Worst customer experience I've ever encountered. We ordered on the app, pulled past the first window because we had already paid, and the old, obese, nasty lady at the window immediately was awful to us. She first started demanding we recant our entire order. Once we pulled out the app and did that she said "go to the first window from now on." I just went through the drive through and ordered a Big Mac and an extra plain patty for my little Yorkie, the gal was very sweet and commented on my furbaby. When I got my order the extra patty was not included, so I had to park the car and go inside. I explained to the manager that I was missing the extra patty...she said that she had not been notified that it was a 'side' item and they had placed the extra patty on the Big Mac. A really nice manager with an upbeat personality served me. I asked for well-done French fries. And when I got my order they were well well-done fries. I order them the same way at every McDonalds we go to. That way we get fresh hot fries. This is the first one who over cooked them to where they were like eating chips. The double quarter pounder was very hot and good. Hoping next time they will not over cook French fries. Well done usually gets us fries right out of the fryer. Stopped in for an early morning breakfast before heading out of town. Placed my order and received the wrong food. The dilemma: I ordered sausage mc muffins with no sausage sub bacon. Easy right? I received one muffin with cheese and sausage. No egg, and another with a muffin, cheese and bacon. It was cold. I also ordered a plain egg mc muffin for my daughter but hers came with ham on it. She was very hungry so she peeled her ham off and ate the breakfast sandwich. I took the 2 sandwiches to the counter and the gal said she needs to get her manager. I thought that was strange...I just want you to give me what I ordered. The cook approached me so I explained what I ordered and what I received were not the same. He offered to throw an egg on it. I declined and told him I would like him to make them fresh. The manager approached me and apologize. She assured me she would get me my food soon. 15 minutes later (they had to warm up the grill?!?) I had a bag with 2 replacement sandwiches. We were in a rush as we are in our way out of state. I grabbed the bag and ran. In the car I asked my daughter to check the mc muffins to ensure there want any "extra" ingredients. (Come on. We all know what happens when you send food back in a fast food setting). It is 8:40 pm, and I had just driven thru after waiting in a long line to get a MINT OREO MCFLURRY treat. I told the order taker I had a coupon, buy one, get one free, that was MAILED TO ME. It was dark, raining, and when I pulled up, I was handed two McFlurry ice cream in a cup, that one was barely HALF FULL, the other one was fine, but not full like Dairy Queen. These treats ARE $3.50, and I received, because when I got home and measured them, one that had less than 3/4 cup of ice cream, almost NO OREO COOKIE, AND.... neither one was even mint, they were both PLAIN, I ordered MINT. My GOSH, they KNEW THE CUP WAS HALF EMPTY when the person made it, and the person in the window looked t it also. Not ONE PERSON that made these, knew the customer WOULD NOT BE HAPPY with this SUPER SMALL serving?? Should I have turned around?, maybe, WAIT IN LINE AGAIN? No, I did not, but I did take a picture of the chintzy treat I paid $3.50 for. I actually only GOT ONE McFlurry, because the other "FREE" one, was less than half full, so I got for my $3.50, ONE McFlurry, a virtually plain cup of ice cream, not mint, and little or no Oreo flavor. This has happened before to me, but I am finished waiting in line to get ripped off by this McDonald's restaurant, fast and lousy, food. Maybe that could be a new motto for McD's, Fast and Lousy? If you are open 24 hours that means you serve people at 3am. I look past the extremely long wait times in the drive through and some of the errors to my orders. This is getting silly. Ok, I COULD take a star away for the parking lot layout. The spaces are angled against the direction of travel unless you loop all the way around the building.... but I doubt anyone working there making or serving food designed that so why nitpick? The fact is I have NEVER gotten a messed up order here! They are always polite, food is fresh and unless you go when it's super busy, you get in and out pretty fast. Lobby is kept pretty clean and even the ever present local tweekers seem behave themselves. I was in the drive thru the other day for a quick milkshake and got stuck behind several large orders and my cranky old 03' BMW starts showing a "low coolant" light (every few hundred miles or so it does this so I know the drill) I pull out of line and pop my hood and loosen the radiator cap to vent a bit before topping it off. I then walk inside for my milkshake. They are totally PACKED inside with I'm guessing holiday shoppers? I wait about 5 minutes and the person at the drive thru sees me in line and walks over and passes my (unpaid for) milkshake to me and gives me a sympathetic look and tells me it's on the house! She must have thought I was about to have a REALLY bad day because of my car! I thanked her and said "It's all good, the car is just temperamental. Let me pay! :)" Left my fiver on he counter and topped of my radiator and headed home feeling like they had in that small gesture, really taken an extra step to help someone from having a worse day. I'm still shocked at the fact that fast food workers want $15 an hour. I ordered my food, it was read back to me, I got to the window and the girl read it again, only it was completely wrong. I ordered a filet o fish and a cheeseburger with Mac sauce. Got my food at the second window, glanced in the bag and all was well. Got home and my filet was cold. Oh well, I ate it anyways. After going to my grandkids Christmas concert on 12/4/18 I stopped into Mcdonalds to get dinner. 6 sandwiches one of which was a Big Mac minus the middle bun, 4 fries and an apple pie. McDonald's is a pretty reliable stop when you're on the road, especially with kids. They were able to substitute the bun on my burger for lettuce (yeah Celiac!), which was nice. I pulled into the drive through around 11:50, there was a line, not ordering, but waiting for food or waiting to pay. I pulled in as another car pulled into the line, meaning they had just been helped! Immediately the girl said "we're closed" I said "it's 11:50, you guys close at 12, that doesn't make sense" she said "yeah, but by the time you get to pickup your order it'll be past 12, which is when we close" now I'm not only annoyed but amazed that apparently you guys refuse to help a paying customer, just because their order MIGHT put you past your closing. I work in retail, and we were always taught that as long as the customer is their before the doors are locked, then they need to be helped, even if it takes 15 mins. Also, I have pulled in the drivethru before at the same time, with the same amount of people in line. So again I say "that doesn't make sense" I repeated that 3x, each time I was ignored.
