I like the flame broiled taste. It was not crowded so I had my order placed and food on the table in minutes. The cashier was very polite and friendly. Ordered three burger patties with cheese and a drink. Total was $13.70. Seemed higher than usual but the Whataburger in town here is outrageous more expensive than anywhere else I have been so maybe it's a city thing? I did not taste the standard flame broiled flavor. My experience at this location has been good in the past, but recently the service has become UNreliable & I have come to doubt the trustworthiness & good-faith of the restaurant. I vacation in this region w. friends & we occasionally place take-out orders from this location, but the number of errors has become so high that I decided to complain. After being forced to file a complaint with my bankcard about a purchase made in March, I'm following up on Yelp. Simply I placed a delivery order. When it finally arrived (late), it turns out I had received what appeared to be someone else's order which also had fewer items than my order. The seal on the bags was also loose which means the mechanism used to prevent tampering with the order was not used effectively (3rd time this has happened). I was told by the person who took the call that they were unable to reverse the charge to my payment method which I thought seemed very UNusual. I was told it may take some time. Well, I waited over a month and the refund was NEVER issued so, I have reported the incident as a bad charge to my bank. Because delivery orders tend to my more pricey, this incident really irritates me because who would throw over $30 down a hole! Furthermore, I have been receiving lots of SPAM e-mail from BK offering specials "such as buy 1 get one free", that are not honored from this location. I have recently edited my spam filter to remove EVERYTHING from Burger King because the spam is sent often & these offers appear fraudulent (and they add "fees" that nobody can seem to explain). If I'm paying for delivery, what is this mysterious "fee" labeled a "service fee"? It seems to increase with the size of the order which looks like a means to price gouge. I expect to see the Federal Trade Commission eventually act against BK in the near future for fraudulent practices. It's very sad to see this company fall into such disrepute. I have been here 3 times since they opened up. The first time was great! Went through the drive thru and I got a Large Whopper Meal and an Unsweet tea and it was perfect. (I cant account for inside dining because i haven't dined inside). The second time I came I ordered a Medium Whooper Meal with and Unsweet Tea (Drive thru again) and took it home. When I arrived home I took out the food and it was all wrong. I had ordered a medium Whopper Meal with and Unsweet Tea and i received a Small Whopper Meal with a Coke. I called them and told them about it, and they said since I had left there was nothing they could do about it unless I proved they messed up order. Well, i was already home and I wasn't going to go back (most places would take your name and fix the order on the next visit. Not this place.) Later I decided to download the app and give them another chance. There was a coupon for a free whopper with the first purchase on the app. So I ordered a Large Whopper Meal with an Unsweetened Tea. I also added the "free whopper" to the meal as well (drive thru again). Well, i should have checked my order. When I got home, i had received a small Whopper Meal, Small Fries and a Small Tea, AND I didn't get the free Whopper that i had used the coupon for with the app AND I ordered and PAID for a Large Meal and received a SMALL meal. 2 out of 3 times I have gone through the drive thru and gotten the wrong order. Basically they have made money off of my orders due to me ORDERING and PAYING for a LARGE Meal and receiving a SMALL Meal. Along with them shorting me a burger.. I probably wont be back. read more

The place is clean and food is good. But I am only giving it 2 stars because I almost fell. Right before we walked in they just poured water and soap right in front of the door and left it there. To start our visit at 6:30 pm, both bathrooms needed attention in a bad way. There were only 2 other customers in the dining room. Plenty of staff, no excuse. The drink station was coated in semi-dry stickiness. Who knows when it was last wiped down. Half of the drink choices were out of order. We waited 11 minutes for 2 #1 meals. The burgers were ice cold with barely any condiments. It's even harder to choke down a cold whopper when it's dry. The only positive thing I can say is that the fries were fresh and hot. Once again I find myself desiring a minus star rating. The store only offered drive through due to lack of staff. The bright spot was the order taker was cheerful and friendly but things went downhill steeply after that. There were a few cars in front of us and it took well over 15 minutes to get to the pick up window. The young lady took our debit card, the noted that the kitchen had not filled the order and closed the window. We waited another 5 minutes for the Chiking sand which and whopper junior to be delivered. In the process my wife and I failed to note the failure to return the receipt and debit card. More about that later. The chiking sandwich was just a chicken breast stuck between a hamburger bun. No condiments,no veggies, just plain bun. The oil was old, to boot. The fries were fresh, though. Back to the debit card. One of the employees decided to help themselves to the debit card and racked some $72 in various expenditures. Fortunately the fraud alert kicked in and we were able to stop the spree. Needless to say but I will not be back to a store that harbors thieves.
