Never ever get any orders right. Got Uber eats and they didn't give us everything and none of the whoppers had cheese which we paid for. One time the whoppers weren't cooked. This place is so poorly managed I would rather it shut down then deal with the immature high schoolers they allow to run this place. It's terrible. They have a terrible reputation around town. on august 28 2021, i ordered burger king through doordash, something that i have done quite a few times. they've gotten my order wrong in the past, but i work in food service and i understand bad days happen. well this time they got my order right, and i'm so happy to see that as by the time i ordered it was 10PM and i hadn't had a chance to eat all day. so i'm eating my chicken sandwich, and everything is going great, until i take a bite out of the middle. it's mushy, it's slimy, it's not right. i immediately spit the bite out and take the bun off of my sandwich; to which i find that my sandwich is either raw or rotten, i'm not entirely sure (see pictures). i have tweeted this at burger king, and they told me if i'd like a refund i have to go through doordash (which is a joke because doordash does not care about this and only offered me a partial refund.) i'm not sure what i'm looking for, but this goes beyond wanted a refund. i'm never eating burger king again and this location should be shut down. read more

The worst Burger King I have ever been to. I always do drive through and the wait is extremely long (over 20mins on average). More often than not they have gotten our order wrong so we've had to go back and fix it. One time I ordered a "6 piece chicken nugget king jr meal" aka kids meal and the girl replied, "what? King jr? Never heard of it." On the plus side, they're always friendly and pleasant to deal with. read more

Was charged twice for my order on August 30th. manager said to come back to store to get refund. Told me who to talk to. She wasn't even there when I went. Horrible. I stopped there the other day to get two whopper meals. It took forever to get my food. The kid at the window had his mask down around his chin and was touching his mouth. The supervisor had her mask down around her nose and the people cooking the food had their masks any which way. when I got the food I looked at the whopper and saw they had only put on a small bit of may and nothing else. This Burger King is always dirty. The drink machine is disgusting, I always have to clean it before I use it. The tray today was completely sticky and filthy. Wasn't even cleaned. The tables are always dirty. The bathroom is clean however. I can only imagine what it looks like in the kitchen. I don't think I will come here any more. read more

I live 5 minutes from this location and visit this location a couple times per month. I never placed orders bigger than 2 meals/order. When I went through the drive thru a month ago, I returned home with chicken fries that were so petrified, so solid, that I couldn't chew them. I couldn't even break one in half with my hands. I was putting up some shelving that day, and I probably could have put a chicken fry on my drill and drove it into the wall to hold up the shelves. They weren't over cooked, because they were barely warm. I don't mind if my food isn't steaming when I get home after drive thru's, but these weren't even warm. I can only assume they had been sitting around for 1+ hours before being put in my food bag. Yesterday I went to the drive through and asked for the chicken tender combo meal (according to the menu it was #12). When I got home, I had a crispy chicken sandwich in the bag. I feel like since this location was renovated this year I think I have only had a 50% success rate with my orders. There is always sauce missing, the wrong food, over cooked, undercooked... There are several other fast food locations within a mile or two of this BK, I think I will be going to them instead from now on. read more

Let me start off by saying I have eaten at this Burger King before roughly the same time food was always top quality, Tonight I went there same young lady working 1st thing she said was it's hard working with some people who don't wanna work, I got a very small order Double whopper junior with cheese, 4 4 chicken nuggets drink and fries waited close to 7 minutes after I ordered.. Only one car in front of me the food the food was horrific the French fries were cold and I do mean cold.. The chicken nuggets I am not exaggerating and if I'm not exaggerating and I did take a picture nuggets were so hard they cracked in half I could not eat them the Burger was so overdone and cold and I had to throw everything out when I got home which was a 2 minute drive the young lady was polite and apologized for the wait which was funny because there was only one car In front of me I get the whole covid situation I truly do. But I work very hard for my money, This was disgusting tonight. I would have rather waited and made fresh food it would have been worth the wait as it was at that window quite a while and as I said the 1st thing she did was complained about her coworker who was obviously lazy she had to leave the window to make the food. This is a management issue very unacceptable I apologize again and i know how hard food service can be but this was the worst I've ever eaten anywhere.My wife gifted me 3 Burger King gift card so I can eat on my way home from my work I will not the eating at this Burger King ever ever again, And please do not take it out on the young lady at the window because obviously she was stressed and working with less than desirable people... I stopped by there a week ago the line wasn't that big but it took 15 minutes before I could get to the ordering screen to place my order they were doing one customer at a time from taking their order to getting there food before calling the next car in line and when I finally placed my order they told me to not pull up and it took 5 minutes until they told me it was ok to pull up it was worst service I've had since I've been going there and I went today and the line was backed up on 34 that place needs a serious management change read more

