Im so sick of not getting my order correct. EVERYTIME I order when the very heavy set women (and that's being nice) is there my order is wrong when I go in or order from the drive thru. Today I should have checked my order, that's on me, but once again I didn't get what I paid for. This is stealing. Is she eating my food? Also she won't given me a receipt. This place is now so bad. I used to be able to order sausage and egg croissant no cheese add mustard and onion. Looks like they have a different manager there now. Now they tell me they don't have onions and hand me mustard packets to put on myself. This is two times in a row. Not going anymore. Also I forgot my credit card at the drive thru last week. I can't take my children anywhere nice to eat because I end up wolfing the food down in dire anticipation of one of them spilling something or hitting someone. When I took them to Guapo's they were in awe of how "fancy" it was. So we ended up here because I'm sick, my wife is sick, and neither of us felt like cooking. The last part of that sentence could probably describe the staff at El Rey de la Hamburguesa as well. I have become convinced that BK is incapable of several things: acknowledging you're there, getting your order right, and serving "food" that is hot. Like their sister locations in the area, this place excels in meeting those three criteria for crappiness. I was priding myself on having made it into March without eating at BK, McD's, Wendy's, etc... the goal was to go the whole year without decimating my biking toned body with the filth these grease merchants purvey. Worst Burger King experience I have ever had. Awful customer service. Extremely slow and sloppy. On top of that, the manager was arguing with a staff right in front of me, as if I was no-exist. Also, ridiculously overpriced items. They don't even do drink upgrade (e.g. if you order a meal and want iced coffee instead of regular coffee or soda, you'd have to pay full price of meal plus full price of iced coffee.) Custumer service horrible. Period. The manager was extremely rude to my father and took advantage of him because he didn't have perfect English and was stuttering. The cashier got our cup size wrong and charged us more. When we asked for a smaller size, the manager darted over and yelled "go get the cup" to us. When all was done we didn't even get an apology. Worst place ever! Sat twenty minutes in drive through. She was curt and rude. Asked us to pull around to the parking lot and wait. So awful. Went a few weeks ago and was mediocre. So have it another chance since it's the closet thing to my house. Ordered the chicken crisp bacon. Bread was old and tasted moldy. The chicken was from their value menu option I think because I've had this sandwich before over the years. Chicken was also soggy and wet making the breast also soggy and wet. I just came back from grabbing a simple Whopper Jr Combo, and ask to have a shake instead of a drink with Satisfries.....Well the fries was cold and tasted like they had been sitting out to thaw; the Oreo shake had more damn whip cream then shake. Well I am not for sure what is up with the customer service here, but it seems it's all about the paycheck; but I don't blame the employees, I blame the freaking management and Owners. I second the ridiculous price gouging. I ordered a large hash brown, 2 cinnamon buns, and drink. I have done this twice and it took me until the second time to realize they were charging me a meal plus my hash browns and drink! This place is close to work, so nothing I can do...but burger king needs to fire and re-hire for this store. Also, my food was literally thrown in the bag, my hash browns upside down so they went to the bottom. How difficult can this be, and I work in retail! Worst burger king on the planet. Never tried this Burger King. So I hit the drive through at 9:15 PM on a Tuesday. Even though there was only one car ahead of me, it still took several minutes to get the order. Ok, frustrating, but whatever. Then, when I bit into my Whopper Jr., the bread was stale. No sesame seeds on the bun--but, in all advertisements, Whopper Jrs. have sesame seeds. Seemed kinda small even for a Whopper Jr. Then, I bit into my "Chicken Burger". Tasted like soap. I wanted to vomit. Never, ever going back there. read more

STAY AWAY! This place is horrible. They don't care. The burgers are cold. They ALWAYS get the order wrong. I'm convinced they get the orders wrong or "miss items" in the bag on purpose so the workers can get free food. I've been there 4 separate times with 4 different orders and they have always found a way to mess up the order or leave things out. Even after verbally confirming the burger I ordered was exactly how i ordered it 3 times and was assured it was, it was not and I needed to exchange it for one that I wanted in the first place and was met with attitude as if I was was inconveniencing THEM by asking them to do their job correctly. Staffing and management problems. Opens at 7AM and observed manager arrives with another employee in car at 7:05, goes inside, locks door and hides in back. This goes on until other employees finally show up. If you need breakfast before work you won't get it here. Usually opens late and then they don't have food ready when the doors finally open. Staff has many with little English and getting correct order is a problem, always have to check your order. Service is usually slow and if any number of people in line slows to a crawl. They had two self service beverage dispensers and some genius took the out. They now have a single one placed right were the backup blocks the order area of the counter/ This is the kind where you can add flavors to your soda. The decision making on the flavors again slows the one line. To top it off it stands tall and the selection buttons and dispenser button is out of reach of children so a cluster of parents and children gather further backing things up. Whoever selected this machine never worked in a fast food place. This franchise location is just very poorly run. Upper management is either absent or does not know what it is doing. There is a Popeye's next door also with a multinational staff and service there is very good and quick. The food is Burger King so all the rolls tend to fall apart before you can finish the sandwich. This is the worst location that I always get worst service. I don't get what I ordered. For the last many years my kids wants buy sandwiches with no mayo n I always get sandwiches with mayo I it. So far 10 times. I did not really think about giving this type of rating until today. I bought small sandwich with no mayo again for my kids. I have ask the guys to check for mayo to make sure there is no mayo n they confirmed that it is plain. When I went home and it is again with mayo n I am so disappointed again. They said that they weren't hiring and did not give him an application. He left. 5 minutes later, a Hispanic gal came in asking for an application. The food is lukewarm to cold and certainly overpriced, your order is almost always wrong or the bagger skimps on the serving size; lackluster to downright horrible customer service, excessive wait times during non-rush hours, drive thru speakers who can either barely speak English or barely speak in general...
