I stopping for a soft ice cream cone. The gal took my order, gave me change and said she'd go get the ice cream. I watched her get up on s stool, reach her hand into the machine, grab a wad of something white and toss it in the trash. I should have walked out right then, but I was curious. She grabbed a couple of paper towels to whip her hands a got a cone and filled it. Handed it to me. I dumped it in the trash on my way out the door! Her Hands handled money. Soooo first impression... So we pull up to the Burger King, and it looked kinda sketchy cause they didn't have a any lights on around the parking lot... but then again it was like 10 o'clock at night so, Yeah. Anyways. quick story. -It took 17 minutes just to receive our food. - All of our orders were messed up. -then they messed up trying to fix the messed up order. -*so 15 minutes later* we ended up walking out with the correct order and 4 fudge pies because they messed up so bad. The people in the back don't know their own hygiene rules they were washing down the back with their gloves and decided to not change their gloves and touch the food which is cross contaminating.When I called them out they became rude and said I should wait another 20 mins for my food. Was a bit leery as I had noticed quality and service slipping over time but I was HUNGRY. Absolutely awful experience in the drive thru. 2 cars ahead of me - 15 minutes to get to the front of the line. Then no one at the window for almost 2 minutes and of course, when I got home my double cheeseburger was a single and cold with unmelted cheese! The onion rings were great though :-) read more

I would give this a negative but there is no way to do so. Just spent over 30 minutes in drive thru waiting for them to take our order. And more time waiting to get out once we desided to go else where. Been in this drive thru waybto long for a fast food place. It is what it is a little on the dirty side and plentiful flies ewww but we had to stop In On our venture to Bend OR. I think with a little more clean up it would have been better, but hey it is a fast food joint, But even then cleanliness is a must ;/ read more

I haven't had a bad experience at this place so far. The drive through line moves at a reasonable pace, my food has always been hot, and the workers have always been polite to me. No complaint from me or my family, we enjoy coming here and will continue to do so. read more

We went for breakfast and they were out of syrup. The restaurant appeared to be severely understaffed and the employees working seemed to be stressed. We waited about 10 minutes for our food and there wasn't an order in front of ours. The tables were dirty and there were a lot of flies. read more

Yet again, a screwed up order. Cold food and long wait. Dirty and gross. I live in this town and every once in awhile I need to grab something quick and cheap. Well that never quite works out at this place. I always have to wait at least 15 minutes. This last time I ordered 3 double cheese burgers and a value fry, I was given 3 cheese burgers ( not double) and a large fry. Close but no cigar. Everything was cold and gross. They charged me for double cheese burgers and they charged me for a large fry. They messed everything up. They make enough money, why do they not staff up adequately? read more

The staff was very friendly at this Burger King. Our food came out quickly. It was super hot and we were even given extra sides of ranch!

The lady at the drive though was the nicest, most cheerful fast food employee who I have ever spoken to. She made the experience one of a kind. I would be more than happy to get a whopper here on the future. read more

DO NOT GO TO MT.SHASTA BURGER KING !!! I live in the area and for the last 5 times I went there I had to return because they didn't get my order right twice I was on my way to Oregon and couldn't go back I mean really how can you forget to put fries in the bag, and every time I have to rebuild my burger because it looks like it was just thrown into the wrapper also order lite lettuce or you will end up with more lettuce then burger, and complaining doesn't work all they do is give you another burger say they are sorry and boom it happens again the very next time you visit and and the manager is a joke . one time I went in with coupons to get dinner for my family I order and then they tell me its one coupon per customer translated means bring everyone you are getting food for or you can't get everything and I swear almost everyone working there is high and good luck wanting to sit in the lobby because its the hangout for homeless people that never heard of or used soap in their life. so if you are driving thru on I-5 stop at the weed burger king stay away from the Mt. My son and I stopped here April 7 '16 after a LONG drive from Anaheim. 8:36 p.m. We were met with an employee in the drive thru that obviously didn't like his job, THEN, got our food, went to our hotel, only to find the food was AWFUL!!! I mean, we ordered fries, fries were cold, as in, had been sitting for a VERY long time, and to top it off, at the bottom of each of our fry containers, were onion rings. So, not only did they not want to give us fresh fries, they didn't have enough for our orders, so they filled in old onion rings they obviously had laying around. My chicken sandwich was cold, dry and had little to no mayo and lettuce on it and my sons hotdog was no better. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS BURGER KING! If I had had more time, I would've went back and demanded a refund. DISGUSTING! read more

It pains me to give a one-star rating, as I love Mount Shasta and really want to support the community. Unfortunately, I just can't do any better. Told the Shift Manager that it had been years since I'd been to a BK, so I was expecting good things. Ordered the nuggets because they were on special, onion rings because I wanted rings, and a drink. My receipt was stamped 12:16pm. I waited for my food for 20 minutes before one of the counter people came out to tell me they were making fresh nuggets and rings for me because of the wait. Another 20 minutes went by before they gave my food to the folks who'd ordered ahead of me in line (and also had a long wait). They gave my food to them to thank them for their patience. WHAT?! Finally, I was told my order was next, but instead, I told them to refund my money. Instead of trying to make things right, they issued a credit back to my Visa and told me I'd see it within three days. I tried to bring this to BK Corporate's attention (in 500 words or less), and was issued a standard letter and a Whopper coupon. Sad to see a local business struggle so mightily. read more
