I enjoyed the chow mein, but today they tasted very dry and they were super thin. The orange chicken was a little too spicy for my daughter which I don't remember in the past. It wasn't bad, but it isn't what I remembered and probably will not be back. The staff was very busy with online and drive thru orders and were in no rush to help us. I think they needed more help. I didn't get angry, but either way a 5 year old and holding a baby a little sense of urgency would have been nice since I was the only one there. read more

This particular location is disappointing because today was the 3rd time recently, that they told me I would have to wait approx 20 minutes because they had to cook more of Broccoli Beef, Pepper Chicken and Angus Steak. I was in the drive through! Today, it was 1:30pm on a Wednesday and he told me they had to cook more because of their lunch rush! It seems like bad planning or lack of staff, on their part, if you ask me. After asking what he did have, I settled on the Orange Chicken (lots of calories) and String Bean Chicken. The Orange Chicken, as usual, was awesome. Perfect as usual but I am watching carbs and sugar and I wanted something with less sweetness, breading and calories. I didn't care for the chicken taste in the String Bean Chicken at all. It tasted almost burnt and since it was my first time ordering it, I'm not sure if that's normal or not! I won't order it again even if it's the last thing they have available. I will try this location of Panda Express one more time and if I have the same experience of them not having what I want, I will give up and not return. Placed an online order for 12 I arrived at 12 was told waiting on noodles. Then I sat there and waited 18 mins before saying anything because they were serving noodles to everyone ordering instead of filling my order then April got an attitude as if I was wrong for asking why have you not finished my order. Then handed me watered down sodas that had been sitting there since noon. My food is now cold because everything else say for 20+ plus mins before being served. Wouldn't come here again To begin with, it was $1.50 just for a fortune cookie! Other locations give them for free per entree. The chicken had a lot of fat pieces in it and wasn't warm, it tasted like it was sitting. The rice tasted almost like plastic. I got the cream cheese ragoons also and they didn't come with any sauce. Also, unlike other locations, their water tasted weird. It made my mouth dry. Overall, I will not be coming here again and will continue to go to the other locations. Panda Express is usually a pretty solid choice...not this one. We got in at about 8:20p...40 minutes before they close. They were out of many foods and from the conversation coming from a managerial figure, they were preparing to order. It's a buffet style food prep, so I get not wanting to waste a ton of food late at night, not a problem, we'll wait. However, we waited for about 10 minutes (second in line) before anyone even said anything to us. I guess they were working on drive thru orders or mobile...maybe? Seemed like they could have had more employee action but who knows. They begin preparing our food, but a couple items aren't ready, so they leave the boxes to the side. I think they were trying to leave then under the heat light, but it was a huge fail, everything was cold when we got home. Additionally, they got one of our orders incorrect and the dish I was waiting for, angus steak, which comes with an up charge, was indeed loaded onto my plate...all 4 pieces of it. Four pieces of steak on an upgraded dish...that I waited an additional 15 minutes for beyond the 10 we were ignored. This place isn't a stellar representation of the brand. If you can find another place, take your chances. Oh, and to the two employees cooking and prepping, try not fighting in front of your guests and maybe place your focus on the execution of the food. The veggie egg rolls were tasteless and greasy and over salted too, I could only eat 1/2 of one of them. I should have gone back to the checkout counter and requested a full refund. The service at this location was horrible. I did an online order at 6:02 PM. Got a confirmation it would be ready at 6:15. I got to the store at 6:07. Checked in with the staff. I was told they were behind on Orange Chicken. I waited and watched them refill the orange chicken 3 times. I watched them let my order sit and wait while they filled orders from the drive though and walk ins while 4 people waited for online orders including orange chicken. After waiting a full 20 minutes after my order was to be ready and talking to the manager I finally was able to get them to fill my order. Before talking to the manager it was going to take another 10-15 minutes per me asking about the status. I am severely disappointed in lack of customer service at this location. Had my husband pick up 2 plates via drive through this evening. One plate was ordered with the Beyond orange chicken( plant based) and chow mein ONLY. After his 15 min drive home from the store when i got my food i clearly was able to tell that there was chicken in with the beyond meat. Due to this i was unable to eat my meal. When i called about a possible partial refund, i was told by the gentleman that he couldn't do much for me because he was a " new person in charge". The young man who took our order (Seth) was phenomenal. There were a few items that they were out of and he had the run down ready and available. Chinese food has been "Americanized" and this demonstrates that to an extreme. It's just buffet style food in a stand alone building. If you're really lazy they even have a drive thru. They don't have as many selections as a regular Chinese restaurant and as I said its buffet like; so if you pick something that's been sitting it won't be as hot. I got lo mein and black pepper chicken. Tasty enough. Chicken was hot but lo mein was cold. They give you fair portions and the price is reasonable. They don't have many sauces to choose from and the portions of chicken and beef seem to be seriously "beefed" up with vegetables. Mainly cheap ones like celery and onion. All in all not bad but I will stick to my favorite Chinese place-Yummy Wok. read more

The staff is always so nice and I love coming here. As a student at the University of Saint Augustine I love coming here for lunch breaks or dinner. They are always on top of their stuff and offer samples and their food never disappoints! One of the best run panda express locations. read more

The drive-thru takes FOREVER. When I go to a drive-thru it's usually for convenience of not getting out of my vehicle as well as speed, because I'm usually headed somewhere. Very friendly staff. The restaurant is always clean and plenty of parking. The driving through is a big help when with kids.

Very simply, YUM! I adore their Beijing beef (it is a bit too spicy IMO but if you get some sweet n sour sauce or plum sauce and mix that in, it helps). I crave it and like every other Panda Express I have visited, the people here are very nice and accommodating. The fact that I can drive through in my sweats and take it "home" is very appealing for those of us who work hard and don't have time to cook a delicious meal every night. I was supposed to fly back to Vegas late Monday but my husband surprised me at the airport and made reservations for us at a local resort because he and my boss agreed that I deserve a break; my boss is awesome and my husband is so romantic! What a lucky girl I am :-D Anyway, I ordered a large Beijing beef and 4 egg rolls for my husband and me and we were both stuffed! It is almost worth moving to St. Augustine to eat here often. :-D read more
