Hey, chicken sandwich place that is closed on Sunday, have you tried the Ch'King at Burger King? It's pretty damn, good and during Pride Month for every one they sell BK is donating 40¢ to the Human Rights Campaign. That's pretty awesome. When I heard the news of the new chicken sandwich and the 40¢ donation, I knew I had to give it a try. Since I have a BK near my work, I swung through the drive-thru, on my way home. To my delight and disappointment, when I placed my order, they told me they were sold out. I can always come back later and that is what I did. I gave them a day to get re-stocked and returned for lunch. The young lady taking drive-thru orders took my order and suggested the spicy version. I love spicy food, so I couldn't resist. I made it a small combo with fries and a diet coke. This quick lunch was more about the sammie. The piece of chicken big, crispy and the meat inside was juicy. I love it when you can feel and hear a crunch when biting into a sandwich. My bun was fresh and soft and the special sauce gave it just enough extra kick. If I were in a sit-down restaurant I would have asked for a side to dip my fries in. As for the spiciness, it could have been kicked up some for me, but for everyone else it most likely is spot on. I like that many of the fast food places are constantly re-inventing themselves and adding new items to the menu. This place is running on complete incompetence. Customers before us complained about 25 minutes wait for a burger and after 25 minutes placing our order they couldn't even find a ticket for the food we purchased. They closed a ticket without making anything had to wait for them to start cooking 25 minutes after taking our money? Completely unacceptable unprofessional and running on complete incompetence. Just as bad as it was 9 months ago where currently have 5 cars sitting in front of the building waiting for food so they can make it look like they're actually working instead of people waiting 20-30 minutes together for food that takes 5 minutes to cook. Absolutely terrible location. read more

This location is by far the worst this staff is awful. The food takes forever to get once you get your order. It's usually not right and since when do they allow workers to bring their kids. That's unsafe that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. This location is definitely the worst I've ever seen. Never wrote a review before but thought I needed to. Ordered a large whopper jr meal and an 8 piece chicken nugget. When I got to the window I realized my order was $18+ and asked if it was for the normal whopper meal or the jr whopper meal. It was marked for the regular and I asked if I could get the jr meal but the response was "well it's already made so". Disappointed in the answer but whatever. Food was fine but my order was missing 2 items that were paid for. I called to let them know and the manager told me she knew for sure the items were in the bag and proceeded to hang up on me. She basically called me a liar and hung up. My wife and I have never been treated so poorly by a food worker. I will never go to that location again. read more

I love their croissant breakfast sandwiches and knew I wasn't going to be able to eat again until near the end of the day. So, I made a detour from my oral surgery appointment and drove thru here. I had to wait in a parking space for a couple minutes, adding to my anxiety, but soon my little bag of food arrived AND my meal was hot and delicious! read more

If I could give this burger king on 3259 hampton no stars I would. First I sat in the line for over 30 minutes. Second my meal was $11.11 and was worth nothing because the big k fish was horrible. The fish was already fried hours before I got there. It was hard, the tomatoes I asked for on the sandwich looked like they have been sitting out all day and no pickles on the sandwich. Call before you go. Specifically came to this one because it was closer to home and had a 3.0 instead of 2.0 like others but when I got there at 5:15pm on a Friday, pulled up to the drive through (which did have two people ahead of me that were able to place orders) and the employee told me through the intercom that they were closed. read more

Poor quality food. Ordered spicy chicken with fries and coke. Hot sauce the chicken was dipped in was all over the paper the sandwich was wrapped in. The lettuce was wilted and the sandwich sauce was not good. Fries were very salty. Only saving grace was the coke. I do not recommend this restaurant. read more

I Drove through yesterday, ordered an Impossible burger meal, and left with a hamburger mean. Since I don't eat meat I had to pull over to a dumpster. I paid much more for the IB meal. I drove through 2 weeks ago and was told they were out of IB. Perhaps they still are and think they can fool those of us who don't eat meat. Too bad I was already two miles away and headed for an appointment. What a disgusting way to treat a customer. I'd like to compliment this particular Burger King location for making a complete turnaround... Within the past couple of years, there was a long stretch (9-15 months?) when this was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had every single time... wrong food provided, missing food items, rudeness, extremely long waits, etc... but in the past few months, they have changed it completely and it's now once again a very fine experience... friendly people, accurate service, quick food prep, etc. Hats off to whoever was responsible for this complete 180 turnaround : ) read more

