We stopped at the Burger King in Saukville Wisconsin and waited for three minutes before someone came to take our order, they were more interested in gabbing to themselves (three guys plus one girl) than taking care of customers. it was around 5:00 on a Friday but they were not busy at all, only one other customer inside and only one vehicle in the drive thru. So finally, the one girl that was working noticed us and took our order. Well the food was very subpar and wasn't very hot at all, I ordered two Jr whoppers and an order of chicken nuggets plus two drinks. I would not go back to this place to eat, if they cannot get good help (or have a responsible person run the place) they should just close and save their money! read more

Ordered the bacon king and it came with a side of plastic string mixed with the bacon. Also looked like a monkey put the burger together. Maybe 3 pieces were actually on the burger along with the cheese being on the edge of the patty/bun instead of ON the patty. read more

I went there and was going to spend $40 and I politely ordered and the manager over the speaker had it all wrong so I tried to correct her to change it and she got all pissed off and yelled Jesus Christ very sarcastically and told me to pull up to the window and as I got to the window the manager said she is refusing me service. Too bad there is no option for Zero. These guys are just BAD! I am typically not a big BK fan but the new Whopper lineup sounded interesting. Went there at 5:00PM on a Tuesday and ordered the Fried Pickle Ranch Whopper. Sorry, we are all out of Fired pickles. OK then I'll take the Maple Bourbon BBQ Whopper. We don't even sell that one here. Oh.. OK then I'll take the Mexican Street Corn Whopper. We can do that but we are out of corn chips. OK,,,, then just give me a Whopper with an order of fries and an order of onion rings. After about 5 minutes the Whopper and the Onion rings went in the bag and then the clock started ticking. After almost 15 minutes of me standing there and apparently looking pretty displeased the manager asked me what I was waiting for. "My order" i replied. Then he said... I get that part what was in your order. WHAT??? I told him and then he told one of the workers.. " hey,, drop some fries". Out of the freezer, into the oil and I still had to wait. Then the place got really busy. When I finally got my order, my Whopper and onion rings were room temperature and I was not going to wait for them to be replaced while my fries got cold. Very dirty tables doors counters. People were very unfriendly. We were the only customers and the service was unsatisfactory. Food well okay they had laid out fries on tray long before our chicken sandwich was done. When asked if we could get warm fries the manager says they are!! It's been times I went there at 10 am, 1pm, and 5pm and they have been closed with traffic cones in front of the drive thru menu! Avoid mobile orders with them. They took no responsibility for errors. We ordered a customized Whooper. It came out wrong. They would only correct it if I bought a new one. They blamed it on the mobile app. I was not looking for blame but my order being correctly fulfilled. Very poor management, though the other employees were nice to me. Upon research I discovered BK doesn't Nuke their burger meat anymore to heat them up,so in not warming the burger meat up you are served a lukewarm almost cold burger,which in my words is unacceptable. When I order a whopper I expect a burger that feels that it just came off the grill and not out of the refridgerator. The cold burger was not a one time occurence as each and everytime I stopped by hoping to get me a nice tasty warm burger I was disappointed. I have had enuf and no longer will be going back to BK. I came in to get the three dollar whopper Wednesday special I went ahead and added bacon to it. Also got a medium fry. The young man said would be for carry out or dine in. I said carry out proceeded to pay. The food comes three minutes later on a tray because he punched it in under dine in. The kid punched in and impossible whopper with bacon ,not the regular whopper. Add bacon .well whoever handed me the food. I said I wanted the regular whopper so he turns around and speaks to that kid, and the kids says that's not what she said! There were employee cars in the parking lot and an employee standing outside the back door smoking while I was there today with the doors locked and the drive thru blocked by cones. Honestly. If I could give a zero I would. I went in there just a bit ago with my aunt. and the cashier was rude. Wasn't wearing gloves when putting food into deep fryers and taking them out. The man preparing the burgers did not have a mask or gloves on and was preparing the burgers. We asked for our cups for our sodas and didn't even bother to ask what we wanted to drink (I am a type one diabetic and get diet so I don't go into shock) I then asked the man making the food if he never wears gloves when handling people's food during a pandemic (I am also 8 months pregnant and just wanted a whopper) at that point the cashier went to go touch me and ask me to step back, which I would have done if he just asked me. I'm sorry but this was absolutely horrible. I have never in my life experienced people so rude and neglectful during these hard times. My aunt and I left and asked for a refund. We couldnt even get our drink cups while we waited for our food. They were more concerned with the drive through than the lobby. dear Burger King, here's the thing. My chicken nuggets were dusty, tasted like they were 7309282 years old and cold. Clean restaurant but staff looks like they they are under the influence of something, and one man had luscious locks but I did not appreciate his luscious locks hanging freely outside his hat. Could use a scrunchie, or a nice plait. Also the fries mucho salty and the ketchup wet. I noticed a silver hair amongst my fries as well, it was silver and long. Not sure which one left that, but I didn't appreciate the treat. My friend had the chicken tendies and said they were hard and dry. Fix this. Music Choice was sub par. If I could give it zero stars I would! Worst service I have ever gotten from any fast food place in my life. I purposely went inside because the drive thru was soooo long. I order my food and listen for my number and they kept calling numbers past it. I go up to the counter and ask where mine is, and was told if the cashier doesn't keep a receipt they don't know what I ordered because my order gets bumped from the screen. They didn't offer a refund or anything after basically losing my order. If I didn't put up such a stink then I would probably grow old just sitting here. They apologized and said my food would be fresh. It doesn't help the girl smarted off to me telling me she is just one person and she is trying. I get it, but how frustrating I have to tell you that you lost my order. Maybe you should have a better system to figure out how to make sure your customers get their food. read more

