My experience at the Burger King was great! Staff were so helpful. The restaurant was clean. I saw staff quickly cleaning up as needed. Internet connection was great. I easily found an outlet. Food was served hot and fresh. My order was correct. Prices were reasonable. Parking was very close--just a few steps from the front door. read more

Wow, traveling east, I love the town of Socorro. The Walmart is fab. Mountains and views are fab. The Burger King is good in that there are plenty of electrical outlets and the lobby is open until 11pm! Downside is that the wifi is so slow that I could not even run a speedtest. So I'm using my cell phone hot spot with 2Mbps speed. Also good here is that the Verizon cell signal in Socorro is strong. (I love listening to Bitchute.com videos - banned on Youtube while I'm working.) read more

Don't know why I stopped here again after my frustrating 2 prior visits. My family of three were the only ones in the lobby. Looked like a full staff working, but all for the drive through. We leaned on the counter but were not even acknowledged. We waited a long time to order, we were just ignored, so I finally left my wife inside and I went to order through the drive up. My wife texted me to tell me she had finally placed an order. I backed out and returned to the lobby. We sat, as the only ones inside, and watched car after car enter the que, get their order, and drive past us. We made it a game to wave at the people who were being fed. Clearly, the staff is graded on how quickly they service the drive up clients and discourage dine in. After getting the staffs attention, they said they would make ours next. Our total wait time, - once the order was placed - was 28 minutes. Fast food was well over an hour before we were back on the road. I'll wait till this place closes down and patronize the next biz to take this convenient location. You're Three for three - three strikes and you wont see us again. read more

Awful experience here for lunch on Saturday October 6, 2018. We arrived before it got busier and we waited for almost 20 minutes for our order for 2 people. Once we got in the car & back on I-25, we noticed our food was cold (whopper & onion rings). Our drinks were flat. No napkins were put in our bag. They had about 10 people working there, but it seemed like only 1 person was actually working. The food did not have the BK taste that we were expecting. Unfortunately none of this has done the Socorro Burger King any good. Regardless of your feelings on Burger King at large, this is a bad Burger King. Twice I've gone in, stood around, and after several minutes of no staff being evident, given up and left. That level of dedication to service seems to be typical of this location, which is usually slow and often kind of rude. And they don't even do a good job with the food. I mean, it's a Burger King, but it's like they don't follow the recipes right. Most things come out stale, misshapen, or somehow screwed up. Skip it. read more

Got a breakfast order through the drive thru. Had an issue with one of the sandwiches that we ordered, talked to the manager, she was friendly, apologetic, and very understanding. She offered to fix the situation on our next visit. I'm giving four stars instead of five because right now I don't know how easy/hard it's going to be to get that promise of making things right fulfilled, but I appreciate that the offer was made. read more

Maybe if they listened when we gave our order instead of being rude they would have heard what we wanted and not given us all of our stuff completely wrong and completely melted shakes. And this still doesn't add up to over $6 with tax. Then she got upset because I was taking too long and her drive-thru because she was trying to overcharge me and it was somehow going to hurt her performance review so she said several times that she would call the police. I asked several times to have her have the manager call me in the morning, which she refused. After calling corporate several times over the next 6 weeks, I finally got the district manager to talk to me. He promised to send a gift card, and he still has not done this several weeks later and will not return my phone calls. He did State however, that the manager was fired for stealing. I have not gotten anything for the considerable amount of time that I have spent to try to bring this to their attention and to get the situation rectified. Nasty nasty nasty. Bugs on the floor, restrooms were horrible. They had never had a thorough cleaning. I was wondering why the McDonald's down the street was super busy, and BK completely empty. We found out quickly. A big disappointment. read more

Passing through and will never stop here again. Orders took so long- not just mine but everyone in the building. All tables dirty, no ice, barely any soda, dirty bathrooms. Good god how horrifying. I've been to a lot of fast food places, but this is the single most disgusting place i've been too. Staff are terrible, screw up 80% of all orders. When they don't screw up you're order the burger will look like it's been sitting out for hours, or over a day. I really hope this location is closed for good and gets replaced. Renovating it would be a huge waste. Everything looked to greasy, dirty and dilapidated that it's a wonder it wasn't closed upon health inspection. Drive thru service is slow. Employees often ignore you when you drive up. You can hear them having conversation with one another, and have had to blow the horn to get their attention to take my order over the intercom on more than one occasion recently. Breakfast seems to be the worst. Have driven off and gone to McD's more than once. read more

Stopped here while on vacation with my family. They were out of everything including chicken and shakes. Also, their air conditioning was broken and it was extremely hot inside and out.
