First time experience, just horrible. Customer service and food timing needs to be improved

The burger sling... Slap it, flip it, rub it down... the burger is going to kill me... It's a Burger King... we went through the drive through and got the boys a couple of kids meals because they were hungry. Cheese burgers ketchup only, fries and a drink. They eat most of the burgers but the fries were barely warm... common... hot fries man!! How hard is that?! Service was fine accept for when the drive through guy dropped my card and it ended up under the car... that was a bit of a pain. It's a Burger King... it was ok. read more

This Burger King is horrible! It took an hour to get our food, employees do not wear gloves for preparing food and if you paid with a credit card forget about getting a refund! One employee kept grabbing her hair and her zipper was down. there were only 3 employees and it seemed they did not know what to do. The person taking orders ended up having to make our meal and it was wrong. One guest had to have his order remade! Another had to come inside after waiting 15 minutes for her nuggets! needless to say we will not be stopping there for food ever! Do better Burger King or is Whataburger for us from now on! read more

No one ever served me at the drive through so I came inside to find no one at the register. Understaffed and not worth the wait.

Definitely would recommend this one cause it's cleaner then the other one's. The food was hot as well that's also very good. It was also super fast didn't have to wait at all. read more

Employees are purposely slow. Long line of people waiting for their orders and line of people waiting to order. Orders are coming out wrong. Been waiting for our order for 15 minutes but there are still people waiting ahead of us. Ridiculous! Not sure how the food is yet. The worst BK experience I have had. 1) I ordered $27 of food. I tried to pay with a $50 note and they refused to take it and give me $23 change. My son ordered a sweet tea since he doesn't drink soda so we payed for the large sweet tea just to find no sweet tea. One table had a spill that did not get cleaned up in the hour we were there waiting for a flat tire to get fixed. The toilets were nasty. A lady came in while we were sitting there after ordering at the drive through, something must have gotten messed up with her order. She tried to cancel her order and get her money back. They couldn't put the money back on her card and refused to give her cash. Find another stop if you can. read more

The only option to get food is in the drive through While you have to pull into to the parking lot there are no signs that indicate that only the drive thru is open until you go pull on the doors to attempt to dine in. Saw countless people exiting their cars to enter the establishment looking for the reason why the door was locked Then as we entered the drive thru on 5/30/22 at 4:45 pm the girl that took the order was extremely rude and kept cutting me off as I was trying to place my order by saying "anything else" as I was speaking Finally when we got to the window, there was someone trying to place an order for chicken fries. Someone inside said "we don't have anymore chicken fries to the person working the microphone taking the orders". They replied "man, they waited all that time and we don't have any. And then they laughed This honestly was the worst experience I've ever had at a BK. Then it was going to complete a survey to let the establishment owner know the experience I had. And the toner on the receipt was so messed up you can't even make out the store number or the order ID number to compete the online survey. Staff is super rude and when asked for stuff says there's some in the bag already. Was missing some food items and didn't believe me until I showed receipt and they still kept it. Staff doesn't even wear name badges or keep uniform clean. read more

Feeling sick to my stomach with what I just ordered. Do fast food restaurants not believe in fresh ingredients anymore? We took a bite of our burgers only to taste something gross. We opened the burgers and the lettuce was literally already faded and going bad with light brown old slimy pieces here and there. It was so disgusting! Terrible service in the drive through! We ordered three meals and it took 10 minutes for the workers (two different girls) to get it right. Two of our orders were wrong and the workers inside were cussing and being VERY loud (we could hear them with the window closed). Workers were rude & not friendly. DO NOT recommend. read more

Where do I start...? I always try to not be a negative Nancy because the worlds full of them, so I've formatted my review with Points and ideas/solutions to solve them. Hopefully the owner reads this and takes action. my action is not to return and I'll live with whataburger instead. -Drive through had signs showing technical difficulties yet all the TV screens were working fine... Fix it and have backups in place. -inside it was a chicken fight constantly in the kitchen. One on the register continually asked where the chicken fries were on the computer. ... clearly they need customer service and POS training -Credit-card chip readers... fix them, even their swiper doesn't work and they manually entered my card all 3 visits... you know your fees are higher for this method. -ICEE machine... 1st visit it was just a bunch of syrup and goo, clearly someone has the mix off. 2nd visit it was completely out of order and 3rd visit it actually was working... Luckily the gas station had an icee machine for my fix. Correct your mixtures, ensure the machines are maintained properly and slide them back because your drip/run off misses the waste trough by a good 5inches and makes your counter messy and also drips to the floor. -Water... WTH is a Wall Mart plastic pitcher doing on your checkout counter? ... get your beverage vending station working correctly with water. -Condiments ... add them to the POS and ask about them during order entry. Stop being stingy with them keeping them all behind the counter handing them out one at a time. -You want Ice? ... Sorry they opted for the cheap beverage dispenser which has to be manually filled with a large ice bucket and by the time I finished my meal they added some. Nice. -Food/Trash in kitchen... While it's been a good 10years since I ran a restaurant, I never recall white 5gal buckets being allowed for trash. The prep areas need to better maintained and kept clean. buy a proper waste management system. -Cookies... they come in pairs and should be classified as rocks instead. I like them mushy and pliable. There were literally the opposite side of the spectrum. They were soo hard I could have used it the hammer the nails for the boards I would put on this place when they get shut down. Don't store them in the fry warmer, you'll cook the water out of them leaving you with bricks. -26 Minutes... The time it took me to get a meal for one person. Not a family, the high school band, or city hall... Just me, with a Whopper Jr and some sides. Let me know where to send the bill for my consulting services and recommendations. read more

