appealing.. read more

I read the other reviews and I totally disagree with them. My order is always as I ordered it. The only times it takes a little longer is when there are a lot of people in the drive thru or they are just frying the onion rings. Everything is always hot and service is GREAT. I go there at least once a week. Sometimes they are out of things or they have been discontinued - deal with it. If you don't like it - don't go there. read more

Worst service ever! Went with my brother and they shorted us on a burger! We didn't notice till we got home. They made him dig his receipt out of the trash and when he got upset about it the girl told him she has the right to refuse service. They wouldn't give us out burger or our money. It's a shame a multimillion dollar company can't afford to teach customer service. Everytime I go to this location it's one thing after another. Sorry Burger King of lebanon. this is probably the worst burger king I have ever been to. they cant get the orders correct even after 3 tries in taking back the same food. went tonight an they told me they did not even have salt for the fries. can you belive that, no salt. fries are always cold or barley warm. crappy attitude by 1 cashier.
