I don't need to be redundant and complain about how the app has completely tanked, I'm sure you read it enough on my prior reviews so let's just cut to the chase... I gave them my code at the pull up speaker, and they were having trouble entering it. The whole Burger King system has just gone to pots! Part of my order, was a free large fry with a purchase of $3 or more. Well it wasn't showing up, but the lady was nice enough to just give me free fries anyways! Fresh out of the fryer! It took them a while to make my custom Whopper, but boy was it GOOD. I find it hard to believe, that I come through here so often, and I have not once had a single complaint about this place. The people are always so nice and accommodating, and my food is always on point. I came to this location this past Friday 8 a.m through the drive through no response went the the window seen a male worker sitting at a table w the headset sitting on the table as well still nothing I park go inside a lady comes out from the back eating ok np and then tells me we are on break its me and my one co worker and turns me away... ok I get it by law they need there brake yes and also nowadays people don't wanna work but for fks sake close the damn place and lock the doors until ya get some staff man & put a courtesy note up on the drive through menu & front door.. So the food was good. No complaints there. The wait time was a little long not too bad. The only thing I can say is the manager was struggling. Her stress level is beyond high with people that struggle to follow direction. She was berating them the whole time for making mistake after mistake. I know how hard that is when your workers don't do or remember what you say. That said someone needs to train her on working with difficult employees and stress management. Or wven stepping away for a minute because it is highly inappropriate to berate them all day in front of customers. All her people are mopey and feel like crap which is unfortunate. Ordered three Whopper meals via the drive-thru, $40. Received two Whoppers. That's on me for not verifying. My son didn't get a burger for lunch but I probably saved him a couple minutes of life by not feeding him trashy fast food. This Burger King always seems understaffed. I ordered a #11 without lettuce for which im highly allergic to it causes my throat to completely close along with massive red hives to break out. Unfortunately I'm getting ready for work so I can't stop back by however I did have to throw away my sandwiche. Honest food & service review: Fooled me once, shame on me, Fooled me twice... blame it on the in-law, we should've gone to McDonalds... Gave it a second chance... they forgot our onion rings, as well as took forever to ring up our order and take the payments. There was no sense of urgency, my burger was cold, but atleast the chicken nuggets were warm.... There really wasn't much of a care as the employee walks up drinking a milkshake to take the payments. It's one thing when the service is decent and the foods mediocre, but when both leave room for serious improvement... there's a reason why the drive thru wasn't busy... Absolutely most RUDE woman working. Braided hair with purple. She wouldn't let me finish ordering by asking "that it? That it?" Over and over. She didn't say anything to us when we pulled up to the window, handed the food and shut the window. My mom tried to get her attention to ask for some ketchup..... the woman looked very rude, rolled her eyes, threw the ketchup in the bag and slammed the window. I still HATE their trashy commercials but the burgers are actually decent again Although I will say this. They closed almost an hour early When their website says 11:00. We placed a pickup order before they closed and we PAID for it, and we have not gotten our food and had to initiate a refund. Employees ignored us and refused to acknowledge our presence, could hear us through their headset through the speaker, and still ignored us. Reluctantly we gave this Burger King another try tonight. My husband was craving a Whopper Jr. I ordered an original chicken sandwich which has always been a favorite of mine at Burger King (I am still sad they don't offer the Italian Chicken Sandwich full time). Anyway, the last chicken sandwich we received from this location would have better served as shoe leather. I have to give credit where credit is due. There was definitely some improvement here tonight. It was not perfect, but I am hopefully optimistic. I can see why there is a line in the drive thru again. The chicken sandwich was really good. It was cooked just right, still juicy, and not hard, dry, or tough. It wasn't drowned in mayonnaise or overloaded with lettuce. The lettuce seemed fresh, and the bun was very fresh and soft. My husband reports that his food was also very good and he had no complaints. The staff working the drive thru were friendly and greeted us appropriately. My only complaint was the line was moving a bit slow, but if it was because the food was being cooked to order then I can forgive this. The only other feedback I have is the area of the kitchen that can be seen from the drive thru by the customers is not very pleasing to the eye. Not necessarily dirty, but it just gives a cluttered feel. This may be beyond their control, but just another thing I noticed. Anyway, my last review was a negative review though sadly it was truthful. The only good thing in our order were the steak fries. The service was not courteous, they didn't even provide straws for the drinks. Do not go to this Burger King! It is often said that you will know how clean a restaurant is by the condition of the bathrooms. When we got our food it was obviously very old, cheese was not even melted on the burger. Food was cold, chicken nuggets that we ordered look like they were at least a week old. When I proceeded to use the restroom I was disgusted, I couldn't believe that this restaurant is still in business. God only knows what's in the kitchen. This place should be condemned based on how dirty and disgusting everything is. Absolute trash. On two different occasions I've done an order through the app for pick up and upon arrival the store was closed. There's no hours posted on the door. Then I have to email BK, cancel the order and get a refund. There was a period of time where I thought it was closed down, as I drove down the main street. Although I like Burger King a lot, this place has a bad reputation which appears to be well-earned. I ordered their special of two Whopper, Jr.'s for $5 and a coke. Simple order. They asked me what type of Whopper, Jr. I wanted. I didn't know what to make of this. A Whopper or Whopper, Jr. to me is a hamburger, lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo on a bun. I said "Just plain Whopper, Jr's." meaning their regular offering. What I got was a plain, dry hamburger on a bun. I understand the confusion of this but asking me what type of Whopper I wanted threw me. Anyway, when I opened the bag, instead of two Whopper, Jr.'s, I got only one and it was plain and dry. As to the Coke, the machine must have run out of syrup as it had no taste at all. Spent my last $15 on inedible fries and chicken. I literally could not eat them. The fries tastes like they came out of the trash (room temperature/ stale with a almost chemical after taste.) The chicken was inedible as well (dry, dark brown from sitting for hours. The meat inside tasted like it has been sitting in the sun and cardboard.) Cant expect much these days at fast food but i have never bought lunch and had it be completely inedible. Manager is rude and disrespectful to the employees and customers. Every time i've gone in the Manager has an attitude and even yelling at employees when she seemed to have made the mistake herself. Stopped in this evening after grocery shopping to get a quick dinner... that's a joke, stood there for over 5 minutes, several people ahead of us walked out, just as we were getting ready to walk out a woman finally came up to take our order. The burgers are precooked and then heated in some kind of small oven to warm them up!!!! Dog food looks better! The manager should be ashamed. I've only ever been through the drive through so I can't comment on how clean it is or how the 'ambiance' is but it's a Burger King so I assume it's pretty much the same as any other Burger King. What I can comment on is the quality of the food and as far as a Burger King goes I would say it's nothing special. The several times I've gotten food it was nothing special and a couple of those times the burgers were really sloppy and could use a little less of the condiments. It was almost like eating a sloppy Joe or chili burger with the amount of condiments they added. A couple of the times the fry's seemed like they've been sitting under the head lamp for a while so I wasn't pleased but it's what I expect from a Burger King. Also their hours don't seem to match up with the what's posted on Google and a couple of the other apps or websites. Not sure if they haven't updated the store hours or if they close when they feel like closing that day. It's unfortunate you can't get better then average/below average food at odd hours or conveniently/quickly.
