I had a very disappointing experience at Burger King. After sitting in the drive-thru line for several minutes with only one car ahead of me and no service, I went inside to place my order instead. Unfortunately, things only got worse. When I entered, there were four employees present--two behind the counter and two in the back--and not a single person acknowledged me. One employee in the back made eye contact and continued to stare but offered no assistance. After waiting over five minutes without being greeted, I started to leave. At that point, an employee said the cashier would be with me shortly, but I still received no service after several more minutes. Meanwhile, the car that had been ahead of me in the drive-thru had already ordered and received their food. Despite this, the staff remained unengaged. As I turned to leave again, I overheard an employee tell the cashier to take my order, and she responded, "If they can't be patient, let the bitch leave." So this bitch did. I went to McDonald's instead, where I received my food in under eight minutes--even with multiple cars ahead of me. In addition to the poor service, the Burger King location was noticeably dirty. This level of unprofessionalism, lack of basic customer service, and disrespect is unacceptable. I will not be returning. Someone from Corporate should make a surprise visit. read more

The cashier couldn't tell me what came on the chicken wraps and didn't seem interested in finding out those details, there was old food all over the floor in the kitchen area, the ice wasn't filled, Powerade nozzle sprayed all over the place, 1 drive thru customer came inside bc he was missing a sandwich and our order was missing fries and to top it off we overheard staff talking about having no hot water in the kitchen sink. read more

I was driving from Rock Hill, SC, back to Jacksonville on a Saturday. Traffic was stop and go in most of SC, so I pushed lunch to 2:30 PM. I was starving! I saw a BK sign for the next exit. This location wasn't far off 95, which I loved. I pulled into the lot, ordered on the app, left my car running for my dog, and ran inside to the restroom. Came back to the car and jumped into the drive-thru line to pick up my order. I ordered the fish sandwich, small fry and small chocolate milkshake. The sandwich, as you can see from the picture, was overfried. Too crunchy and dry. The fries were hot and fresh, and the chocolate shake was creamy and refreshing. Service was friendly and it didn't take too long. I only wish the fish had been prepared with a little more care. read more

It took several minutes for our order to be taken and over 30 minutes for our order to be completed and handed to us. I had to ask for it four separate times. The burgers were good. Normally, if a restaurant provided this poor level of service I would only give them a 1-star review. I have upgraded this to a 2-star review because I was impressed that after I filled out their online review provided on the receipt, their manager called me back to apologize and offer a free meal due to the service. I appreciate the call back and the offer but cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to any fellow traveler wanting any food quickly. read more

Ownership and management failure setting up employees to look incompetent. There was only 1 car in front of me in the drive thru and it took 7 minutes before I moved up to the order screen. After being acknowledged and waiting 9 minutes, as 3 cars lined up behind me, I quit. As a I drive around I see the same 3 cars who ordered ahead of me still waiting. I call this a negative as a previous review mentioned it and it is still a problem. The cashier knew of the problem and immediately filled my cup with ice from the drive through station. So gross. Oh my gosh this place is filthy. The dining room had a bucket of cleaning solution and a mop leaning on one of the tables. Clearly both had never ever ever been used. Tables were dirty and sticky, the floor was dirty and sticky. The dining room smelled very offputting (I assume from the sour mop). I didn't go in the restrooms, I can only imagine... The food was terrible. Lukewarm at best, unsalted, completely tasteless. I assume the cheese sauce is made with a powder, because it wasn't mixed well and was still really grainy. You should eat somewhere else. We stopped for lunch while on a long drive. There were only 2 cars in the drive through and one person ahead of us in line. All of our food took more than 10 minutes (they had the timer showing with our orders on the computer screen). Both our burgers were ice cold and the cheese was hard and cold. Workers are very rude. Walked in with a group 4 plus me, and a lady working stopped us before we got through a door and rudely asked if we had masks, while she didn't have one on. While waiting for my food I saw another group come in with no mask, she didn't say anything. Half of their workers dont have masks on, and the ones that do are wearing them under their nose. Instead of giving us our change and our cups, she walks off to show someone that she found a strange thing in the roll of quarters she just opened up. Later on when I went back and ordered a small drink, she practically tossed the cup at me. (Glad she wasn't doing the cooking)!
