Went thru the drive thru they forgot my Whopper sandwich for my spouse and didn't notice it until I got home. Drove back and they got it and I asked if I could get a fresh fries for the inconvenience and the gentleman said "sorry Burger King doesn't give out free food for an inconvenience" What a response not happy at all. Ordered the family bundle and all the meat was cold! Had to take them apart and microwave the meat! Unbelievable!

Burger King is a fast food restaurant the food is your normal fast food burgers. However, the CUSTOMER SERVICE is extremely horrible! Very rude and slow. One of the female managers is unexperienced in hospitality and customer service. She is rude every time we have been there. Not just to us, but to other customers too. The staff seems to "joke" around more than pay attention to customers and work on getting food out. The restaurant needs a major cleaning, the bathrooms, tables, seats and floors are always disguising. read more

Well credit BK for creativeness with the "Whoperrito" but also credit them with cluelessness. Well I had to try it but they totally missed the mark. Unlike what is portrayed on the picture a whopper torn up and served in a tortilla instead it's a greasy burrito with seasoned greasy ground beef and has no relation to the whopper. So no pieces of burger just ground meat with the closest thing being the lettuce and tomato and pickles I asked them to hold. So I ate this as it dripped grease all over me and was dissatisfied as no cheese by default and they never thought to give me that option. So let me explain it to you Burger King. When you use the name of a branded item people expect the offering to have true similarities not be something that comes off like a greasy Taco Bell knockoff. How it should have been made. Start will the premise your going to make it like it's name sake a whopper. To balance out the wrap tear up chunks of whopper so they are distributed but are chunks so I can get that flame grilled taste then lay in the same ingredients as the whopper. If you don't offer it with cheese offer that to the customer even at a cost we'd rather get what we want and the salt in the cheese further brings out the flavors. If your smart you offer a spicy version with jalapeños or siracha sauce in place of ketchup leverage your strength and create something I can become addicted to. read more

As everywhere else in the area, burger King seems to be super slow. In addition to having an awkward to get to parking lot. You have to fight worn Yashica to get into the mall lot, then into the burger King lot. It's much easier just to go to taco bell or less traffic to get to five guys. The food is pretty good. Less salty that McDonald's. The burgers have a nice flavor from the flame broil they use. read more

It's 11:30pm and I stopped at Burger King for food. This is the third time I go that I see employees running to the back and hide. They do not answer at the drive thru and today the menu was turned off. read more

When I go in the morning before work, the drive thru person is always friendly and attentive. My order is always right. AND there's usually no line in the drive thru. I get in and get out in just a couple minutes. Perfect! read more

I watched as they gave my food to the truck ahead of me, I asked the drive thru attendant if that was my bag and y did he give it to another vehicle considering they ask for names. He became flustered and gave me the bag and change, telling me to have a great night... not very good service and after talking to a manager not a good reason for the problem read more

Normally a great place, but disappointed tonight (Monday 12/18/2017 at 7:00pm). It was a simple order: Two Whoppers with no ketchup. The manager on duty handed me the bag (at the drive-thru window) stating: "Two Whoppers with no ketchup. Here you go." We drove to the mall parking lot where I ate my two Whoppers. Both had ketchup (which affects my blood sugar). It looked like these were pre-made Whoppers with an attempt to scrape off the ketchup. There was no time to go back, so I just ate them and popped an extra pill. I don't appreciate the shortcuts. To earn my future business, please respond with your corrective action as to how you are going to prevent this from happening again for me (and for anyone else). This location has done nothing but disappoint me in the past month. I gave Burger King a try again for the first time in 12 years. I was so excited and even downloaded the mobile app and signed up for emails while in line. I am of a compassionate nature so the first time they forgot my ranch sauce I gave grace to the company and drove home to use my personal ranch. On the second occurance, I was flustered that someone could be capable of making this fatal mistake twice within the same week. I returned to get my ranch only to see a line of about 15 cars spread across the two windows (how many people in their right mind go here?) I waited in line because what is chicken fries purpose without the ranch? After waiting for 20 minutes I was greeted by the worker asking 'how important the ranch was to me' because it would be another 20 minute wait. I was taken aback by this comment. I have worked enough jobs to know when you already have a dying company on their last breathe, you should go and run the ranch out to me to keep one of your only loyal customers. My friend coincidentally turned to me and said "it's Burger King, what did you expect?" To say the least I'm not surprised, just disappointed. read more
