It took us 10 mins to be able for someone to take our order. Once we got our order token, we had to repeat our order bout 8/7 times before they finally got it right. I had ordered a coke icee, I went to take a sip it tasted sour as if the machine hadn't been cleaned or if it's just been sitting there for days and they finally decided to turn it on and use the coke. I'm 5 months pregnant so I wasn't to happy bout that. I had a Hershey pie and they thru it with the hot food and it was all melted. My husband ran inside for the spoon and a older lady working was very rude to him asking for a simple spoon and napkins. read more

Very dirty inside, where we entered due to a line of about 12 vehicles in the drive thru. The few tables that were not closed off were dirty with crumbs and food and drink smears. The area behind the counter was also dirty and littered with paper wrappers, cups and misc. refuse. Did not stay to eat, due to the unsanitary conditions inside. read more

Upon arrival my truck went through a few deep potholes in the parking lot. That should have been the sign to leave. Entering in the business the floors were slippery like an ice arena. Then we thought no one in line cool! However after 7 minutes and all the staff members passing by the front counter someone comes along and rudely stated sorry about the wait. After ordering I headed to the bathroom to wash my hands only to see a trashcan overflowing with trash in the bathroom, the sink was nasty, the soap dispenser was filthy with dirt. When we received the cups most of the flavors were out at the drink machine and there was no ice. I think the staff used the ice on the food because it was cold and stale. When asked for fresh fries or hot sandwiches I was met with anger and hostility and the manager not willing to remake the order or offer a refund. Absolutely horrible place. My next stop is the Urgent Care clinic to ensure my family and I did not get a sickness or disease from this disgusting place. The Burger King located at 304 Paseo Vereda Drive, St Augustine, FL 32095 has to be the worst BK in America. No matter what time or day you stop in, if you want anything with ice cream, ie. shake, cone or Fanta ice cream drink, the staff will give you various renditions of why they can't fulfill your order. Yesterday I was told "The machine is defrosting". Last week it was being cleaned. Prior to that it was broken,,, for about 8 months.. I've attempted to patronize that BK for THREE long years now given I live in the area and they are completely incapable of correctly fulfilling your order, they take 20 minutes to get you One cheeseburger, pricing will be wrong, the order will be wrong, things will be forgotten, under cooked or you will just be turned away. This while the employees joke on Social Media about how they get away with not using the machine so they don't have to clean it. I don't understand how this BK remains in business. If I could give it zero stars I would. We go to this location routinely after kid's practice. The slushee machine has not worked in about a year, the ice cream machine has not worked in weeks, and of course no milkshakes. The dining room is dark and looks to be closed and the staff don't seem to care whether or not they deliver quality service. Nothing has improved in months and management obviously doesn't care. You don't see many BK's going out of business, but guaranteed this one will not survive more than another year unless things change. read more

Absolutely disgusting! The dining room was filthy, the employees appeared dirty as well & with zero urgency to assist customers. I witnessed one of the food preparers wipe his nose & scratch his head with his gloved hand while preparing food. The dining room floor was lined with trash & dirt. Dropped into this Burger King for a early lunch yesterday. It was very clean. Seems relatively new. The person who took out order was very pleasant. It looked like our burgers were cooked when we ordered them. My favorite part was that this Burger King has one of those cool new multi-option Coke dispensers....the one where you can choose the different types of Coke products and syrups. But ugh, you're not going to believe this: No customers in the place for 10 minutes while I wait for my wife, but plenty of disgusting food-covered tables. 3 employees outside smoking, but none of them had time to clean the dining room I guess. Then my wife gets there, no Whoppers. None. 7pm and no Whoppers at all. Okay, I guess that could happen, how about 2 for 1 Whopper Jr's? Nope. None available. So what are you doing to make this up to your customers manager lady? Oh, "I'm just going to complain about how awful my job is and how hard it is to deal with angry customers. Oh woe is me!!!" If I could give this place a zero, I would. Everytime I say I'm not going back, I give then another try....yesterday I went inside for the first time, wondering if the inside reflected what you see and hear at the drive through, and it was even worse....the workers don't even have any pride to make sure their uniforms are clean and fit correctly. I asked for extra crispy fries, because frankly, the soggy fries they always try to stick you with are just no good, but they gave me the regular soggy fries that had been sitting there.
