Let's begin with I have eaten at this KFC several times never experienced what my husband experienced today we ordered our food online. He waited 10 minutes before he left the house. It still took another 30 minutes to get our food. They took stuff out of our bag to put it in the bag for the people that were in the drive-through and what kind of crap is that and when the food got home, it just didn't taste the same. Faster food service? Hire more help?! we went through the drive thru at 7:50pm. we were stuck in line til 9, i was 1 car away from the window--mind you, they turned off the speaker at the drive-thru. At least make an announcment on the speaker than they were no longer taking orders, only then we can drive arnd those already in line. Anyways, assuming it was broken, we drove on til we got to the pay window and they tell us that they were closed. KFC should at least honor the fact that we patiently waited and didnt cause a scene. When told the total... $3 more than the app price, I showed her my phone. She asked her manager. WE DO NOT DO ONLINE PRICES. I cancelled my order. They never get the order correct. They left off two main items and sent out a wrong side dish. It took 20 minutes at the restaurant waiting to get this corrected and by that time, the rest of our food was cold. This isn't a new issue for the Lebanon location. read more

One star is the lowest rating available, but it's too high for this store. We've been getting lunch there once a week for over a year. No complaints for the most part, even though they run out of the most random menu items during lunch hour. Last month co-worker ran for lunch just after the lunch rush. Only person in the drive thru, few people in the lobby. After paying she was told to pull around to the parking lot to wait. No one was behind her, so she asked why. No explanation, just told to move. After asking and no answer 2-3 more times, she was told there's a timer connected to the plate outside the drive thru window. She pulled around, got the food, and came back to the office. 4-5 uneventful weekly visits and we get to this week. Co-worker gets to the drive thru window to pay for the order. 'Oh. You're back.' Not hello or welcome. Took her card and ran it, gave her the drinks. Window Lady disappears and Manager comes to the window and tells co-worker to pull forward. NO ONE IS BEHIND HER OR IN THE LOBBY. Co-worker asks why. Manager reiterates command to pull forward. Again, co-worker asks why and mentions she reached out to corporate after the last pull forward situation. Manager tells co-worker they're a franchise so co-worker can't reach out to corporate and then tells co-worker she's getting a refund and is no longer welcome at this KFC. Co-worker says she doesn't want a refund, just wants food. Manager says co-worker is now banned from this store. Co-worker takes her cash refund (after paying with a card) and leaves. Then reaches out to corporate again. A guy actually answered the phone and listened to her story. Not sure it'll go anywhere, but I'm hopeful. It's obvious these employees and/or franchisee are trying to game the timer metrics for the drive thru. For shame! True story. Appalling behavior. The customer service was exceptional! Thank you Autumn! It's been some time since I experienced this level of customer service at a fast food restaurant. What set her apart was her welcoming voice and attention to detail to ensure I got everything needed for the meal. The older gentleman in front of me also complimented Autumn and asked how long she has worked here. He was impressed with her customer service as well. I observed her and her co-worked support each other to get customer served. I am working in this area now and will be back more often as the place is clean and remodeled or maybe a newer location. Taylor was incredibly rude, we tried to do a substitute for the $20 fill up meal, like we have always done. She said her district manager told her that she wasn't allowed to do it, but she had no clue what his name was, once we told her we would be calling cooperate she slammed the window in our faces. She refused to give us a receipt and when she finally did, because we wouldn't leave without one, she crossed out the survey numbers ......we are calling cooperate and have a pic of the receipt. We went there to get a treat, sat in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes to move up to order. Then I simply asked if they had banana splits and was told not so nicely NO We're not Dairy Queen. So I ordered 3 sundaes and asked for extra peanuts and she said "We don't have peanuts." Sat another 5 or so minutes before we could move away from the order spot then sat about another 15 minutes waiting for two vehicles. Decided to leave and drive over to Sweet Home Dairy Queen and get what we really wanted. (I know that was a bit rude on my part, but I sat for so long stewing on the snarky comments). Got to Dairy Queen had 4 or 5 cars ahead of us and the whole process only took about 15 minutes including the ordering and the waiting. The food is always fresh and hot, but the service is consistently awful. I get really aggravated by chit chat about their weekend or what they're doing after work. I ordered three buffets for me and my kids and I had to wait like fifteen minutes for them to hand me a plate. Finally I asked what exactly I was waiting for and the lady looked confused and had no clue why I was standing there.
