I was picking up an Uber eats order and they don't close till 11. It was 1015. I went through the drive-through and no one answered so I tried to go inside and it was locked. Then I went up to the window and was honking which I didn't want to do, but I didn't wanna have to cancel the order and I could see two workers walking around with headsets on so I knew that they knew I was in the drive-through and then one of them started sweeping with their back turned me in front of the window and they were ignoring me so I had to cancel the order and they were disgustingly rude read more

I called Burger King this morning because I wasn't sure if I had received my debit card back after I used it to purchase a small Diet Coke and medium fries late yesterday afternoon. I was told they didn't have the card and I asked to provide my phone number in case it was found later on. The woman I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me. I haven't been to Burger King in forever but thought it might be time to test the non-meat Impossible Whopper versus the legacy, beef version. To satisfy my curiosity, I purchased one of each: $8.20 for the cowless and $6.20 for the animal flesh variety. With all the condiments... cheese, tomato, not so special sauce and ketchup both sandwiches taste almost identical (condiments and toppings really do cover a multitude of sins and provide much needed moisture.) However, pulling the patties out revealed their true nature. The beef burger was moist and had the signature char-broiled BK taste while the plant-based varietal had a non-descript dryness and looked like compressed chick peas desperately trying to recover from a third degree burn. Needless to say I am not a fan of the beefless hockey puck and given the wide intervals between my fast food cravings, I think I'll survive the Surgeon General's admonition against conveyor belt burger joints. All I can say is that at the very least, the real Whopper remains on the menu and that the 32 percent premium for the Implausible Whopper is indeed Impossible to reconcile. Five stars because I don't want to penalize the location for an item I didn't particularly like. read more

A reliable Burger King location with dependable & friendly drive-through service but with typical BK food. Let's start with the drive-through window and customer service. Very good here! The line is usually short and the service is very friendly and professional. Food was served with a smile and they even took a moment and wiped off some extra moisture off my soda. They also asked me if I wanted extra napkins, ketchup or anything. Refreshing! 4 stars! Now the highlight of the meal, the grilled chicken sandwich! I have to say it was very hearty and very tasty! I would even go out on a limb and say it's my favorite fast food grilled chicken sandwich! Prepared in the spirit of the Whopper but with grilled chicken. 4 stars! Next was the dollar menu hamburger. I guess I was expecting more flavor. It served it's purpose but it was only average. And not as good as the other fast food burgers. Still I found it adequate. 3 stars. Finally the fries. This is probably a typical Burger King fry, but I found it extra dry and lacking any addicting flavor. Usually when handed a carton of fries you can't stop until they're all finished including the scraps. After a couple it wasn't worth any more calories. This is the only fast food fries that I don't devour in seconds or even care to eat. 2 stars. Overall 3 stars. Definitely recommended for your typical Burger King food but with better than average customer service and really good grilled chicken sandwiches. read more

So I don't understand maybe someone can help me so every Tuesday my daughter goes to gymnastics and after gymnastics she gets Burger King as a treat she always wants to get a shake but every time we go they say they close the shake machine at 8 o'clock Burger King does not close till 10 PM we get there at 8:05 why in the world are they closing the shake machine two hours before they close Thomas and sweets when I told them the story said that that's ridiculous so we now go to Thomas and sweets I hope this review finds its way to the manager because the kids that work there are absolutely ridiculous not to mention that they always mess up your order so you need to check it before you leave the drive-through read more

Horrible experience - the soda machines need a deep cleaning I found black specks in my drink which are mold residue from not being clean, this should be properly maintained as this is dirty. Also my fries were cold like they had been sitting for a while, although my chicken fries were hot and fresh. Don't go here. read more

I am so tired of this!!! I know this may sound petty but my daughter likes to collect the toys that they offer with the kids meal they never have the right toy that every other Burger King has we have to drive all the way the way to hillsbourgh to collect the smurf dolls as every advertised kids meal they have a bunch of young kids that have no idea what they're doing let's face it Burger King is not cheap when you order chicken fries and they're burnt to a Crisp this place needs new management it was shortly be out of business if they keep this up only reason why they get business is because there's nowhere else to go close on a quickly. Did an online order, with a coupon for a free Original Chicken sandwich and I purchased a small fries., Get there to pickup, no chicken sandwich, manager Charmi, says the chicken sandwich did not go through. So rather than just giving me a free chicken sandwich, she proceeds to give me every excuse in the book why she cannot. A good manager, would have just spoken respectfully to the customer and said we will correct the error. There always seems to be some kind of problem with this location. Burger King Corporate needs to do some undercover, pretend to be a customer , surveillance here. read more

