Got here today, on Whopper Wednesday. Around 1:30 pm. Ordered the Impossible Burger combo; comes with fries and a soda. My Impossible burger was good tasting; it had fresh lettuce, fresh tomato's, onions and good bun. BK Fries were BK good quality too. Just a bit of salt; thankfully they did not over salt the fries. Pretty tasty and good for fast food, comparable to another well known place you'd go for cheap drive thru tacos. More lettuce than the other place. Went through Drive Thru 6:13 am, ordered a #1 with an orange juice. Very poor English speaker at drive thru, repeated back order, but when I received my bag and got to work I seen they did not put the Orange juice in the bag. I called the phone number on the receipt 2 times with no answer while letting it ring until the line disconnected. Frustrated with them. How hard is it to remember to give me a drink with a combo? The food here is fine, the real issue is the costumer service in this specific location. On multiple occasions, I have received incomplete order through drive-thru. Not only are they incapable of completing my order but they've refused to refund my money on the specific missing items. I'm hugely disappointed, since I've tried being responsible about this and unfortunately I will never return to this location again. If you need a burger around the area go to the McDonald's next door or go to a different location. read more

Wow lot of bad Reviews here and 5/4 stars but i had a great Experience then one on mission st. I had a 10.00 Gift card and wasn't sure how used the B/K app so i asked the Manger and she was really nice about it instead of tell me you figure it out she got her employee to help me and she did it in five minutes and got my ordered in. She was very patient & listening to me when i was talking took my order done it correctly and even brought the food to me at the table that's customer service even though it's a fast food place. So Thank you to Manger and her Employee "Sorry" didn't get her name. As i was sitting here and eating i seen her dealing with a lot of people she was listening and she was very nice to the customers you need more people like her working in fast food. I just stopped in here for a croissant sandwich and coffee while I'm getting my window replaced at the In-N-Out auto glass next-door. I've gotta say, I am very impressed with the service, the friendliness, and the all-around atmosphere of this place. The women behind the counter are cheerful, helpful, friendly, and efficient. Whoever the manager who was working October October 12, 2025 the 9 o'clock shift is the rudest manager in the world I called to ask him one simple DoorDash question all I wanted was some sweet-and-sour sauce. A polite manager will say no ma'am you have to pay for it, or yeah sure I'll toss one in the bag for you something polite and simple to a paying Customer who's just calling to ask a simple question instead I was laughed at and told that I'm not getting anything I fucking don't pay for and I'm stupid for not adding anything. I wanted to my order originally ...and then when I became offended, laughed at some more and told he doesn't care he doesn't need my money anyway so OK cancel my order then when he then refuses to do. I called again because this is through DoorDash to tell him hey I'm not gonna spend money with this company because the way you're talking and your rudeness is unacceptable laughed at and hung up again. Why I will never eat fast food again. Ordered two original chicken sandwiches and two medium fries. Tell me why the chicken sandwiches has "bones" all throughout both sandwiches to the point where I couldn't eat them. The fries were cold. ** got food poisoning here ** Not my usual go to, but back in May went here because they have a drive thru and wanted to reduce exposure to covid and was starving. Ordered a whopper jr. and it was cold and tasted off. I was sooo hungry though, so I continued eating it even though I shouldn't have. Fries were unsalted and stale. I wish I didn't go here because a couple days after i developed a bad stomach pain that has lasted for 4 months now. Had to do multiple tests and even get an endoscopy. I'll definitely come here again when I need to get something to munch on. 11/20/2012: I came in for breakfast today ordering the #8 which is a Muffin Breakfast Sandwich with Hash Brown Rounds with a small coffee. Subtotal of the three items plus Sales Tax come out to be about $5. Three breakfast items for less than $5 - a very affordable meal indeed. Overall, friendly staff and good service! I noticed the score card they have posted by the cash registers. The score was a 93 from the San Francisco Department of Public Health. An Inspection Score of 93 is a very good score. It seems to me that the staff here works hard to keep this place clean. I'll still come here for breakfast if I need a quick breakfast then head to school or work. This BK restaurant gets 5 stars: - For having a parking lot designated for customers (+1) - No long lines (+2) - Spacious and seating availability (+2) 12/30/2014: This restaurant looks even better after going through a renovation. Entire facility looks clean - PROPS! The soda fountain is now a modernized machine where it's a touch screen soda selection. Definitely another nice spot in the area to visit for a quick grub. Desperation dining. Let me tell you what happened. Went here in order to waste time. Decided to have breakfast. I knew I'd regret it the minute I went in. I've been to other BK with questionable locations and this is up there. 1). Food. On par on what you would expect from any BK. No issues. 2). Customer service. The cashier (nice lady) took the order and made it sound like she got it. The order was wrong when I got it. I did not want to argue or go back to explain the error since I did not want to start the day wrong. I just took the wrong order - oh well. 3). Atmosphere. Place is not as clean inside as it should be, but the workers were very attentive in cleaning the place. They really try to do a good job in making the place clean - kudos! 4). Others. Parking available. - Located not in the best part of town. Would not go here after dark. - no pictures. Sorry. Too early in the morning. This place will do if you crave a Whopper. Came here as it's on my way. I'd heard about the Impossible Burger, and was intrigued. Lots of parking, that's a plus. And clean, my first impression walking in. Lots of choices, and the prices are good. The burger was amazingly delicious and good, it really tasted like beef, and looked like it as well. The new remodel is very swanky! OK...I admit it: my guilty pleasure is a BK Whopper. This Burger King location, conveniently close to my house, is always super clean. And get this: the folks behind the counter will actually *smile* and are friendly (a rarity in the world of fast food!). But 5 stars for a fast food joint? No the best by any means. I usually come here after I drop my car of to my mechanic. Every time I come here I get the same strange vibes. The staff seems uninterested and my food is always gross. In having been to other Burger King locations I know what my food should taste like when it is cooked correctly. I get the chicken sandwich combo and for some reason this location does not make the sandwich right!!! I mean, the meal is really simple but it is always horrible. I only frequent here every 4 months or so with the hope that I will finally get my order the way it is suppose to be but they continue to fail. I may have to venture out more to find a more suitable place to eat in the area. My standards for fast food is not high but when it comes to something so simple I expect it to be right. Just be careful if you come here, especially if you use the drive-thru. You might not realize your order is wrong or taste horrible till you get home. Check before you leave!!! Worst service ever. We came here to use the T-mobile coupon which is the free impossible burger along with other foods. The register ringing up as the meal #3 which we tell them we are not getting the meal just the burger. When the burger arrived it became just a whopper burger and we informed them that was wrong again because the coupon is for impossible burger not a whopper. They refused the exchange and keep blaming us that we ordered the whopper instead of the impossible burger. I mean the coupon is only for impossible burger how can that be mistaken.
