Filthy inside. Not sure why we even stopped here. Everything about this place is dirty. Cashier was nice and that's all I have good to say. Food came out barely warm. Employee in the back was hacking and coughing. Should have asked for money back and left but we were in a hurry and hungry so we stayed. Big mistake. The literal WORST place to go to in Middleburg. I rarely treat myself to fast food especially because I'm vegetarian. The only place that has a vegetarian burger is Burger King... we sat in an EMPTY line for 30 minutes. They charged our card, ended up being the wrong order that they charged us for. I pointed it out and was told "well it's the same price" even though at the intercom the price was a five dollar lower difference. She was cussing the whole time as well and seemed like she reallllly hated her job. Do better. read more

Burger King is by far my favorite fast food burger. I rarely eat there, but I will admit my kids gets it from time to time. We usually go to Zaxby's or Chick fil A, but we hit BK out of convenience occasionally. This owner needs to sell or close down shop. Frozen coke machine has been down for 5 months. Shake machine is always down. Out of several drink items. Kuddos to the staff that go to that job and serve with a smile regardless of dissatisfied custon mers. Always used the drive thru in the past but a group of us came in and I was astonished at how unclean the dining area is. I'm a housekeeper as a side job so maybe I'm too critical but with my past restaurant experience this place is unacceptable. Management needs to assign the employees to scrub the place. Arrived at 11:00 AM today. Six workers in Restaurant. One employee was working but not Clocked in. A Woman tried to help but couldn't get the counter register up. Woman from Drive through window finally took my order. A Lady came in stood around awhile, used the restroom, still no counter help. So She left! After 20 minutes got my spicy Chicken Sandwich. Looked like Chicken; But had no Chicken Taste. Won't Be Doing This Again. read more

I usually stop here on the way to work. The employees are very friendly and the food is on point. I would recommend to lay off the salt on the tater roots and you might want to consider getting another soda dispenser. Other than that this place is great for breakfast or lunch. read more

Unfortunately, this review is not because the food was a delectable delight. Instead this review is more in line with the business practices that this store lacks. I can't even tell you how good or bad the service is rated. So with that being said, my wife and I ordered approximately $30 in food at the drive through and ask for an additional cup of water, but the employee informed us that there would be an additional drink charge for the cup of water. Then my wife ask to change her drink to one of the many frozen beverage choices to include Milk Shakes. None were available and the service associate informed us that these drinks were taken off the menu and no longer available. We cancelled our entire order and decided to go to another fast food establishment. FYI Lastly, the prices are quite high when a fast food meal costs between $10-15. Although average, the Hispanic Restaurant down the road only charges $10.99 and it's an abundance of food and better value. Just saying. read more

Ordered two double whoppers and fries. We usually love the 'charbroiled' flavor which is a long-standing trademark of BK but today we were disappointed because both burgers were flat tasting with absolutely no charbroiled taste. I don't know what happened to this Burger King in Middleburg but i do know i am not going back. Simple order, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries. When we received the food, after a needless 15 minute wait in the drive thru, we received our order. The sandwich looked like it was just thrown together and the fries were literally thrown in the bag. Half of the fries were out of the fries container! It was not like this a year ago! ordered two woppers with onion rings and two regular cheese burgers because they were out of the Ch-king. it took around 10 minutes waiting after they took my order.The lady said sorry for the wat but that everything should be good and hot. I was very hungry so i unwrapped one of the cheese burgers it was room temperature and had a lot of char on the patty. the onion rings and the woppers were also cold. This is the only burger king in my area so i keep hopeing they will improve ,but this is the third time i have had terrible food from this location, with a chicken patty that was raw in some areas once before. some one needs to correct this. So we went here at 6:50pm this evening for dinner with our 5 year old since we were out running. We won't make that mistake again. As we were ordering he asked if he could go find us a seat in the approx 30 x 30 dinning room that can easily be seen from the order counter and was completely empty with the exception of an employee possibly on break. He carefully evaluated each table as he walked through the dinning room until he found the one he wanted and came back to ask us if we could sit there. Keep in mind he was perfectly quiet, not disturbing anything in the room, not tearing anything us, not making a mess, not running around, and behaving better than most teenagers and some adults in the public setting. After asking he went back and climbed up into the seat and sat quietly waiting for us across the room from the employee. Less than a minute later as I finished my order the employee walked up to us and said "Do you really think you should be letting a little kid walk around here alone?" Surprised by the employee's statement the response was "I'm sorry I didn't know you were his parent, did you give birth to him? No, since he's behaving and we can clearly see him I really think you should be minding your own business." The employee started to walk away as we turned to the cashier and asked if he worked there. She replied yes and gave me my total of $30 some odd dollars. We quickly told her to cancel the order and turned to walk out. The audacity and gall of an employee to present such a question about a young man that is bothering no one, behaving better than some adults, quietly waiting in plain sight of his parents is appalling, unprofessional, and insulting. Since when did fast food become unfriendly to children and families? What a horrible hateful little man. I can't believe Burger King tolerates this type of behavior without a word from the other workers this man was simply allowed to accost a customer for absolutely no reason. Time for some re-training Burger King and here's my donation to that I will NEVER eat at another one of your restaurants again due to this. You have a hard enough time bringing in customers over the last decade, I would think you would be doing more to attract not detour them. Families with kids take note, your not welcome at this location. read more

Absolutely terrible. 4th visit and they've screwed up my order every time. Ordered a fully loaded biscuit and received a sausage croissant. Went inside to get my order fixed and waited 15 minutes and when they handed it to me I asked if it was the fully loaded biscuit she said "oh sh*t, were out of biscuits". Are you serious? Why wasn't I told this when I was in the drive through 20 minutes before! I have visited this fast food joint four times now. The employees are friendly; the food is ok, however the drinks are poor tasting due to the bad water they have. Pass on the drinks! Very small facility and the parking lot is small, hard to get into at prime times. I like Burger King, this beats driving to Orange Park. read more
