I went here this morning to get breakfast. I decided to order off the dollar menu and ordered a sausage biscuit, home fries and a small drink. I also asked to get cheese on the biscuit. The total should have been $3.00 plus tax and plus cheese. She gave me a total of $6.59. I figured she just entered my order incorrectly so I repeated the order...very slowly. She again repeated the exact same total. So I said "you are charging me $3.00 for a slice of cheese?" and she replied "yes, that is the minimum". Always have issues at this Burger King. Today was no different. Came in with a coupon. Asked for a salad instead of fries. Was told that he had to ring it up exactly as it is stated on the coupon. I informed him that i always use coupons everywhere else and this is the first time i was denied a salad instead of fries. He would not change the order to the way i wanted it. Always an issue one way or another. They usually get the order wrong (requesting no mayo) or it takes FOREVER to get your food. Why cant they get their act together? This location is consistently poor all the way. Typically it's not very clean, customer service is bad and wait times to get your food is ridiculous. I ordered from the counter and watched them prepare 4 drive through orders that came in after my order before mine, start on my order and stop in the middle to make another drive through order. I actually like the Whopper, but will only go here out of desperation, since there's not another location close by! If I could take off a star, I would. read more

Probably the worst customer service at any BK I have ever been to. The food was cold and the order was not accurate. Tried to do the survey to at least get a free whopper and the website stated they were done collecting data this period. I generally avoid BK as the customer service is the worst in the FF industry and this visit only reinforced that. This is why BK in New Albany is always empty, the Wendys across the street is lights out and the McDonalds on the other side of the Eway is the best in the city. Close your doors if this is the level of service you are going to offer. read more

I understand that this is "fast food" and you shouldn't really complain, but I pulled through the drive thru at 6:45 am and was told unfortunately they were still closed. They are supposed to open at 6:00 am, this was a major inconvenience to not only me but the couple of cars behind me as well. read more

This place is a train wreck. One person running both registers and drive through. Out of fries..out of 80% of drinks in coke machine...shake machine isn't working. Nobody in the restaurant so maybe others for wind of how crappy this place is before me. The only thing I really like a Burger King are the cinnamon rolls and when I worked in Hilliard, I went to the Burger King there and they would put extra icing on my cinnamon rolls. At Burger King, the icing is what makes the cinnamon roll. I know it's small but this meant a lot to me that they would do something like this to make their customer happy , when they didn't have to. It also tells me that when I go to other burger kings and they refuse or tell me they can't, they are only saying no because they don't feel like it or won't go above and above for the customer. This is one of those burger kings. I stopped here this morning on my way to work for cinnamon rolls , French toast and milk. I asked them if they would put the extra icing and he said they couldn't . I then asked if there was at least a good amount and he told me no . So at that point I thanked him and went across the street to settle for another Tim Hortons breakfast . Kind of what you'd expect out of a fast food place, sup par food with lightning quick service. Chicken fries are extraordinary. One employee did stand out (Paul K). He went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience at the restaurant. I didn't believe Kevin when he said he was passionate about his job, but he truly is. read more

This is literally the worst Burger King location I've ever been to. The service is horrible, the food is always wrong, and most of the time they don't have half of the stuff on the menu available. Every time I've been to this location around 8-9am on a Saturday they don't have iced coffee because the woman at the drive through "was too busy" or "didn't have time to make it." Even though I've never seen more than two cars in the drive through. I'm honestly shocked this location is still in business. I wish I could give it less than 1 star. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I travel all over the place for work and this fast food restaurant is by far and away the worst one. Last time I went they completely got my order wrong and I was in the drive thru 25 minutes even though I was the third car. Thought I'd give them a try for breakfast today and got home with the wrong order. Wrong meat wrong sandwich wrong everything. This is only two of a few bad experiences. They are the most incompetent restaurant I've ever been to. I will gladly drive across town to the ghetto if I ever get an urge for BK again. This establishment is merely a waste of space in New Albany. If you drive by this location it's very apparent it doesn't get any business and for good reason. For my first experience, I came here with my friends one night because we all knew Burger King had an app with redeemable coupons. We decided to sit in and I ordered a regular cheese burger. As I was talking with my friends and eating my burger I bit into it for another bite and felt something very glossy and laminated on my tongue. As I pulled back I saw a laminated plastic covering for the cheese of the burgers they forgot to peal off. From this point on my appetite was gone for the rest of the night. My second experience was making a late night run for fast food, and the establishment was open for another 15 minutes by the time I got up to the speaker. I murmured, "Hello?" No response. "I'd like to order, is anyone there?" No response. I circled the establishment and very clearly saw that there were still employees in the kitchen. They had just decided not to serve me so that they could close early. As a side note, this establishment is notoriously known for always having their lights off during the daytime to avoid foot traffic (to give off the appearance that they're closed). There is also one specific manager that works here, and I constantly see him take immoderate smoke breaks outside behind the dumpster. Then when he sees a car coming he will rush inside from the back door very quickly to serve them only to return to his position behind the dumpsters afterwards. I guess you become the people you hang around though right because the way this man manages his restaurant is garbage. I encourage all readers to take their business elsewhere. read more
