I haven't been to Burger King in over a year. I decided to stop there tonight and get a Big Fish sandwich. I got home to eat it and it was more like a fish jerky sandwich. That fish patty must've been sitting out all day because it was dry and hard. Nasty! The BK Big Fish sandwich used to taste good years ago, but this was borderline inedible. I'm worried that if that fish patty has been sitting out all day, what else has been sitting out all day. Needless to say I will not be eating at this Burger King for a long time. I would not recommend stopping at this location. The workers there were pleasant to interact with, however, the quality of the food and drink is poor and surprisingly expensive. The burgers are not flamed grilled to order as ours came luke warm. We could tell the flavoring machine for the sodas had ran dry as we got carbonated water. Two original whopper meals (burger, fry, drink), with no additions or modifications, came out to $28. Which seams kinda crazy to me for the quality we received. If you want burgers, I would recommend stopping at the In-N-Out across the street. Side note, at the current moment the street menu for the drive through is out of order. I tried to inform the driver-through teller after they asked for our order, but they never acknowledged what I said or attempted to help. I don't go to this place at all but it's the only place to kill time since I don't start work till 11:30 AM. This morning, I came like usual and got a large iced coffee and a breakfast burrito. The food was OK. And the coffee was all right. However, I did see a lot of customers wanting to come inside. And the lady that was working cashier got her break and saw that people were trying to come inside. I started watching her and she did nothing about it. So, I decided the next person that comes to the door wanting to come in that I would let them in. So I did just that, and the guy thanked me for letting him in. About five or 10 minutes later I see the same lady come to my table and slam her hand down on my table and get mad at me for letting the customer in. She told me that "no customers are allowed inside the store." I was thinking in my mind "what am I?" I was really mad. So I just left right after that happened. Also, while I was ordering it felt like she was rushing me to be done with my order. Just tried to go inside and through the drive thru at 830am, we saw someone inside and was never greeted the doors were still locked but it says they open at 6am. If you're not going to be open then change your hours to reflect actual open times that way people don't have to waste their time waiting for no one to answer. I went here for the Impossible whopper. Because I have acid reflux and I can't eat meat or onions, so I ordered the meal with no onions and the staff thought it would be funny to slather my impossible burger with mayonnaise because that is a TikTok trend. It took me about six napkins and the removal of all the vegetables in the burger to get the mayonnaise off-- and I ate it because I had no choice but to at that moment. The mayonnaise thing is not funny, that was the only money I had to eat for that day and that was my only meal of the day. For them to play games with people's food, just because it's a Internet trend is not appropriate, it's inhumane and cruel. I think corporate should address this with their staff, it can be harmful to someone's health and finances. More so it's a liability. peoples stomachs are not a toy. I ordered off that POS Burger King app...2nd time I ever used it...and was charged and paid for my order in advance. I'll never do that again. Then I get to BK on Patriot, and they've never heard of my order. Then they wanted to charge me again (without the discount I got using the app) for the food. Never mind that I go to that specific BK almost every day (guy in the black Cadillac and I have always been cool to them too - and that's what pisses me off the most. The woman about told me "F off" and sorry). Of course, no manager there on day I need him. Then I called BK customer service and sat on phone for 15 minutes trying to get damn $3 refund. It's been 2 days and still no refund, by the way. That was my awesome 30-minute lunch for that day. Never got any food and had terrible rest of day. I hate places with crummy-ass "front staff" and I especially hate places with no damn proper supervision. The worst experience I have ever had, the person who took my order was incredibly short with me and I quote "what do you want!" When I pulled up this person wasn't wearing a mask during the highest COVID rates this year I was dumbfounded she disappeared as I had payed and all I wanted was to leave but I had already payed I said not one word to her but thank you for the food and then she slammed the window closed so hard it slid open nearly breaking it. Ordered food through DoorDash was told the lady was rude and rushed. Missing half the order a drink and large fries. Wrong food, ordered a triple whopper and a regular chicken sandwich received a bacon one patty burger and a spicy chicken sandwich. Food was cold! Just threw it away and got a refund. I came here twice. The first time was because I was getting glass replaced at Swift Pro across the street and needed to eat something. The second time was because we were going to In-n-Out but on a time crunch and InO was just too busy. Food tastes fine (for some reason BK meat tastes like it was cooked on a smoke stack from a diesel truck) but it takes forever, and I mean forever, for you to get a meal. We decided to come here for lunch (a little after 12) because we had a coupon, for 2 whoppers, 2 fries and 2 drinks for $8.99 There was a young lady being trained at the register, who was very friendly and did a good job greeting us, taking our order and taking payment. She did forget to read the order back, but I'm sure that she'll get there! The dining area floor was very tacky near the soda station, and there were several dirty tables/booths. In my opinion, if nobody is inline then somebody should be cleaning the dining area for the next customer to come in, but that was not the case. The food was prepared in a timely manor and the young man calling out orders did a good job of making his voice heard over the dining area noise. The ketchup was empty, so we relied on the Zesty sauce for the fries and onion rings. The meal was definitely filling, but the burger was almost flat, and the patty lacked any real flavor. read more

