Everything takes a few minutes to prepare, but that's because everything is made fresh to order. We got a chicken combo which included both regular and spicy. The spiciness was just right, and all the chicken was crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. And as always, I had a hard time slowing down as I devoured the tandoori fries. We had leftovers, and they were nice enough to repackage it for us and provide a bag for everything. And I see they have had more restaurants open since my first visit at home, and I expect quite a few more, if the quality and feedback continue to be top-rate.

The only issue was an obnoxious manager w an attitude that kept picking w the young lady who assisted me. She was very rude. I am unsure of why she was so irritated, but it bothered me as my cashier was sweet as pie, and doing a great job running the front counter independently. The kids that were working there seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. I also liked that the restrooms were spotless. On the negative side was that the place was cramped and dingy. And, there were also some foul, food-related, smells on the way the the spotless restroom. And, on the "meh" side was the milkshake itself. I ordered a strawberry shake. What I got was some vanilla custard(-like stuff) with some strawberry syrup and a bit of jam stirred in.

Was really creamy and the sauce to spaghetti ratio was a little heavy (on the sauce side) that I wish there was more spaghetti to soak it up. Their pasta is made in house and it's deliciously fresh. Perfectly cooked. The ambiance was just a cool vibe. The ingredients are fresh, the service is friendly and gregarious, the food is delicious and exceptional. I have enjoyed several different dishes on multiple occasions now and can say without question that this food is exceptional and rare outside Italy. Everything in this space is authentic, from the relatively short menu to the service it is a treat to have such an excellent meal for what amounts to a very good price. No question, in Frederick this is consistently the best Italian food served with care and pleasure. I have not had a single issue with anything over perhaps 6 dining experiences here. It is an absolute pleasure to enjoy a lovey glass of wine with the outstanding pasta dishes! If Fredrick needs anything, it is more small and outstanding restaurants like this where quality and value are in harmony.
