It was wonderful not having to worry about cross contamination. My husband is celiac so finding a place that is total gluten free is amazing. I made an order to go and both servers that helped me really understood the whole concept of being gluten free. We live in Lago Vista, about half an hour away. My husband and I love this place and don't go to it enough unfortunately due to the business hours it has: it is open from 11AM-2PM, Mon-Fri. We are usually at work during these hours, it would be great if it was open in the evenings time or even longer so people that work all day can come enjoy dinner after they get off work. The food is amazing, and made right in the trailer. My husband gets the Little Fat Boy and I get either the Hippie Melt or the Farmhouse. They have the option of regular and sweet potatoes fries (you can even get them in a truffle version, which is to die-for). We have not tried anything else on the menu. It is right off 281 highway and they have benches to sit on under a roof, you get shade and a view of the cars passing by on the highway. I think they have the option to bring your own beer as well. The OMG was excellent - I ordered mine with the flatbread on the side and I was able to enjoy the melding of flavors - cheese, sauce, and brisket. The flatbread was gobbled up by my son, who enjoyed the chicken naan too. Location: it's a food truck with a covered place to eat. Plenty of picnic tables available on a Thursday afternoon. This is a great find if you are driving through the Hill Country. I tried out the Dirty Bird Tacos because I fell for the idea of a cucumber Kimchi. Staying 15 minutes or so out and wanted to try this food truck. I ordered the dirty bird and my girlfriend ordered the fat boy. I tried both. The burger was very good. I have had better burgers as a whole, but overall was pleased with the flavor. The dirty bird on the other hand, was freaking amazing. All great flavors that mixed together perfectly. Wasn't crazy about the fries as I like mine a little softer but rest of my family loved them. Also side note, his siracha aioli was banging. read more

Found this amazing Food Court in Marble Falls. There are three food stands to choose from. Apparently two were open when I went. The one I chose to eat was the Local Eats Craft Food(Burger). While my husband chose Chubbs Pit BBQ. I had a Texas Philly Cheese Steak. It was so flavorful. It had sàuteed bell peppers and onions. Smothered sauce with pico de gallo. What my husband had was a double meat platter of ribs and brisket. By far my favorite place to go when ever we pass by here. read more

I was going to give a better review but upon consideration 1 star is appropriate. The staff is rude, and combative. Their food is over priced for the quality. I've go no problem spending $7-10 on a burger, but if I do it shouldn't be dry, and I don't expect rude customer service. We'll never eat here again, after the owner attacked my girl friend via messenger. Which is a shame, because we loved the little piggies. Save your money and time. If you're in town eat at Bill's Burgers. It was rated in the top burger places for all of Texas, by Texas Monthly. Better pricing, way better quality, competent service, and you can sit inside to eat. read more

I tried this place 3 times, thinking at some point they would turn things around. The second time they were out of half the stuff on the menu. The third time I walked up 5 minutes before close and he would not serve me, but just got done serving and elderly couple less than 10 minutes before. Absolutely the best food truck in Marble Falls and Austin!!! Food is exceptional, catering is incredible too! All bread is purchased from a bakery that uses butter, it keeps their bread from getting soggy before you can finish eating your burger. Try the Southern Fried Donut that is out of this world, drizzled with honey and powdered sugar, it is "life changing"! We have always had great service, Mike the owner is usually onsite every day.
