When I ordered my bowl, the employee helping me kept ignoring what I was saying and repeatedly handed my bowl off to someone else. In total, four different employees handled my order, and none of them listened to what I was asking for. The most frustrating part was trying to use my reward for free chips and guac. It clearly showed in my app, but the cashier said they couldn't apply it. After asking another employee for help, they told me it had been taken off, but the total didn't change. When I questioned it, they insisted the reward had been applied. After I paid, I asked to see my receipt, but they refused to give it to me. Since there was a line behind me, I didn't want to hold everyone up. This is the second time this has happened at this location, and I'm especially disappointed because my reward expires tomorrow. I go to this location because it is closest to me but I will not be coming here again, that was likely my final straw.
