Arrive at 11:29 pm ordering the food the teller was rude and you could telll he was in a hurry, we were one car away from the drive-thru window it took us 20 minutes to even get up to the Window while waiting for the car in front of us also the employee Sam was resting at the window for 10 minutes laughing flirting with the car in front of us he kept looking at us and saying nothing. finally we get up to the window they forgot our order I tried asking what was going on he said they made fresh food so I replied "thats kind of ridiculous to have to wait almost 30 minutes for our food" he ignored me and walked away the manager came up and was very kind apologizing but our order was completely wrong lets just say if you want burger king go to Issaquah terrible customer service read more

Can you give zero stars...? oh well.. one will do. I'm writing this review cause my recent experience was "the icing on the cake." Note i don't write reviews much but this place deserves one. This is not the first occasion were something was left out of order, cold fries,or order served incorrectly, or kids working there have the wrong attitude to be working in service. Tired after work decided to go to BK cause i wanted quick and easy solution for dinner.. should have just cooked!!!. arrived at 8:45, was able to place my order at 8:55. Little bit of a line up in the drive thru. ordered my meal. My wifes order is a little more specific. got to the window and paid. guy hands me first beverage... i hand it back and said " this was no ice please". I get it back no ice cause he poured the ice out and handed me a 3/4 full soda. The meal arrives. I inspect the bag and see my wifes order is wrong, I roll my window back down and hand back the chicken tendercrisp back and said " this was supposed to be plain add cheese and bacon". he took the burger back,and I waited another 3 min. He hands me a separate bag with the fixed burger in it. I restate the order to confirm that was what was in the bag. the guy repeated it back and said yes thats the order. I proceed to drive to the parking lot and I park. I look at this fixed burger and turns out its plain no cheese or bacon. OMFG. Now I walk in the BK defeating the purpose of a drive thru. I see the same guy and ask for the cheese and bacon. I watched them fix the burger... Finally its correct. I walk back to my car and I get in, then I notice they had never handed me my beverage at all! so i walk back in and ask for the Coke I ordered. the guy gave me a cup and I proceeded to fill it myself, taking note how badly the floor was cared for... candy corn on the floor with various trash strewn about with a sticky floor, I did not want to know what the bathroom looked like. finished filling my coke and put a lid on it. finally on my way home just 2 mins away. I get home and tell my wife the whole experience and she takes a drink of her soda and asked me if I ordered diet. I said no, and I took a sip. sure enough its freaking diet soda and freaking 3/4 full cause he poured the ice out I specified not to be in the soda. My wife and I thought at least the fries are not cold this time like it was a win. then we noticed no ketchup or napkins. North Bend Burger King... This Burger King has got to be one of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever been to. The view driving up you can tell no one has put any effort In The up keep of their landscape as there where weeds all o er the place. The bathrooms where nasty, the lady did not speak very good English and got my order wrong and blamed it on me. My wife found what looked to be a uncooked piece of bacon on her whopper, my grilled sourdough was not grilled at all but basically just two pieces of bread, the floors were so sticky my kids and my wife's sandals kept getting stuck and falling off. Bad experience I should have gone across the street to McDonalds when I seen how run down it the burger king looks from outside. I will never go there again. read more

My husband and I were headed to a mariners game from Eastern Washington to Seattle and decided to stop in the drive thru really quick for a quick bite to eat. I use the Burger King app for coupons and I was in the drive thru attempting to connect to the WiFi for coupons as I planned what to order. So I pulled forward to the window and still tried to connect, I told the "meth head" looking lady working there that I'm still connecting to the WiFi and she told me to come in, I said I'll just be a second longer and here was nobody behind me, she walked away and the manager walked up and told me to pretty much leave and "pull forward" because they are on a timer- there is nobody behind me still. I looked at my husband and we both realized he was pretty much kicking us out. So I called the store asking the lady who picked up the name of the manager and they didn't want to give me it and told me I was wrong and tried to smooth out what they just said. Crappy location- crappy customer service- definitely never coming back here! And it's no wonder there were no customers there but it's packed at the McDonald's across the street! read more

