Grille shrimp Caesar salad which never

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a light dinner and sat in the dining area in the back. It's always fast service with their famous popcorn & cucumber pickles right away! We had the infamous French onion soup to start that's always amazing ! Then a grilled chicken club which is always great with steak fries & a grilled shrimp Caesar salad which never disappoints . Always great service reasonable prices & a real local pub you can count on knowing someone with a great EG neighborhood atmosphere!

Hostess was no where around which is odd for the Pub so we asked the server if we could sit at the empty high top in her section. She was more the friendly, sat us quickly, and was attentive. Ordered fried scallops and steak tips over mashed. Both were very good. Always enjoy my meals at the pub.

I love Richard's Pub. Always great food and service. I love that you get pickles and popcorn before your meals. I had the chicken cutlet dinner huge portions.

This is an old fashioned pub in East Greenwich. Not far from Route 4. Our server was the nicest lady and she was attentive and polite Our sandwiches were all average at best. My steak sandwich was made with a very thick cut of meat. My husband's chicken salad sandwich was bland and everything else was just average to OK. They have a function room in the back for special events. Large parking lot.

Kickin it off with the queer-o-meter: Doris, our waitress was top notch. And handled our table like a champ. She was attentive and genuine and so kind. The food: The table got burger plate, turkey club, grilled Cajun pork chops from the specials board and I got the baked haddock. Good solid pub food - hot and not disappointing. Fries were hot and not overly greasy, the side salads I loved. I'm a sucker for a basic side salad served cold. And the dinner rolls are perfection. A little warm and fluffy. The drinks were stroooong and generous sizes. The waters were refilled, the rolls and complimentary pickles were topped off, love that! The only con, and I take it with a grain of salt was the baked fish. It was about 5 min over baked and overdone. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt on it because it was a long thin piece and I'm sure gauged slightly wrong in the oven. The side of rice pilaf was basic, but again, tasty. It's a pub. It has the feel of a pub and I stand behind my "good solid pub food" statement. We will def go again and I will try some apps instead and see how the buffalo wings are. I did spy someone with bbq ribs and those looks great. I'd try those too. Doris, thank you for a great night out when I needed it most. You're a gem. Cheers!

Their buffalo style tenders are very good and different than most buffalo tenders. The house made creamy Italian dressing can't be beat!

They have a great menu with pub style apps, burgers, and delicious entrees, a comfortable atmosphere, live music on the weekends, and just an over all great vibe. On my first visit, my friend and I both ordered the prime rib, which is a special on Saturday nights. The meat was tender, flovorful, and the portion size was great. It was served with a baked potato (with lots of butter and sour cream), and roasted green beans - all were delicious! Service was perfect - we never had to wait long for anything. Our server was friendly, prompt, and we couldn;t have asked for anything more. My second visit was with my husband and our two daughters. My daughters split the fish and chips and they said it was really good. My husband got chicken and waffles, and I got the prime rib again. Once again, the service was perfect, and the prime rib dinner was outstanding. My daughters went home after dinner, but my husband and I moved over to the bar as we wanted to stay for the live music. The band was called Rash Cat and we really enjoyed their performance. They were super talented and had great classic song choices, and the music was loud enough to provide a fun atmosphere, but also quiet enough that you could still carry on a conversation. I'd definitely go back to see them again. I'd like to come back again to try more of the menu items and to enjoy the outdoor patio & fire pit. What a great RI tavern for all seasons!

She showed me to my table, brought a carafe of water, and welcomed me in. I was quickly welcomed by Sergio, my server, who shared the special and the soup of the day. Once I ordered my soda I took in the ambiance of the bar, new lights, and the rest of the restaurant. It's not a large building but they make every inch count. Now, the reason you're reading this review- THE FOOD. I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich with a Caesar Salad. The chicken (photo below) was perfectly cooked, topped with hot honey, slaw, pickles, and ranch then placed on a soft brioche bun. The meal was reasonably priced as well at $33 which included tip. I will absolutely be back to the Shanty next time I'm in town.

Hotline Pizza started in 2020 taking orders exclusively through Instagram. No storefront, no sign,…read moreno walk-ins. You either knew, or you didn't. You got through in the first minute, or you weren't having any pizza. That kind of operation either collapses in six weeks or builds a following that argues about it on the internet for years. Hotline got the second outcome. They eventually opened on 211 Broadway in Providence, then shifted to 80 Frenchtown Road inside the Thirsty Beaver North Kingstown. On National Detroit Pizza Day, the RI: The Pizza State community held a meetup there. Hotline built a pizza specifically for the occasion -- the OG Detroit, one night only, not on the regular menu, not available any other way. Cup and char pepperoni, Wisconsin brick cheese, red striped in two lines across the top, Parmesan dusted over everything. You had to be in that room. The Thirsty Beaver is a lively sports bar, string lights, cold drinks, TVs running. Then the pizza arrived, and a room full of people who think seriously about this stuff went quiet for a moment. The edges tell you everything first. Detroit-style cheese goes all the way to the pan walls, where it caramelizes against the sides. That's not a side effect of the style, it's the whole point. The border (frico) on this is nearly black, crunchy, savory. The kind of thing you fight over. Wisconsin brick cheese is mild, buttery, and high-fat, and when it hits those hot pan walls it stops being cheese and becomes a dark, crunchy crust of its own. It also carries a sweet, tangy flavor that mozzarella doesn't have. The Parmesan on top added a second layer of salt and a different taste. Together they built a flavor profile that the average pizza doesn't usually offer. The cup and char roni was doing its job. Natural casing pepperoni cups and chars in the heat, crisping at the edges and trapping oil in the bowl of each piece. That pooled fat bleeds back into the cheese when you bite down. It's a little indecent. Nobody complains though. Then there's the dough. Hold a piece up to the light, and someone at the table did, because that's the kind of group this is, and you see a honeycomb structure, open and airy, like good focaccia pulled upward. The dough runs at 80% hydration or higher and is double-proofed, which creates an open, porous interior with a crackling exterior. The crust tastes buttery without any actual butter in the dough. That's what happens when someone knows what they're doing. Greg definitely knows what he's doing. The sauce was bright and herby, laid on top in stripes after the cheese. Sauce on top means the crust stays dry and the cheese anchors to the rim all the way to the last bite. It also cooks the sauce a little bit, renders it down slightly. It had enough acid and herb to cut through all that fat without flattening the taste out. The OG Detroit was a one-night pizza. It's not coming back in that form. But Hotline is at the Thirsty Beaver Thursday through Sunday, running 12 Detroit-style options, and if the OG is the standard they're working from, you should go find out what the rest of the menu tastes like. Some pizzas are worth building a night around. This one had 80 people nodding at each other in a sports bar in North Kingstown, smirking and reaching for another piece before the first one was finished all night long.

Came to pick up a Hotline Pizza so decided ti grab an app and a salad to go. Should've just stuck…read morewith the pizza. The $12 salad was sooo small with barely anything in it and even worse, a dressing container with not even a tablespoon of dressing. Brussels were overcooked and over sauced. For a salad, brussels and a side of fries was $33. Felt so ripped off. Also i was given the wrong pizza-thank God I had the inclination to check before driving the 30 minutes home.
