Came to this location on a whim because it was hungry. Luckily it wasn't crowded and no one was really in the drive thru, which made me happy. The young gentleman who took my order was kind. He repeated my order back to me, I paid, and was on my way to pick up. Pickup seemed to take a bit of time, not sure if they had to make fresh fries or just had an influx of orders. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and nice. The fries were hot, the sandwich was deliciously is, and the died come was crisp. read more

Come here often as this is the closest location to me and that's still far. Now, there are those who absolutely love chick fila and those that could care less, I am on the LOVE affair group, love the chicken and basically everything on the menu (no judgement). Prompt service in the store and out on the driveway, this specific location seems to be more popular for the drive thru area. Staff is always friendly and helpful and surprisingly I always get my order right here. Highly recommend this location. read more

Disappointed with the curbside experience. I ordered through the app, and when I arrived there was no spots available. On the app it gives you an option to select "no spots available" and put down your make and model of car. I parked the closest option to one of the designated spots. When the worker came up she stated, "Curbside parking in behind you." and I responded with I'm aware there were just no spots, as you can see, but I parked as close as I could. She said "I'm telling you for next time as it was hard to find your car." I did not appreciate the attitude from the worker. I did my best with my options and my car was the only one of this make and model. Service was slow and I will not be using curbside from this location again. read more

Out on the town, we stop by Chic A Fila. We both got the chicken sandwich combo, one grilled and the other fried. I tasted the new autumn shake with sickerdoodle. The autumn was frosty and delicious. My fist shake was accidently dropped on the floor by the server. It was well worth the wait. Order taker was not as friendly but the service and food were amazing! read more

JUST came back from this chic fil a. I ordered a number 8, grilled nugget meal with Polynesian and chic fil a sauce. It was my fault for not checking the bag. However, I got no chic fil a sauce, hair and blue cotton looking pieces of fabric were in my fries, and the nuggets were fried. Never been so disappointed in chic fil a. This is the Chick Fil A located inside The Avenues Mall at the food court. Therefore, there is most certainly no drive-thru. Some must be confusing this with the Chick Fil A located outside the mall in front of Best Buy because the address is very similar and when you do a search on Yelp it looks as if the two are sitting on top of each other.... so I can understanding the confusion. Sometimes the line here does get long, but they move quickly. Other times, there's no wait to place your order. Just depends on how busy the mall is. You'll get your food fast and it's always piping hot. Friendly employees. Plenty of seating in the food court area. read more

Got stuck in the drive through for 20 minutes after receiving my order. This restaurant is using traffic cones to create 2 parallel lanes all the way through the pickup window. My food order was delivered quickly, but despite being in the outside lane I could not get out. A couple cars in front of me took an amazing amount of time to receive their orders (or get them correct), and where most other drive throughs would ask big orders/problem orders to pull up or to the side, this place just let them sit and block everyone in. Our orders were delivered quickly by employees walking the orders down the wait line, but then myself and many others were stuck for 20 minutes while our food got cold. I called the CFA Cares number twice and still nobody has got back to me. That was 11 days ago. Such a terrible experience for what I thought was a great chain. read more

Customer Service is everything, and even sometimes makes the meal. That is FACT. Yesterday my fiancee and I went to the Avenues Mall just a little after it had opened and we decided to have brunch here. A lot of people decided to have brunch here too, so we had to wait about 5-10min for our order (I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Nick got the Original Chicken Sandwich meal - no pickles, add the American cheese, please). Our cashier LaKeisha was SUPER awesome, so awesome in fact, that I did not care we were waiting in like for 5ish+ minutes after we met her (you don't think that's a long time, but for fast food it's a long time to be standing there). During our order, we got into talking to her about our sauce addiction. She mentioned something about Chick-Fil-A sauce, which I've never had, so we asked her to toss that onto our order as well. When our order came out, there was SO MUCH SAUCE ON THE TRY. She gave us the Honey Mustard and Barbeque sauce Nick asked for, as well well as Chick -Fil-A sauce and Honey Roasted Barbeque sauce *drools*. SO DELICIOUS. Chick-Fil-A sauce is definitely our new favorite, though we did love the Honey Roasted Barbeque as well (you can definitely add this to your chicken sandwich). I added the Chick-Fil-A sauce to my Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was amazing!!!!!!! Anyways, what make this trip so special to me is seldom do you find Customer Service Reps in the food industry who take initiative in just doing little things for you just because they remember you saying something. People go to chick fil a because of the amazing service. Well I was ordering our meal and the lady was arguing me about a sandwich. I said can I please have the spicy chicken sandwich without pickles and she said that doesn't have pickles on it anyway and I said it does and please don't add them. She then was like nope what else would you like? My husband and I laughed about it on the way home because the picture clearly shows it with pickles on it and we order this sandwich every time! Then we realized she had ordered us medium fries instead of the large we ordered. And she was talking so fast I couldn't even understand her when giving me salad dressing options so I chose the only one I could understand.
