I'm very disappointed my mom went in and ordered us some food, and she asked for two number 3s one without tomatoes, pickles, and onions ADD cheese and bacon and another one without tomatoes,and onions, ADD cheese and bacon, and the last one with just no onions and no cheese and bacon, but they could didn't even add cheese and bacon and they left the tomatoes on mine, and I was upset about that, but I'm upset because my ordered two frozen cokes!! When u came through I was the only person in the drive through. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted so I took a few minutes deciding at the window looking at the menu. This seemed to annoy the manager. He kept asking," are you ready yet?" several times. After deciding, I pulled up to the window and the person helping me was a really nice younger girl. I could see the manager behind her. He looked rushed, clearly irritated. Now I know it could not have been about me at all so I understand but nobody likes to feel unwelcome. I used to enjoy eating at Burger King, including this one on Patriot, but that has changed. Pre-pandemic my wife and I came to this BK and were disappointed in the the food. Thinking that perhaps we had previously just gone there on a bad day, we tried it again. Last time. Burger King still pushes their burgers as the flame broiled alternative, giving it a different taste. I guess that has gone with the times. Frankly, the burgers tasted like they had just been pulled dripping wet out of a can of burger patties stored in water, or some other liquid substance, then heated in something like a microwave. There was zero of the old flame-broiled taste, and both looked and tasted blah and rubbery. My cheeseburger had no cheese, despite having paid for it, the patty was thin and flavorless, and the bun was actually somewhat soggy. My wife had the same complaint about her burger. The service was slow, such that I figure they must have lost the can opener for the burger can. To their benefit; the fries tasted good. I suppose I should comment about the woman waiting on counter customers who had been wiping her hands on her pants legs, so that her dark pants were discolored by the food, or dust, or whatever. We wound up there at BK as the lines across the street at In-and-Out were SOOOO LONGGG. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Next time I think I'll wait in the line across the street. Unlike some of the other reviews I have no complaints on the food. Its burger king what do you expect. What is extremely frustrating is the service. Normally we hit up the drive through before work and the lady working the drive through barely speaks english. Several times we have gotten the wrong food and she is just plain rude as well. Today I went inside, just to avoid the drive through lady. I had to wait 5 minutes just to be acknowledged. Well, that isn't fair, a guy mopping did yell out for customer service several times but to no avail. Finally a younger guy came up, he must have been on break or something, apologized for his lazy coworkers and helped me and the others that were building up a line. I never should expect the best from any Burger King but COME ON! I go here frequently because it's by my house and the food is well....just food. But this review is because of the service. First when I go here is when I'm trying to save a few bucks on dinner so I'm ordering off of the value menu. I ordered a sandwich and SMALL onion rings. Small doesn't mean value menu small but one step up from value menu, which meant is was almost another dollar more. The order was very small so I can't imagine what the value menu small size is. So when you order you have to specify VALUE MENU for anything you want from that menu; a very shifty way to make a few dollars more. The people working here seem to hate their lives and especially working at Burger King. No hi, hello or anything. It took forever to get my order at the drive through. Most places like Jack in the Box or Carls Jr. usually come to your window and tell you it will be a little while since they are making whatever you ordered fresh, and more than likely than not, at least say hi. NOT HERE THOUGH! AND...the food wasn't even hot ,so, whatever. They also forgot to give me my credit card back and had to pick it up during lunch the next day AFTER I had ordered food somewhere else for lunch and couldn't eat there because I'm an idiot and don't carry much cash on me. Very embarrasing! They were however sympathetic and very apologetic when they gave my card back, and understandably so, which I did appreciate so that's the only reason they didn't get a one star. Complete joke of an establishment. It's impossible to get anything close to even warm food after 8pm. Don't, I repeat DONT come here anytime after. There's only 2-3 employees. They obviously don't care about serving people. They just treat it as a job. It's sad. I can't begin to count how many times I've ordered food and it's never correct. This is a review only of their tacos. I was happy to find that they still offer tacos, but was quite disappointed with the quality. I remember having tacos at this location a while ago and it was good, but this time it's a no-repeat. The meat in the taco was over-cooked, blackened, and hardened, the taco had very little flavor to it, and the cheese used in the taco was simply a slice of cheeseburger cheese. read more

