If I could give zero stars I would!! Absolutely disgusting first of all, all young kids working and kept disappearing. My husband was getting pissed watching these young kids mess around and yet the place in the dining area was disgusting and covered in trash. I walked over to the counter to get a bag to put my kids food in so we could leave and kept calling out "hello" with no response. About 3 minutes later I watch one kid walkout from the back carrying cash then putting in his pocket, then another kid walked out with his vape mod in his fucking mouth!! Stopped in here for some food late one evening. Ordered the BK Big Fish Sandwich (with cheese, tomatoes, and onions added on), plus a small Diet Coke. Sandwich came up fast - was very average. Cheese was not melted and the sandwich was a tad on the soggy side. Could and should have been a lot better! This BK is within walking distance of the Hilton Garden Inn where I was staying - so very convenient! read more

Unbelievably angry staff. Insisted my pickup order was correct but when I got to my car and checked it wasn't. Went back in to let them know and one woman went off because I'd opened to check and accused me of getting angry! Awful employees who, judging by the people coming in to get items missing from their drive-thru orders, are not very good at their jobs. read more

Sometimes, you just want fuel. You don't care to sit down and wait for a server to take your order and then have to deal with waiting for the check at the end and calculating the tip while you wonder exactly what they did with your credit card back there. You just want a known quantity. A familiar meal to quench the hunger. When that's the case, Burger King does the job. I was staying overnight at one of the many hotels nearby and didn't have a rental car. I looked out my hotel room window and there was the familiar sign. I walked over. The parking lot looked tidy and the inside of the restaurant was as clean as any Burger King I've visited. The counter person made their way up to the register and I placed my order. One of the great things about BK is that they do let you customize. I like no onions and extra tomatoes (add 15 cents) on my Whopper with Cheese. Add a bottle of water and it's done. The sandwich was assembled fresh and I was out the door less than five minutes from when I walked in. I took it back to the room and was pleased with the sandwich. I haven't had a Whopper in years but it hasn't changed even slightly. The slight fire grilled aroma. The slices of tomato. The sesame seed bun. Delicious! I'll look forward to having another in 2013 or so. As BK's go, five stars. As restaurants in general go, just two. Have It Your Way. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! I ordered a 10 pc chicken, medium fries and a drink, when I ordered the man asked me after I told him my food if id like a drink and I said yes please. When I got to the window I was not even said hello to i was hnded a small bag and It only had the chicken nuggets in it, so i told him i ordered other things to and he looked me dead in the face and said " no you didnt, all you ordered was a chicken nugget" and i said "well thats not what i told them on the microphone" and he looks at me and said " well thats all your receipt says sorry " WHAT THE HECK KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT!!!!!! Then when i told him i would like the fries and drink still he rolled his eyes and just had an attitude about making it. I will never go here again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE read more

What a hot mess this location is! Coupons never work, orders aren't right, soda machine breaks all the time, they are always short help. I've done inside and drive thru and the service is terrible at both and they just seem horribly in attentive. They could do so much better! Fix or replace broken equipment or stop advertising it (I've still yet to ever get an icee from this location). And for God's sake, staff accordingly and train them!! Our most recent sojourn we had no less than 5 things go wrong with our order -of 5 items-with no guests inside, no one in the drive thru and several employees clustered together, doing who knows what. We ordered a whopper meal with onion rings and a beverage, another beverage and an order of tots. I had to leave a review today. This is my go-to BK and today really showed me why. Not sure the workers name but there is someone who works there that usually is wearing a baseball hat and has facial hair, I think he's the manager. The line was backed up into the street today and I could hear the stress in his voice over the intercom but he was still super polite and friendly. When I got to the window I watched him work so diligently to get everyone's order out promptly and even take the time to explain something super respectfully to an employee despite a full drive thru line and folks in the dining room. I always know my order is going to be right when he's around and today was no different. I salute you BK manager! read more

Not only is the Service horrible, not only is the food I'll prepared. They actively rip off their customers. Ordered Combos and asked for water they tried to pass off free water cups as my combo waters. Corporate should look into this franchise before they put them at risk on a law suit. read more

I got a whopper once and it was the BEST whopper I've ever had.I really recommend this place.

Terribly slow service- took 20 minutes for four burgers and two fries, and my boyfriend and I were the only two people inside with no one at drive thru. We asked for to go and the guy gave it to us on a tray, at which point we noticed there were only three burgers, not four. The cook apparently "didn't see" it. Fries were ice cold by the time the last burger came, but thankfully my bf asked them to make us new ones and they did (thus earning back a star). The lobby was pretty dirty as well, and on top of everything else a wasp was buzzing around everyone! I overheard the girl behind the counter say she found a bunch of dead ones in the back- charming. Also, I'm not sure if it was broken or if they really just don't have it, but there was no AC inside, so we were sweating by the time we left. I feel bad for the employees! The food was decent, though a bit sloppily prepared (my burger, when unwrapped, was sticking halfway out of the bun, though that's more aesthetic and it tasted fine). I have never been treated so incredibly poorly IN MY LIFE! The manager, Lucila, couldn't get straight what my mom and were ordering through the drive-thru. Then proceeded to argue with my mom, through the drive-thru speaker. Once we finally gotto the window, we were talked back to, harassed, and made to feel like second class citizens. Not only was our food undercooked and raw, I wouldn't put past the manager to have spit in my food. I do not go to Burger King very often. And every time I go I am reminded why I don't. I ask them to fix the pop machine it was spitting everywhere. So I was made to feel like I didn't know what I was doing. And they are the ones that didn't know what they were doing. They left a part out of the machine. She was to busy to look at it and had a girl obviously on break look at it. Was only three others in restaurant. Will be a long time before I ever go back. They can't handle the business when there slow. No wonder they can't compete with McDonald's. read more

Best BK in Portland. I know it's just fast food, but the staff here is fantastic. Lupe, one of the early morning managers, is super sweet and hilarious. I drive cab and unfortunately find myself needing food without leaving the car often. As far as BKs go, they are by far the freshest, nicest, and most consistent. read more

I ordered here yesterday for the first time ever at this Burger King. I ordered at the drive through. I ordered a meal that had a burger. I got back home, unwrapped my burger and it was a chicken sandwich. All of the toppings were right though. The reason I'm giving this one star is because I was offered two tacos for 99 cents.