We have been going to this store every other week for 12 years and have never been treated as badly as we were today. We were in the drive through and when my husband started to order he was interrupted by the person taking the order. He asked her to wait until he finished giving his order because he would probably answer her questions. Another person got on the speaker and said to my husband not to be aggressive when ordering. My husband said he was not being aggressive he just asked her to wait until he finished our order. The man said if you're going to be aggressive then we can't take your order and you'll have to go someplace else. My husband said fine, we will. I don't hate on this location as much as some of the other reviewers. Sure, compared to the In n' Out across the street, it's not much. But sometimes In n' Out is packed full and sometimes you just really want a Whopper. And when that happens, you go to Burger King! I've always had good experiences at this location. Our latest visit was just yesterday and we were so pleased with the service and food that I knew the time had come for me to finally write up a review. For one thing, we were asked several times if there was anything we needed by a helpful and friendly employee. The only other fast food restaurant I've had that happen at is Popeyes. MAYBE In n' Out but if so it's been so long ago that I can't recall. We were presented with some great money saving coupons (oh, we WILL be back!) and offered a free sample of their new onion rings. We've been offered coupons and free samples in the past as well. Both are very welcome! The onion rings were fantastic, by the way. I will have to order them on a future visit. They are easy to bite through which is a tall order with onion rings, but also crisp and delicious. The rest of our meal was yummy as well and the kids just love their chicken nuggets here. On the whole, I'd say there's nothing terrible about this location. I only gave three stars because of consistency issues. read more

Says that it is open until 8pm due to Covid, but I've stopped by four times in the last month and a half between the hours of 4:00pm and 7:30pm and they are literally never open. I ordered a #3 meal (Bacon Whopper), no problem... but didn't get receipt, so I had no idea what my number was, kind of had to play a shuffle guessing game for a minute. Nothing had been cleaned... I mean, literally nothing. There was food and wrappers everywhere. The only reason I decided to go to this Burger King, instead of the In-N-Out Burger across the street, while I was getting my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube, was because of Bacon. I wanted a Bacon Whopper, and got a sh!tty burger; when I could have gone next door, and got a 3x3 at In-N-Out. If you get service on your car at the Jiffy Lube on E. Patriot in (South) Reno, save yourself the over all disgust (the bathroom was awful), and go to the In-N-Out across the street. read more

If I could have given -1 star I would have. Just came back to work from utilizing the drive thru. It was a worse than bad experience. We ordered two mix/match sandwich orders with extra cheese. Two of the sandwiches where made incorrectly and none of the four had cheese on them. At $.50 each for cheese, Burger King basically stole $2.00. Plus, after giving the young lady payment, it took almost 20 minutes to receive our orders. This is the third time within the past 9 months I've been to this location and every time it's been bad. The staff is terrible, they keep inconsistent hours and my personal least favorite, like this morning, their food is always cold. I ordered a sausage crossanwich and the lady literally had my "food" hanging out the windows before I'd even driven up. Nothing like an ice cold sandwich on a chilly winter day. This is your standard fast food fare here. Food comes out quick, hashbrowns were fresh out of the fryer. I did have to ask for a partial refund for being overcharged on an orange juice. I love the bacon croissan'wiches and their "2 for $4" special is what got me here. Restaurant was clean and was recently remodeled so it feels modern. I like that they put plugs by the outer tables in case you need to plug in your phone for a quick charge while you're eating. read more

Stopped in for lunch today, despite reading the bad reviews. The lobby door was open and the seating area was clean. We ordered two whopper meals, with special requests. Both burgers came with the correct toppings. Junior was the young man that waited on us. He was very pleasant and professional. There was no one to be served after us and he came out to the seating area and did additional cleaning. Would recommend this location based on today's experience. read more

They always mess up the orders. There is a Hispanic lady there who is extremely rude I think she's the manager there but if she doesn't like her job why is she even there? I get that they are understaffed but why work at a job if you don't like dealing with customers doesn't make sense. read more

I understand that fast food is fast food, but if you are in a customer service position, the customer is always right, and your job is to be polite. My orange juice came out warm, and the manager was working the drive thru window. She says, "it's not my fault. What do you want me to do about it?" REALLY? I contacted bk corporate and received an email stating, "thanks for the feedback" with no apology or way to try to resolve it. On top of the horrid service, the food you get depends who's working I guess. Sometimes it's perfect, made right as you ordered. Sometimes you get hard bread, old meat, and soggy fried goods.