I haven't been happy with this Burger King since the 90's. It never takes less than 20 minutes to get your order and it is rarely correct. Their menu is too diverse and expanded to efficiently get customers through. If you spend time on their drive through line and just see cars continuously leaving the line because of how long it takes. We get fast food because we are in a hurry. The food isn't bad just needs better management and a smaller menu. Burger King is a multi billion dollar corporation. You don't need to compete with every restaurant in town. read more

This place has gone to dire straits recently. They constantly mess up your drive through orders and when you go inside to get it fixed, they take even longer. I saw people who ordered inside wait almost 10 minutes for their food to be finished. I thought this was a fast food restaurant? Also, the people who work in the kitchen have either hearing problems or can't process a simple request like an order of mozzarella sticks with sauce. Terrible service. I asked for a water cup, and they denied my request on the grounds that "they can't tell if customers are actually getting water or soda because of the new soda machine." Are you kidding me? I am on a diet and wanted water, and they immediately assume I'm asking for a water cup to steal soda. That's no way to treat customers. Additionally, even if 10% (gross overestimate) of people asking for a water cup use it for soda, are they really losing any money? Soda syrup is dirt cheap. If it was possible for me to give this location a zero I would I ordered chicken fries and onion rings and nuggets and onion rings. The onion rings were soggy and looked like they had been sitting in oil for a week. The nuggets tasted like the bottom of a grill both of the chicken fries and nuggets looked an odd gray color. Thank god at least the soda tastes fine. I ate it 5 mins ago and I already feel nauseous. I get it's a holiday weekend, but that should never affect the quality of service. read more

Went through drive-thru for lunch. Wait was long and service was terrible!!!! They didn't get my order right. When I pulled up to the window to pay the wouldn't correct the order, but made me go around the drive thru again to order the missing items. When I got to the window for the second time the employees were laughing in the background. I spoke with the manager who was just a rude. Had a terrible experience. Ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickles on a bun with no seeds. So I received a double cheeseburger with two bun bottoms riddled with seeds.. brought it back up explain that I can't have seeds and they suggested I pick them off. I looked up on the menu board and pointed to one of the Buns that they use for the chicken sandwich that has no seeds to use that one. So they remake the sandwich this time I get it back it has pickles. So I send it back they remake it with no pickles but this time it's a single cheeseburger. This time I stood at the counter and opened it so I pass it back to the manager at this moment. She takes the burger throws it across the counter into the trash two points from the 6-foot range. The manager walks into the back in a Huff. Complaining the whole time grabs a couple of gloves and makes the sandwich herself. Then as she has sandwich in her hand approaches me with attitude and disdain and doesn't hand the sandwich to me she places it on the counter and says nothing. Acting as though all of this is my fault. So I pick up the sandwich and ask her for the regional managers phone number. Now her attitude turns into anger she walks into the back and comes back with a handwritten note with the manager's name store number and her name. Of course I call no answer.. a few moments later I get a call back from the regional manager JJ who listens to my story. And then offers to replace my sandwich on my next trip. Next trip I said I'm never walking into your establishment again. And if I knew which establishments you also managed I would stay away from them. Then of course he precedes to give me attitude. And verbally insults me. I then explained to him that I now understand why his managers act the way they do they follow the lead that he puts out. Because of course it all comes from the top. I am well aware that my request is not a normal one but due to dietary restrictions my burger needed to be that way. Growing up I remember the slogan being have it your way at Burger King that's not the case today you get what we want to give you and if you don't like it will give you attitude and treat you like it was your fault.