It's BK. So it's what you would expect from a chain. We came here for dinner because we had a bunch of coupons to use, and were craving junk food. The store itself is very clean and the service prompt and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 tendergrill chicken sandwiches (yes, I ate both plus fries in 1 sitting); the meat was well-marinated and the wheat roll soft and fresh. The guys were fans of their Whoppers (and double Whoppers), and we all enjoyed the fries. Coffee wasn't bad, either. Overall, a good choice since they now have both semi-healthy and artery-clogging selections. Plus, this location, in particular is very clean and well-kept. read more

There appears to be no option for zero stars so I'll give it here: ZERO! Nada! The big "null set!" Just don't even bother going here. Getting orders correct has been a chronic issue here for us - so much so that we started calling our "quality check" in the car so whoever is holding the drive through bag remembers to check the order before we drive away. Today we forgot to call Quality Check and my wife took the bag back later to exchange. They sent her away - she had the burgers (still fresh) but no receipt. REALLY???? Then they had the gall to tell her to come back with the receipt. For what? To prove we bought it? Where else would we get BK burgers than Burger King???? A third trip to Burger King. Again... REALLY?!? GuEss what my fellow fast food lovers -- McDonalds is only about 15 minutes north on 206. There's a great pizza joint a couple hundred feet away and another good one less than a mile away. Burger King in Princeton/Skillman: Consider this my family's official BOYCOTT NOTICE until you return my voice message and make this right... WITHOUT requiring another visit from my family. For my six cats and I, finding a restaurant that is both cheap and allows cats is hard. As soon as I walked in with fluffy the manager said I couldn't bring pets inside. But fluffy was more than a pet, he was my best friend. Also the burgers at Burger King are just plain fatty. My cats are already fat enough. 60 pounds each...I think. So, you should not go to Burger King with pets. JK, just don't go to Burger King. read more

They have alright food but the other BK's do it better. They need to clean up more often, and they need to stop messing up orders. The drink machine often needs to be cleaned and refilled with ice, and this happens whenever i'm there for some reason. It's very outdated and needs to be updated with the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, where there is much more variety on the drinks you can choose. read more

The service here is hit or miss. Food is normal for any burger king. The place is clean. The only reason I give it two stars because I've gotten cold fries occasionally and once in awhile they do not have the item I want (shakes, ice cream). This is the worst Burger King I've been to, and it's not like BK sets that high of a bar. My Whopper had a stale bun and rubbery patty and our fries were cold, stale, and tasteless. Also, there were flies bothering us in the store. In November. After we've already had a freeze outside. I don't even have flies bother me when I'm eating outside during the summer, I don't know what level of dirtiness this store has to keep up to maintain a population of flies indoors after they had all died outdoors. read more

UPDATE - The mustard thing seems to be a franchise thing. I found another Burger King in the area that does not put mustard on their sandwiches. I would bet "dollars to Whoppers" that they are owned by the same people. I did speak to another manager about the mustard and he said it had always been that way (and a corporate thing). Now I know I have eaten at many a BK all over this country, and these 2 are the only ones that I have experienced the no mustard on the sandwich thing. Come on BK - where's the mustard? read more

Okay so I'm going to update this review for this reason, I had gone back with family at a lunch time a few times and it was amazingly better, the last review I did I had been going all the time at night so I guess as soon as the lunch staff leaves all fucks go out the window in this place because even for fast food the difference is Night and Day quite literally so never go after 2-3 pm cause then is just sucks total amounts of ass. read more

The folks here are just fantastic. They're hard working, polite and really go the extra mile to provide excellent service. Sometimes some of the workers are so intuitive, they'll crush your food so you can cram it down faster or even press their dirty fingers into sauce packets until they break, allowing the sauce to get over everything. Fantastic. Just real quality folks here who enjoy their jobs and would never pull some petty revenge on a customer who had the audacity to order food and interrupt their lives. read more