Burger King is upping their game in the fast food market place. I am liking their new menu additions. My wife and I ordered the new Carolina BBQ Whopper, the new Pulled Pork sandwich, the new Sweet Potato fries and the new Bacon Sundae. All were very good. The stand out is the Sweet Potato fries, great job on those, I hope the cooking and taste standards stay high. We liked the Bacon Sundae, they loaded on the bacon and we are not complaining! :) It is rare when a sundae is bigger than advertised but this one is. We liked the flavor of the new Pulled Pork Sandwich. Nice BBQ flavor with a nice mayo/mustard type sauce and lots of onions, which I like. The Carolina BBQ Whopper is basically a Whopper with bacon and BBQ sauce, tasted good and fresh, keep it up! Lastly, my daughter ordered Chicken Strips and they were perfectly cooked and very good. Burger King is upping their game and I hope they keep up the high taste and cooking standards. I will be back to try the new Texas BBQ Whopper which has jalapenos in it. I do wish all BK locations had the California Whopper (with the avocado guacamole) but it still seems to be only at BK Burger Bar locations. Posted some photos. read more

Went in this past Sunday, I was suspect of how this visit was going to be when the Assistant Manager seemed put off taking our order. When I picked up the food I noticed an employee eating what appeared to be tomatoe slices in the prep area. Getting the food to the table the fries were cold, the chicken in the chicken sandwich was dry and hard as a rock, the bacon smelled off. I rarely stop at this restaurant, but this morning was an exception. I ordered breakfast for my grandchildren. After I paid for the order, I was asked to wait in the front and they would bring it out. An employee came out a few moments later saying one of the items was no longer available, and he decided to substitute with something else. Which was not what I wanted, i wanted a refund for the item I did not receive. When he returned again, Javier (apparently the assistant manager) brought me only the price of the item (less the tax I paid) and no napkins. I asked for napkins and he outwardly behaved upset that he had to go back into the store to retrieve napkins for me. Then when he returned again with napkins I asked him why I did not get a full refund. He responded that the restaurant does not charge tax for that item. Unbelievable that a fast food restaurant assistant manager does not comprehend that his restaurant DOES in fact charge tax for all prepared food, and then began to insult me be saying, "what, are you crying over 25 cents". I'm sorry, has our society come to this? I am the customer, I did NOT make the error, and yet was treated with such disrespect. Apparently this store gets enough revenue and does not need repeat customers. How can such behavior be tolerated by not only an employee, and but an ASSISTANT MANAGER? WOW, Burger King. I am giving them a one star review only because I could not enter anything lower. Perhaps this is an opportunity for retraining for their employees on what customer service is really all about. Can't understand English at the drive through speakers to save their lives. My boyfriend is Mexican and can speak fluent Spanish but he refuses to order in Spanish because the employees should be learning English. It's always the worst in the morning when one of the ladies is working. I don't have the highest expectations when going to fast food. But I was super starving and it was late and I just wanted some onion rings and a whopper jr. I was looking forward to it because I rarely eat fast food so it was considered a treat. I pull up. Wait in line for 15 minutes. Then I finally get to the speaker to order and no one said anything. I said hello like 3 times. So at that point it'd been 20 minutes with like 6 cars ahead and behind me I had lost interest. No one ever came on to take my order. I was trapped between cars so I couldn't move. So i just waited in the line and planned to just drive through and get out of there. Turns out, 3 of the 6 cars did that as well. I drove by the window and saw a group of girls all talking and laughing not even paying attention. I was actually pretty shocked. Did they not realize they had a huge line of people trying to order food? Or just not care? The car behind me also drove through. And this was at 10, and they don't close till midnight. But oh well. Maybe it was a sign we shouldn't be eating that crap food anyway. If I do decide to eat crappy yet delicious fast food- I would never go back here. Management needs to get their staff under control.
