Worst BK experience I ever have is with this location. Always seems to be short staffed with sometimes having only one employee in the whole store. Lucky if they have 2-3. Multiple times waited 15+ mins to get the order taken, only to wait just as much to get the food. It would be understandable if it was because it is busy, but this is not the case as I have seen the store not have anyone on the drive thru speaker lane, and creating a line just because of the wait. I don't believe this is the fault of the employees at all but whoever is in charge of the store not having enough people. Food is average, nothing above average BK for them to make you wait that long. read more

2PM. No one in line. everyone that is eating inside already has food. Staff blatantly ignores you for 15 minutes when you are the only person standing at the counter to pick up togo food that is already prepared and bagged up. The food was really good! This location isn't super busy so I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. The employee who helped us was friendly and a hard worker. He definitely worked with a sense of urgency. I'd give it a 5 but we had to wait several minutes behind another car in the drive thru, to pick up our online order. read more

I have been a Burger King customer since the early 60's and have never been moved to write a review. This BK deserves the best! The first time I ordered from the drive-up and ordered a loaded cheese Whopper. They made it exactly as I asked. Because I live in a city 35 miles away, I asked if they could wrap it so it would stay warm. They did, and it did. I didn't even have to use the microwave. The next time and thereafter, I went inside to order. The first thing I noticed was how the staff interacted. They were all smiling and really seemed to like one another. I mentioned how much I appreciated my last sandwich, and ordered another really heavy cheese Whopper, fries, and a coke, and asked them to wrap it as before. It was perfect, even the fries were warm when I got home! The third trip, the manager made the sandwich herself! She wrapped it 5-6 times! Awesome! I stop in now about once a month after visiting my husband at the VA nursing home about 4 miles away. The staff is always great and the Whoppers are as well. Thank you to all. Jeannie read more

Of the 3 times I visited in the past week, it was closed. The dining room has been closed since the beginning of Covid, so the drive- through is the only option. I drove up with other cars, we each went up to the ordering menu and waited at least 5 minutes before being told they were closed! One time this happened at 2:30 in the afternoon, once at 4:50pm, and once at 5:25pm. They claim it's staffing but McDonalds across the street is ALWAYS open with no issues.... The problem is the staff. They need to close this place. read more

Second time at this location, trying not to judge a place based on one visit. Ordered two rodeo burgers and a large unsweetened ice tea. They took my money and then informed me that they didn't have any large cups but would not refund me the difference for the size. I received a medium drink which was neither ice tea or a soda, I believe it was a mixture of some sort. The meat and onion rings were way past their shelf life (tough). Never ever go here. The bathroom was beyond disgusting. All the toilets in the women's restroom had not been flushed in hours. We only went in because we were short on time. We were starving and looking for a quick bite to eat. As we we're making it to our hotel, noticed the restaurant and decided to stop in. The parking lot was deserted but... thought it was just too late for lunch and too early for dinner and took our chances, stopped and went inside. We literally walked in, took a deep breath and quickly walked out. Got in the car and drove away. It smelled HORRIBLE inside. Fast food is fast food and the taste doesn't really change unless your order is botched. The location is conveniently located a few blocks off I-95 which makes it a good location to stop for the bathroom. I decided that I should at least order a sandwich to get me through my long day. The line wasn't very long but the place was crowded so I'm guessing that business it good. The wait wasn't long (had about 4 orders ahead of me) and it came out the way that I ordered it. Epic fail... I tried to order 1 meal and 7 extra breakfast sandwiches in the drive through but they said I would have to come inside even tho I was the only vehicle there. So I changed my order just to a meal. I got to my office and looked at my sandwich and it looked like it was smashed with a brick or was cooked the day before so I threw it in the trash. By far the worse bk I've been too. Ordered two kids meal and a whopper with cheese no onion. The whopper meal was horrible my meat was so cold you could cut it up and use it as ice. It tasted really old and the lettuce and tomatoes were not anywhere near fresh they both were spoiled the tomatoes were green and lettuce was like brown. Ended up having to throw away as I am not around this area that much. Tried to call and speak with a manager and was left on hold for 12 minuets and no one came to the phone. I expect horrible service and poor quality food at McDonald's and usually I never have those issues with Burger King. I frequently go to bk because the competitors are crappy. However I will not be going back to this location in the future. AVOID THIS STORE. This store is dreadfully mismanaged. The speaker was broken and we needed to pull up to the window to order; there was no sign on the speaker.
