I love the whopper. I order mine without ketchup. ...i also enjoy the nuggets... the bbq sauce is my favorite of the larger faster food providers my fiance hates onion... we had few issues ordering our sandwiches from the location. i like the tunnel drive through... you are locked into your order. you will have to take it as you leave... little chance of obtaining the wrong order... the tunnel. - i like the hershey pie. its really good. read more

Worst burger king ever! First when I tried to order my combo meal the cashier laughed at me and said she didnt want to take my order. Then after finally taking my order I had to wait around half an hour for my food. Their were a couple other people waiting too while the employees gossiped and joked amongst themselves. Eventually I got my chicken nugget combo meal which was very dry. It seemed like the chicken sat out for hours plus they refused to give me my drink because they thought I already got it. If I could give less than one star I would. I lived around the corner from this place for 8 years. It's consistently filthy. The staff is typically rude. The food is almost always disgusting (I DO like Burger King, but this restaurant is always gross) There are a ton of other places to eat in the South Side... skip this place. read more

I used to eat here every now and then. I would wait and wait for my food along with a bunch of other angry customers. I don't know how the place isn't boarded up by now. Ordered a kids meal and a burger and fries for my child and me. Both burgers were made wrong. Fries were cold. It took them about ten minutes to remake the burgers which was odd considering the first time it took five minutes. When we returned the burgers, the staff started bickering and arguing about who did what and why they were wrong. None of the bickering was directed towards me. But no one needs to hear that. Just fix the burgers. All the staff were very friendly though. Food, once made, was greasy and tasty like it should be. read more

Loved my bacon whopper. Nice and fresh. Well prepared. I wish the fries were a bit more fresh though. They tasted a bit old. I ordered a Dr Pepper and I'm pretty sure I got a root beer. Service was fast and professional, the floors were kind of sticky in some places. I was ordering food and saw the manager push the food in the trash down and without washing his hands, proceed to serve food. The tables & chairs were dirty, I asked an employee if they could wipe off a table so my father & I could eat, they of course said yes but didn't do so until 30 min later. We sat down and wiped the table ourselves and an employee saw us and ran over and apologized. The place has good staff but the standards were really low. read more

To whom it may concern, I literally downloaded this app to complain about ordering a crispy bacon and cheese sandwich from the Burger King in Southside Pittsburgh. It tasted horrible and I had to spit it into my napkin. I asked for a new one or just some chicken tenders and the assistant manager wouldn't allow it because I said I didn't like the sandwich before I said it didn't taste good. She had a horrible attitude and it wasn't even busy. I was being humble about how nasty everything was. My mocha coffee tasted like chocolate milk. That baffles me honestly and would love to know if that's how Burger King is suppose to handle customers who aren't satisfied. Thank you so much for reading! read more

I've been to this Burger King between 5-10 times...and each time my experience gets worse. Like the other reviews, I don't even bother going inside because of the type of people there are in there and it's always dirty. Today I sat in the drive thru for about 25 minutes...which is normal for this Burger King. My wife and I will never go to this Burger King again. I like Burger King when I'm ready for a burger with the grilled taste. This Burger King will make you re-think going to any Burger King ever again. The last time I went I vowed never to return, but then I got a coupon and I went just to use the coupon. Now I'm vowing never to return again and this time I mean it. If I could give a zero rating I would! Friday I took a bus (two hours) to get to this Burger King and they messed my order up! Missing my food! I took another two hours to get there to replace my missing food. Well, I just went and got almost everything...they were out of their mac and cheetos. I also ordered another bacon, mushroom swiss and large mac and cheetos and PAID for them. Well, after I placed the order I was told they were out of the mac and cheetos and so they did give me my money back for those. Well I got home and surprise surprise...NO bacon, mushroom, swiss burger-it was NOT in my bag of food! Now this makes number two for me NOT getting my food that I paid for!! Went because I had some bogo coupons. Get there at 1030, all the lights were on including the drive thru menu. Someone finally got on the speaker and said they were closed. I don't understand why everyone talks crap on this particular Burger King. To put it kindly, the people that are in there are not the typical young professional/college kid crowd that's typical of the south side, but it's Burger King. I don't know what else you'd expect. I eat here maybe once every 6 months, but every experience I've had was nice. Just re-opened under brand new management. A complete 180. Went once when it was the black market BK and it was dirty and meh food. Went last night, spotless interior, food was fresh/hot/yummy. Definitely one of the best BKs I've been to in recent memory. Hopefully the turnaround sticks. read more

I used to get cravings for BK, but going to this store ruins it. This place really should get 0 stars, from the cleanliness of eating and ordering areas to quality of food they are sending out.
