I oreder Double SW Bacon Burger and they gave me double whopper burger. I tried to call them and not answering the phone.

Me: "I'd like a diet coke, please" Drive-thru Voice: "Wha????" Me: "DIET COKE" Drive-thru Box Voice: "That all?" Me: "Yes, that's all" Silence again for about 30 seconds Drive-thru Box Voice: "Okay $3.24 at second window" Ok, the one good thing about this exchange is that although the value meal was advertised as being $3.99, for some reason I was only charged $3.24. They have a bunch of stuff on their value menu, too. But they don't serve breakfast all day. Jack in the Box two blocks away does, what's the big deal? The items here seem pretty standard -- fries are hot and cooked right, sodas are as they should be, etc. No nasty surprises, unless you decide to eat your meal in the parking lot. Yes, 5 stars for this BK -- its incredibly clean, well lit, safe, has electric jacks at 8 of the sit in tables, and the service was fast and great. If you're stuck around the industrial district waiting on your car, some produce, or a taxi company, this is a great place to hang, pull out your computer and chill. -- yes, I said pull out a computer. Basically, this is a Starbucks that happens to have fries. Now to get a little high-level on this. Let's be real. The food and quality of a fast food restaurant or audio quality of a drive through is not going to compare with a real restaurant -- I understand why overall this BK has a two-star rating. But as far as fast food restaurants go, esp. those in SF, this one is top notch! There's not a bunch of crackheads trying to get into the bathroom. It's near 101. Plenty of parking. Tonight I didn't have a boyfriend again so I went to Burger King to go get a hot fudge sundae. Actually, first I went to McDonalds to get a hot fudge sundae and I demanded my money back when the chocolate was not hot fudge, but icky weird sour chocolate yuck. Afterward, I decided to stick with it and try my good friend BK. The order-taker person totally misheard my order - she thought I said mocha latte instead of hot fudge sundae. But to her credit, there was a loud truck engine in the background and I had a suspicion she hadn't understood me. Anyway, when she realized the mistake, she immediately apologized and quickly made me this amazing sundae (tons of chocolate holllerrrrr). She smiled at me, made good eye contact, and never made me feel bad for rejecting the latte she would've given me. With fast food, I feel like it's completely understandable to fuck up someone's order. You have a shitty job where you make shitty money and you make shitty food for mostly shitty people. I probably wouldn't pay attention, at least I didn't when I worked Arby's in high school. I care more about how restaurants deal with their mistakes. And the fact that this Burger King has cultivated at least one respectful, professional employee, I give it a five stars fo sho. read more

RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. I'm actually a "REGULAR" at BK bayshore as I work across the street. My crew of 10 guys generally go in here too. So it BLOWS ME AWAY whenever I drive in & still get RUDE SERVICE. Tonight was the LAST STRAW! I drove thru @ Sunday 1am ( Jan 5, 2014 to be exact - hopefully upper management READS THIS!!! ). I order exactly (1) item : fries....NOTHING ELSE. When I reach the window to pay, the hispanic lady working already looks irritated. I tried asking her if I could order a small drink while waiting for my fries though she never heard me as she went to sit by the fries, waiting & chatting w/her coworkers. 5 mins for the fries to finish cooking. She finally gives me my order & I ask if I can order a small drink, I'm holding my credit card out, ready to go & she says "NOOOOOOOO." I'm like....HUH? She says you have to drive back around & go thru the drive-thru again. I'm like....I've been waiting 5 mins for french fries....and not a single "sorry for the wait"....all I want is to order a SMALL DRINK, NOT an entire meal! She proceeds to say "NOOOOO" you have to go back around & wait again. I'm like, "you're kidding right???" I can understand if I was ordering an actual meal, but I only wanted to order a SMALL DRINK. Not to mention, the drink machine was RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER....ALONG WITH THE CUPS!!! In the time she spent taking out her frustration on me, she could've taken my order & I would've been on my way. It would literally have taken LESS THAN 10 SECONDS!!! It was more her way of "punishing" me passively for whatever reason.....she hates her job? bad day? whatever the reason, it was the MOST RIDICULOUS behavior I've experienced at this BK Bayshore location. Oh wait....there was actually ANOTHER RIDICULOUS INCIDENT that happened at this BK location. Just a few wks ago, I drove in & a few of their employees were unloading the delivery truck & as I pulled in they began giving me "HARD LOOKS" as if they wanted to FIGHT??? These are THEIR EMPLOYEES FYI!!!! The only thing going thru my mind is...."you've got to be kidding me!" So after tonight, I decided enough is enough. I made a sign for my employees tonight that we will NO LONGER be visiting this BK location, even if it is across the street. Instead there's a McDonald's & a Jack N Box right down the block. We'll be going there from now on. I'm no expert, but if you own a customer-oriented business, shouldn't you hire employees who are CUSTOMER ORIENTED??? I just can't deal w/the rudeness of the hispanic lady....this was NOT the first time, fyi. It takes A LOT to get me to waste time writing an entire yelp review. But her rudeness, combined w/the IMMATURITY of their overall staff....do yourself a BIG, BIG FAVOR....drive about 1/4 mile down the street & go to Jack N Box or Mc Donald's instead. At approximately 8:00pm Sat night I went inside the Burger King to get some burger to eat. Ass soon as I enter the door I noticed a cashier a gentle man was standing in front of a cash register, I was ready to order I already knew what to order. When I approached forward to order I noticed the cashier the gentleman turn around and made himself busy with a female cashier. I waited for him so that he can get my attention till the female employee told him to turn around and tale my order. So finally he started taking my order but he got all my order completely wrong, instate of grilled chicken sandwich he give me fish sandwich my other order I asked for whopper with no cheese and pickles. The people that work here are super nice. My 4 year old needed to use the bathroom. All mom's know that when a 4 year old has to go, they HAVE to go. The manager was awesome and opened up the dining room after it had been cleaned to let us use the restroom. He is my hero! I think his name was Juan but I didn't completely catch it. Also, BTW Burger King has veggie burgers. Awesome for people like me that eat vegetarian grub. Chain restaurants get such a bad rap sometimes and not enough people appreciate how hard it is to work in food service. Especially fast food. Clean Safe Friendly I come here about twice a month and every time is the exact same experience. This is really one of the best BK's in the Bay Area. I usually get the Chicken Nuggets and they are always fully cooked and very hot. The soda machine always works and the bathroom clean for a BK. I will be back. read more

I came here when I needed to get my glass replaced @ In & Out Auto Glass up the block. At 11:30am on a Sunday I was literally the only one there. Got a value menu Whopper Jr ($1.50) w/ guac (+.50¢) = $2.00 for a decent sized burger much bigger than Mickey Ds could offer for the same price. I don't know how I feel about their new advertised "California" whopper. It tastes like a normal whopper with processed salty guac on top. Lazily added if I dare say. I recently stopped by this Burger King location and asked for a spicy crispy chicken sandwich, but instead of the fires I asked for onion rings. Usually I don't check what's in the bag when I receive my order but this time I should have made sure to check. It always irritates me when any restaurant doesn't make sure that everything is in the bag. As a customer, I'm paring for the food to be in the bag when I receive my order. My kids love the burgers from Burger King and I don't really know why. It is very generic and doesn't even stand out from the rest of fast food places in the area. I mean, I do not like burgers that much but I can appreciate a good burger from In-and-Out once in a while. I guess they like the simplicity of it. Got a 330 calorie chicken wrap for less than two bucks! I am not a fan of Burger King; to be honest I eat here about once or twice per year and I do it when there are no other fast food restaurants nearby. I was dazzled with the soda fountain, it's probably the best one I have seen at a chain restaurant. The store was clean and the cashier was very attentive when she took my order. Love the remodel. So much better. The service is fast and very friendly! No matter hat time of day. I asked for half onion rings and half French fries and they always give it to me.