I have been going to this Burger King for quite a while, I used to have a problem with this location, because of the employees attitudes, well this location closed for a while and when it reopened it was like a whole new restaurant. The customer service in this location is the bomb! I was greeted with a smile when I walked into the place, and everything was please, and thank you and come again, 3 phrases that are very overlooked in today's customer service oriented jobs, so when you do hear them its a wonderful experience, well at least I think so. I had a sausage and egg biscuit, hash browns and a soda, I really like the flavor of their biscuits over McDonald's they just seem to have a bit better flavor, and the hash browns aren't nearly as greasy as the slabs of potatoes at McDonald's. I never thought I would be writing a 5 star review for BK but they've earned it. The place is newly renovated and looks great. The bathrooms were very clean. The staff was all polite and helpful. They played good music (no, I'm not joking) and they have a really cool soda machine. I ordered the new crispy chicken sandwich and it was delicious. This is the last time I ever go to a Burger King. I wouldn't have even given 1 star but you have to. The one in Fenton Mo had great burgers. These in the city are crap. The last 2 bacon cheeseburgers I've had were just kind of mashed together. Hardly a slice of bacon on it. An the cheese half in an off. Both times were like this. An the meat itself tasted stale an warmed up. Gave most to my dog. They are really bad. I actually feel like throwing up now. Terrible service! We sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes while the employees friends (who were in the car in front of us) did everything they could to be as obnoxious as possible while being egged on by the employees. I realise it's not an employee's fault if other guests misbehave, but encouraging them to do so? Incredibly unprofessional. Just wanted to say that the night crew at this location are amazing! My food is always hot and fresh. They are quick. They are very friendly! They always say hello to my toddler son. They are exceptionally kind! Most places during the evening in this area are slow and the food is cold. Yes, Yes, I know...why am I writing a review for a fast food chain? Well, Burger King, unlike any other chain, offers a Veggie Burger option, which is awesome! As a vegetarian in the midwest I'm often relegated to Taco Bell, as the only veg choice, but as soon as I see a Burger King, even out in the boonies, I know I can get a "burger" plus, I love onion rings! And if I'm writing a review of a fast food place it's either because: 1) I have a fascination with the establishment from my youth (see: Taco John's) 2) I had a surprising great experience (or it's Popeye's) 3) I had a surprising crappy experience. This particular Burger King falls into the third category. Without it being particularly busy on a Saturday morning, I was greeted with snarls and attitude. Worst visit ever. Arrived just before 12. About 7 cars in drive thru so I chose to go in. Service was very slow and they were training a new chick during lunch hour?? Manager stepped in and took over. Ordered my combo, no cup was given. went to dispense soda which was a disaster messy mess. Both machines out of Dr Pepper and the machine on the right shot the water sideways causing even more mess. When I went back to complain to the manager, I was told "the whole place is out of Dr Pepper" to which I politely requested a refund and left the place. Poor management and poor dress codes. I have never had a problem with Burger King until today. I ordered my normal Whopper, no pickle, no onion with a large fry. I drove about 2 blocks and parked on the street by a walking path. I opened the bag and had a small order of fries and when I bit into the burger, the meat was stone cold, not cool, COLD! And to top it off, pickles and onions on the dang thing. I picked off what I could because I didn't have time to go back, get a re-order and make it to work. This was the first error or bad meal I have had so I hope it is a fluke. read more

I work in an industry where I eat a lot of fast food and I probably hit this Burger King at least once a month. Whenever I fly through the drive-thru the service is quick the food is made to order and I am never disappointed. I can complain about a lot of fast food joints but this isn't one of them. While fast food is not usually my thing, my wife was hungry around 11 on Tuesday night on October 9th. I would like to thank the person or persons making our whoopers. They were made with care. Most often with fast food the toppings are just haphazardly thrown on the sandwich, but not at this burger on this night. I no longer patronize BK; haven't for about a year now. The sole complaint is the tiny size of their burgers, specifically the sadly misnamed "Whopper". Whenever I happen to go to this Burger King, I end up eating inside, for various reasons. The customer service provided by the employees has always been exceptional, each time I visit. Now - the new recipe for the fries - I hate. But that is a corporate BK decision. However, the staff at this Burger King are great! The food is always good too.
