I had also ordered two fries and paid for them, but they never gave me any fries. On my receipt it showed that I clearly paid for them. I called someone on the phone to tell them that they didn't give me any fries even though I paid for it. They told me I would have to come back and pick up the fries, but I wasn't near the place anymore so, I asked if they could credit me back and they said no. Then they told me that they weren't going to credit me back so, I basically just bought fries just for them to leave it there and not put it in the bag. Having the conversation on the phone with the main person was frustrating because of the language barrier. I suggest anyone using this Popeyes to double check their order and not just accept their verbal confirmation. Better yet, KFC is another route to getting fried chicken. This is my fourth visit to this location because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. This will be my last visit.
