Not sure how you can give a place that makes the food the way you want it anything less than a four star. The food has the several times I have been there fresh and well portioned. We have always had prompt, and appropriate service. The restaurant itself has always been clean and well kept. Have not had the opportunity to visit the drive-thru but there is one here. I want to rate it higher but cannot. I use the chipotle app make my orders. Unfortunately, 50% of the time our order is made incorrectly. Example, chicken quesadillas missing the chicken. A normal menu item is has the wrong or missing ingredients. I do not understand how this happens literally every order. The attention to detail is tragically missing. read more

I decided to eat in the restaurant with my son and despite staff cleaning up and getting ready to close, they were extremely polite and welcoming, and they encouraged us to stay. Hello Yelpies The age old saying if you build it they will come is tried and true. My family and I were excited to see this location being built as we always run to Albany to pick up our fabulous feast of Chipotle meals. The layout and brand new restaurant definitely sets the expectation. But that's the beginning to an unexpected end. To compare this location to Albany is like putting a square peg in a round hole. Sorry to say but the out of stocks at 6pm on a Friday doesn't make sense. Brown rice -out grilled veggies-out Steak-out Guacamole-out and temp of the food well lukewarm at best. Some of the employees are really giving that service thing a big push but if everyone else doesn't jump in they will eventually give up too. In a world of increased food cost the service has to set the value standards otherwise sales will drop exponentially. Yup that's a wrap wish it wasn't true I really hope someone can right the ship but until then off to Albany we go. read more

This is our 2nd time trying this Lebanon Store. Although the young people who are serving have been polite, they barely put any "meat" on your order, but loaded you up with the pico and other salsa mixtures. Not sure if that is what they were told to do or, if it's because it was late in the afternoon and they are trying to stretch out the amount of food left that has been cooked. Regardless, unacceptable for your prices. To further add to our frustration, they were out of Barbacoa meat, fajitas peppers and lettuce. The prep shelf was dirty and the older man, who I guess was the cook/manager was rude in his response to his associates when he was asked "was there any more of these items or, how long before these items would be ready" The Staff is in desperate need of some customer service training and attention to cleanliness on the prep shelf. If it's a matter of the amount put in the items, why not use a measuring cup, assuring the Customer is getting a consistent and fair amount of meat in our items. We were looking forward to having this close Lebanon location, but with this lack of concern in these areas, especially giving the Customer a proper amount of food for your prices, we would rather travel to Albany where the service and food has been consistently good. read more

The food was pretty good for fast food mexi. I want to try again and check out more of the menu. I had the carne asada burrito with guacamole. Next time I will have the cheese sauce. Service was typical fast food service. Ambiance was nothing special get'er done. read more

I wasn't able to order any food...every bin was empty near empty and dried out as if it had been empty for a long while. No greeting from the server at the front straight faced and a seemingly bad attitude. Two other people in the back were too busy fraternizing to even acknowledge there were other people in the world. Every surface was filthy at the front counter where you choose your food to the back cooking area with dirty dishes everywhere it was in complete shambles at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. This owner may want to rethink the crew maybe hire someone with enough energy and enthusiasm to clean as they go and have food available for customers at all times. What a shame Chipotle Mexican Grill is one of my favorite places. Such a shame! Sad really, should take some pride in the place you work. read more

It's literally 12:30 pm on a weekend. How could they possibly have stale chips already... in addition to that they were out of most meats and fajita. Also why even call it cilantro lime rice when there was not even a hint of cilantro or lime in the rice. I could grab white rice out of my rice cooker if I felt so inclined to eat it plain. I seriously think there needs to be changes made cause honestly how can you advertise for a meal that is lacking all of these options then justify the price. read more

I made an order online to pickup in the store. I kept watching the app, and the store never updated the order so it never said completed. I got a carne asada bowl with an extra order of chips and guac. It was over $20. No drink. I got maybe 5 pieces of carne asada and they were not cut into bite size pieces. They left them in long strips. I did not get any chips because they said they were out but they gave me guacamole? Never got a fork either. Yet I ordered a bowl. Charged for the chips anyways.. would not refund. bunch of kids working, good on the kids but shame on management. No worth $20. read more

Used the mobile app for pickup with an ETA of 6pm. At 7pm I walked in the front door to see if my order was ready and it was not. Asked if I would be able to cancel the order and obtain a refund, which they refused. I asked again and they said I could call the 800 number to get a refund. Of course they did not provide the 800 number and finding it on the web page is impossible. Most likely will never return. read more