Man, you guys. Where to even start? This place is a mess. I'm not going to a Burger King for high class service or food, but after moving to the area and visiting this particular place half a dozen times I can tell you it's an abject disaster. It takes forever to get food - at minimum 5 minutes, but often 15 or more. That can feel like an eternity when it comes to drive thru, but it's all the worse when you actually get to the window. The workers are slow and disinterested - not rude, but bored and clearly checked out The food is often cold and poorly constructed (smooshed burgers), so even if you think 15 minutes is appropriate the food has never been worth it The 'crown jewel', so to speak, came during the one time we went inside. I'm not sure of the context, but a manager was berating an employee who was clearly not from the US. The general tone was obviously racially charged and included him mocking her accent and telling her that "THIS is America, and you can't act like that in *America". Yikes. If I were BK corporate I'd tear the place to the studs and just start over. read more

Vanessa (Assistant Manager) alone has convinced me never to return to this BK. She made it clear that she was mad we showed up 10 minutes before closing, and was slamming things across the counter. I was almost scared to order. She didn't respond to my "how are you?" Or "thank you" when leaving. Some of the least professional customer service I've ever seen. read more

Burger King is pretty consistent overall. Decent place to grab a bite while at the outlet mall. Just across the street.

i arrived at 11:30am with a group of 5 senior women. we chose the table in the back around the corner, for space and privacy during our meal/gathering. the tables in this area were nasty! food residue all over the three tables and soda spilled on the floor. i had to throw away three soda cups. we went to request a rag to clean the tables because they were filthy and the manager DID come out and wipe them down. no solution, or spray or anything, just a blue towel. the chairs were sticky, the floor still had a puddle of the soda on it (which they didnt come back with a mop to clean up during the time we were dining) and the tables hadnt been properly wiped down. not planning on going back anytime soon. my lunch group decided to dine at burger king today because we got coupons in the mail. not worth it. spend the 2 dollars we probably saved and eat at a clean restaurant. mcdonalds is SOOO much better than burger king. understaffed in the morning is understandable, but dirty restaurant in the morning? no thanks. keep your place clean. wish i was a secret shopper right about now. ew. read more

Filthy dirty the floor had trash everywhere the floor had not been mopped in days and my shoes stuck with every step I took, I have never seen a more dirty restaurant in my life and the bathroom well enough said had to use the restroom at the McDonald's next store will never go back! read more

I do like Burger King but we were at the North Bend location on 1-23-11 around 5:30 PM and the lady up front, I'm assuming she was a manager, was yelling at the boys in the back in front of all the customers. The one that I could see was working very fast and she made him stop to listen to her. She kept saying that they weren't listening to her and went so far as to say to one "I know you understand English". She would not let up on them. It was a very uncomfortable situation. This is, quite possibly, the worst Burger King I've ever visited. Why does it take one manager, two cooks, one counter worker, and one drive-thru worker 15 minutes to make a kid's hamburger and fries when the restaurant is completely empty and there is only one drive-they customer? yeah!! this particular restaurant is shit they fucked up our order 2 time in a row and y'all want 15.00hr ha right!!! get your shit together 1st time through we asked for two sandwich meal with one with no mayo and one 10 pc chicken nuggets but we got 10-10pc nuggets and no frys so then we go back to fix and gave us Altitude!!!! like it was are fault so they fix the nugget meal we drove off. then come to find out that my burger had heavily mayo on it not no mayo but heavy mayo what the fuck so my girlfriend gos in to get it fixed 2nd time back then one of the manager was talking shit about her being mad that they fucked up that not the kinda of customer service we should get after spending 32.00 for 3 meal witch was not the rite price to begin with so she ask for the money back they at first gave her back 2 bucks the hell thats not even close so they gave her 7 bucks back still not rite but what the fuck we were hungry and tiered of there shit..... so better start workin on your management skill and employees skill i been a manager of many restaurants from fast food to 5 stars restaurants and have never dealt with such incompetent People someone need to rebut there employees to make sure this Does not happen again read more