Okay so I'm writing this review late because I just got Yelp. But ... Me, my aunt, and my 2 cousins Brooklyn and Logan went here on our way to their house. Logan stayed in the car. But we went in and ordered our food, and so then my aunt went outside to wait in the car. Then so we waited for them to call our number. All we ordered was 4 orders of chicken nuggets. Took them 20 minutes. my aunt had already noticed that it took them forever. But, when she saw the person that came in after us go out before us . She got maddd. My cousin Brooklyn went up and asked if our order was ready. She says " no we r STARTING to work on it." Wow. So my aunt storms in and asks why our order isn't ready and they are speachless. So they hurry and get it done. Also the 2 Girls were fighting while only one other person was working. Plz DO NOT come here. read more

Arrived at 6:45 PM on 5-07-23 & went inside to order dinner. The place was dirty with old food orders on the tables & the trash bins overflowing. There was one employee at the drive-thru window & one in the kitchen. A family of 6 was in front of us & we waited 10-minutes before they had their order taken. The surly young man from the drive-thru never said a word of apology for the long wait. He seemed very angry about something. We then waited over 10-minutes & he never spoke to us. During this time we observed the male in the kitchen preparing food. It took him literally several minutes to wrap a burger. He was clearly impaired, most likely stoned. We gave up and went down the street to Whataburger where we were warmly greeted, our order taken, & the food served in under 10-minutes. Never again Burger King, we were treated like dirt & voted with our feet. We will NEVER go back to ANY Burger King. I rated 1-star because there is no option for zero stars. read more

Wow! One of the dirtiest establishments that I have ever set foot in. We stopped by to fill up the car and grab some lunch. We won't be coming back. The cashier had zero people skills,I got a grunt at most. The drink station counter was covered in spilled soda; some of it had been there so long that it was dry. The condiment station was also covered in dried up ketchup and there were partially filled little paper cups all over the counter. The pump was out of ketchup. I asked for mustard instead of mayonnaise on my burger and that didn't happen. I think the burgers had been sitting around awhile since the lettuce had brownish/black edges and the bread was tough. We were not able to find a table that was not dirty so we had to wipe one down ourselves. To top it off we waved away some flies as we tried to eat. It was not busy; why aren't the employees cleaning? I highly recommend that you avoid this particular Burger King. read more

The food was fresh! However, the chicken sandwich that I had was horrible! It definitely did not taste anything like chicken. Not sure what to call that type of meat! While chewing the meat I bit down on something that texture was like a rock or bone... Disgusting! The nuggets also were horrible! Some disgusting taste as the chicken sandwich! Wouldn't recommend for a quick stop if you're hungry! Try the other fast food restaurants near by. read more

Sat at the drive thru speaker for more than 5 mins, there were no cars ahead of me or none behind. I paid for my order and was handed my drinks and asked to pull around. I will never understand being asked to pull around when there is no vehicles behind you. The inside wasn't packed at all, so I don't understand what took so long. Keep Driving! Think Burger King is a quick in and out - think again. I waited for 45 minutes for a whopper combo meal. My friend ordered hamburgers for their lactose intolerant kids and got cheeseburgers, twice. Needless to say they waited much longer than me. But everyone else was waiting, too. The staff was absolutely horrid and extremely rude - especially to my friend who requested two remakes to get the cheese off the hamburgers. Plus the place is just dirty. I went to the Houston Hiway location last night about 9;30. I was informed there were no large buns and no ice! Seems to me, that eliminates about 95% of your business. It's non of my business how you run your store, this is not the first time this has happened!!! Seems to me who ever is in charge of ordering inventory is lost. If it were my store, I would want to know what is going on. Maybe you don't care. If this keeps up you will not have to worry about it, you won't have a store for long. read more
