Unfortunately, this spot missed the mark for me. I wouldn't go back for the food. We ordered the boneless wings ($17), and while the portion was generous and the lemon pepper flavor was good, the sauces were confusing. We asked for ranch, but what came out looked and tasted like a cheesy dip (as pictured- you can literally see chunks of cheese in it). We even compared it side by side with their Caesar dressing which was same texture, just a different color. Isn't ranch supposed to be creamy? The French dip sandwich was another letdown. The roast beef was super dry, barely any pink, and the au jus sauce looked like the last bit scraped from the bottom of the pot. Very light in color when it should be a rich dark brown. One look and I knew it wouldn't taste right. Then came the burger, which was so undercooked that the blood soaked through the bottom bun (as pictured). Came across this place the other day looking for somewhere near to where we were. We were pleasantly surprised. We sat at the bar. Service was really fantastic. The bartenders and servers were super attentive and really on it. Great experience. We had the lemon pepper wings to start. Those were delicious! I got a special sort of cheesesteak on garlic bread. So good! Their fries are insanely good. They are the perfect fry. I was so sad I got a side salad. Haha. My husband got a burger that he enjoyed. We shared an insanely delicious and ridiculously large apple pie or cobbler something cheesecake. It was out of this world. Will def go here again!! read more

The first time I went with my friend was last Saturday. We were seated right away and had great drinks and good. It's kind of a tight squeeze bar area, but nonetheless I really liked it. My burger was good and the service was friendly. Yesterday though, our food was never brought out to us. We waited over an hour and a half to finally get our food. It was good though and the server was kind. It just was frustrating to wait that long in this kind of bar for food. read more

Came here on a friends suggestion and it did not disappoint!! It's a small place with a nice bar and some tables to the side. We went early so it was quiet but it was great! They have some local beers which we always love to see small business supporting each other. We settled on some drinks and went over their menu which was impressive. We settled on the eggplant tower special,I ordered pesto salmon, hubby had the clam chowder soup (the size of the bowl was enough for two people) and the lemon sole special with broccoli rabe. There was not one thing we didn't enjoy. Everything was very fresh, not laced with salt and cooked with love. Absolutely delicious!! We were so happy with our choices . I would have given five stars but I have to say it was WAY too cold in there, I had my coat on the entire time so I wasn't really comfortable. I heard the bartender say it was 59 in there. I get the kitchen gets hot but you they need to make sure the customers are comfortable. We honestly would have stayed for one more drink but I have some health issues that get really bad when I'm that cold. I also wish they would have said the eggplant in the tower was breaded . Not that I didn't like it (so tasty) but I am on a diet so i probably would have chosen a salad instead. Place is great and very clean. This will stay on our list if favorite local spots for sure. Real great food. We take-out all the time and it always hits the spot. My only issue is, why do everything so right and then serve freezer fries. To get such a sold burger or sandwich and the have it come with such terrible fries... it's just such a disservice to the food this place puts out. read more

4 of us stopped in for a quick drink at the bar and our bill was $30. We put 2 $20 bills on the bar. Without asking if we needed change, she automatically put the $10 bill for change into her tip cup. She was rather rude and short with us when we asked for change, and even lied saying, "you want your change? It was only a dollar". We explained there should have been $10 in change. She went right to the tip cup and took the $10 right off the top, which she had just put there, and rudely placed it in front of us and said "I don't appreciate what you are implying." We found it rather unprofessional that she presumptively assumed the amount of her gratuity, on top of the fact she was very rude and short with us, when we called her out on it. We asked for a couple of things like a particular beer, they didn't have it , we asked for one of the specials which was little neck clams, they didn't have it , so we ordered the wings , they were dry and the steak that was on top of our salad was chewy and couldn't be eaten. Went for the first time since it switched over and was pleasantly surprised. Glass of house wine very reasonable and poured into a real wine glass, not the mini ones many places use now. Eleventh Street burger was outstanding and cooked perfectly for me (medium rare). My wife had a specialty grilled chicken sandwich with broccoli rabe and fresh Mozzarella - on fresh garlic bread. I had a few bites and it was awesome. Fries were crispy and delicious. May go back tomorrow it was so good. Good place to catch the Yanks/Mets and/or NHL playoffs. Tried it tonight for the first time since the re-opening. Unfortunately three out of five meals were incorrectly made. That and my wife who ordered a steak sandwich took a few bites and threw out the sandwich being unable of eat it. The steak was too thick, chewy and fatty. Went on a recommendation from a friend, I ordered the pork burger with broccoli rabe, sharp provolone and spicy aioli. It was delicious, I want to try some of the other menu items but I know when I go back I will be ordering the pork burger. My wife had the pesto chicken and enjoyed it. When it first opened the food menu was limited, but as time has passed more options have been added. With that said, my go-to dish continues to be the Chicken Milanese. I've been to Eleven Central 3 times and each time it was excellent. My favorite dish is the Chicken Milanese! The chicken is ponded thin enough to be extremely crispy but thick enough to be tender and juicy inside. The chicken cutlet is served with a delicious arugula salad, which is the perfect pairing. I also love their burgers, wings and nachos if you're in the mood for high quality pub food. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and Al, the bartender, makes the most delicious artisanal cocktails! Ask him what the drink specials are.