I was very impressed with the food for my first time at Burger King. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. Although it took 30 minutes to receive our food that was expected because they just opened. I don't eat fast food often but when I do it's BK. Awesome to have Bk back in town Grew up with the ghetto Port Washington BK. Glad to have an alternative to McDonald's crappy food. BK breakfast is the bees knees with a side of cheese cuh. Yeah sometimes they be a little slow but there's some cheese burger artwork on the wall to stare at for a while. Only thing I got an issue with is they don't put coffee creamer out by the condiments. This has too change since I adjust my creamer amount based on The viscosity and strength of the coffee. Waited a very long time at the speaker to order and when I finally got to the window my food and drinks were basically tossed at me. I asked for a tray for the drinks because it was only me in the car and ya can't drive with three drinks in your hands! Kinda makes it hard to hold onto the steering wheel. That peeved off the cashier and it was all downhill from there. The gal was downright rude. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager and then closed the window. (WTH!!!) I called the number on my receipt and while I was calling another person claiming to be the manager opens the window and asks me what I want. This person was no better than the first. She said you know you're calling the store phone. I start to say yes because your other manager shut the window on me, but I couldn't get a word in edgewise. She rudely says, "I can run over and talk to you on the phone if you want!" I start to say ok, but she interrupts again. I was never able to tell them that items were missing from my order. I told her I waited for a long time she could at least give me a moment to express my concerns. She then said I was holding up their line and I needed to move or they would call the police and have me escorted of the property. I told her please call the police. If that's what it takes to get service then call them. She shut her door and absolutely nothing happened. I did come to my own senses and moved on--without the items I paid for! I had the worst experience ever! I always order the family bundle. Almost every time, they forget the 3 cheeseburgers. Today was no different! I checked my order before I left and no burgers. So I called and asked if they could bring out the burgers to me instead of going back in line. I figured the lobby would be closed due to corona. There was a car waiting for their order to be brought out to them, so why was it a big deal to bring out mine. She said she was busy and I had to go back in line. I said my other food would get cold and she said the doors were open and I could go inside. I did go inside and she handed my food and then was about to go outside and deliver the food to a customer who was waiting, which is what I asked her to do.
