The fried apple pie has a great crispy crust with delicious hot apple filling that, surprisingly, isn't cloyingly sweet. This is a 5 star dessert for a 5 star country. So go out and celebrate just like our forefathers did 250 years ago by visiting your local McD's and ordering a fried apple pie and a Coke Zero or two to wash it down. But both were good, I just found the Southern saucier and more tender. The NYC XXX Bacon was amazing!!! Love love love so juicy and tender with a touch of spicy. The pork belly was the standout - it's both very crispy and fatty. They also gave us a gochujang glaze sauce because they said it paired well with the pork belly, and it did! The brisket was good too and certainly benefited from the sauces available, as well as the pork shoulder. I thought the Mac and cheese was standard but the kimchi slaw wasn't refreshing although interesting.
