We will most definitely be back. The burger in particular was what impressed us both. The quality of the meat was impeccable, delicious flavor, with a nice crispy sear. He let me sneak a bite, and the patty just melts in your mouth. I have no complaints or changes I would make to the burger. The service was so friendly and fast! They were very helpful in choosing what to order! The bison comes from their ranch in Wyoming, the owners brother runs the ranch! The elk comes from a group of family farms they have been doing business with for over 40 years in New Zealand. (Wow!) And the in house ground beef is mostly Niman ranch and Creekstone farms. I don't think you will find a better burger in Reno! We sat inside on their bar stool seating, but there's lots of other seating available outside! The inside has a very modern and elegant feel! Sometimes a thick, juicy burger is just what you want. You won't find a puny smashed patty here. Only delicious, perfectly cooked, thick patties. The extra $6 to make it a double is totally worth it. I was even impressed by the fries! Super crispy and well seasoned. The chicken tenders were not overcooked, as you find at many places. Volume is the priority and things move fast. Seeing the burgers again (and hearing consistent feedback from people who go regularly), it's obvious these smash burgers are the real deal. Crispy edges, melty cheese, exactly what you want from that style of burger. The fries are also very solid -- which I usually don't even bother ordering with burgers but these are worth it.
